02/10/2024: Restaurant so nice that we go there very often for lunch. The staff is super pleasant, and the welcome is always great even at busy times.
The dishes are always good and plentiful, at a reasonable price. the choice is quite limited and the daily specials are very varied.
I recommend 100%

28/11/2024: We got married on November 16. Cocktail, dinner, evening and brunch the next day at the Château des Loges. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better! Everything was perfect: magnificent setting (everything took place indoors) and well presented, very professional organization, very good meal (chosen thanks to the test meal) and impeccable service. I highly recommend this place! With the thousand things to think about when organizing a wedding, it is precious and comfortable to have such a “pack” (venue, caterer, carefully set tables, decoration, other various services, etc.) managed perfectly.
Mr. Lagarde, the owner who was our main contact, is a very friendly person. Thanks again :)

02/10/2024: It’s a nice restaurant, the food was really delicious and the service is great and I really love the atmosphere inside the restaurant and all the decorations inside, I would love to go back another time.
02/10/2024: The tataki is just excellent! The friendly staff are efficient. The mezzanine is a very cozy place. A beautiful place!

22/11/2024: A little gem a few steps from the Halles Paul Bocuse. Delicious local menu with Beaujolais-style sausage, accompanied by mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked vegetables. For dessert, excellent praline tart accompanied by tasty whipped cream. All this in a warm setting. Impeccable service.
17/11/2024: We were 7 guests with a reservation for a brunch at 11:45 a.m. At 1:07 p.m. the waitress came to tell us that the table was reserved for 1 p.m. and we had to go. It's anything but commercial, polite and considerate. The purpose of a Sunday brunch is to take the time, the chill moment of the weekend, what a waste.

26/09/2024: We went there for my girlfriend's 20th birthday, the meal was very good. The boss is very cheerful, welcoming and commercial, which is rare these days.
We feel through the various exchanges with the boss that he loves his job and that he has a good heart.
A big thank you for the pleasant time we spent at Le Saloir. We highly recommend.

We had lunch one afternoon on the terrace, which was very pleasant.
Dish of the day and starter of the day offered at a very reasonable price.
I had a shrimp and avocado salad with extra sautéed potatoes, offered by the house, and an extremely delicious chocolate fondant!
All this for less than €13.
If you are looking for a good bistro in the neighborhood you have come to the right address
