28/06/2026: Brains swimming in oil. Beaujolais not great at all. In short, very disappointing. I was looking forward to spending a good time with my friends from Lyon in a traditional Lyonnais restaurant that was supposed to live up to our reunion.

24/06/2026: Pleasant welcome, good food, even if it lacks the typical "Lyonnais" feel. Value for money: high price, not commensurate with the quality of the dishes and wines offered.

20/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience. The cuisine is very classic in its approach, but executed with remarkable skill and precision. Great care has been taken with the sauces, the cooking techniques, and the quality of the ingredients. Everything is thoughtfully considered, balanced, and perfectly executed. The service was elegant and natural, and the wine list was excellent, featuring a superb Chambolle-Musigny from Roumier to complement the meal. This restaurant clearly deserves its Michelin star.

14/02/2026: I found the place quite nice, not too noisy, with a limited menu, suggesting it was all homemade. The mushroom ravioli were very good. However, they say the quality of any place is measured by the state of its toilets, and here, it was a disaster: a strong smell of urine, dirty grout, and hardly any soap left. It's a shame; it was the only negative point.

21/07/2026: We come here every year during the Avignon Festival. Even at the end of the festival, the service is excellent and always with a smile.

15/07/2026: A very good village restaurant located in the hills above Chassieu. It has a dining area and a shaded outdoor terrace lined with plane trees. A warm welcome and everything is cooked on-site. Very reasonable prices. A superb experience. A big thank you to the staff. I had the octopus with salad and homemade fries; it was delicious.

28/06/2026: They greeted customers with insults, asked them to park further away, and then upon returning, told us they were no longer serving. It was 1 p.m.

26/06/2026: Attentive and friendly waitress, menu perfectly suited to the heatwave, tomato tart with flavorful tomatoes and a very well-balanced seasoning. A cold roast beef and an absolutely excellent homemade ratatouille. A generous floating island dessert. I highly recommend it.

26/06/2026: We came this Thursday evening following positive reviews on Google. The restaurant was warm and welcoming, and the mussels with Bleu d'Auvergne cheese were exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the main course to dessert. The quality and price were outstanding, and the food was homemade. I highly recommend it. We will be back!

09/07/2026: I went back to this restaurant in the evening, which still offers an attractive set menu at a lower price, but the portions have been drastically reduced since it opened. Before, you'd leave feeling full; now you're left hungry. What a shame, my enthusiasm for this place has plummeted...

24/04/2026: Why 3 stars when everything was so good? Simply because I left hungry! After dessert, and there were three of us saying exactly the same thing: we could have immediately ordered the entire meal again! Everything served was excellent, but the portions were so small that the dinner left a feeling of intense frustration. That's why I won't be returning to Jean Moulin, which is a shame. The dining room was extremely noisy; they urgently need to install ceiling-mounted sound systems like those found in many restaurants. €76 per person for five people, including two bottles of wine, a Badoit sparkling water, and a three-course meal (starter, main course, dessert, no cheese). The service was very friendly, if a little overwhelmed.
