06/12/2025: A lovely restaurant with a vintage atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and the service makes you feel right at home. The food is excellent and delicious. Everything is homemade.

10/12/2025: Friday evening with the family. Let's be clear from the start, the setting doesn't do justice to the food. The restaurant is a narrow corridor full of uninspiring tables... A shame, especially for those eating by the door. As for the food itself, there's not much to complain about. A €40 set menu, even for children. This is clearly stated on the website, so no worries. The menu is tempting; it's hard to choose. In the end, both starters are excellent, with a very special mention for the black pudding cromesqui 😘 For the main course, the scallops with lentils are delicious. The duck tataki is less impressive; the dish lacks cohesion, particularly with the unnecessary marinated vegetables... The aged Morbier cheese is a delight. The desserts are very original and top-notch. A very good time and excellent value for money, with a pleasant team and a straightforward chef.

09/07/2025: We almost didn’t make it to this restaurant as L’Etage is hidden behind an old door, but we are so pleased we did. It was the highlight of our stay in Lyon and of our two week holiday in France. Guillame multi-tasks as the waiter, chef and raconteur. The food was exquisite, Michelin star worthy and we loved the choice of wines. Such an intimate space with only 6 tables and fabulous views out onto the square and fountain. We only had a 2 night stay in Lyon but learnt so much of the history from Guillame which really brought the city alive for us. We will be recommending to all our friends. Thankyou Guillame.

25/01/2026: We had dinner at Casse Museau as a family and we loved it. The dishes were generous and delicious, accompanied by good wine. The restaurant has a very pleasant, calm, and typically Lyonnais atmosphere. The service was impeccable; we were very well received and had a good laugh. Thank you for this wonderful experience, we will be back!

26/01/2026: I celebrated my 18th birthday in one of the bar's private rooms. The buffet was fantastic, the room was lovely and perfect for the occasion. And the staff were wonderful, very friendly, both when making the reservation and on the day itself. We had a superb evening!

08/07/2025: We went with some friends to have lunch at this small but cozy restaurant and the truth is that it was a great success. The truth is that we chose this restaurant because there were vegan/vegetarian options since we are vegan. What can I say about the quality, incredible. Absolutely everything was delicious. We tried different dishes and each one was better than the other. Our waitress was very attentive at all times, very friendly and helpful. We sat on the terrace and it was very nice with a breeze. The bathrooms were also very clean. Incredible value for money.

31/12/2024: I live in the United States, and my little brother lives in Lyon. During my visit after several years of absence in France, one of my wishes was to eat in a Lyonnais cork. My brother managed to get a reservation for 14 people. We were warmly welcomed. The food was delicious, and the service impeccable. Our children and teenagers also loved it. I recommend this restaurant 100%!

09/12/2025: Hello, I loved this little experience. I wasn't in the area where the performing artists usually walk and pass by, so that was cool. There were different shows: magic, comedy, singing, and probably others, but I didn't get to see them. I highly recommend it. The organizers' promise of "laughter guaranteed" was indeed very funny. I especially liked the magician, who blended humor and professionalism. In short, I had a great time and it's a wonderful memory. Thank you

19/01/2026: Honestly, yesterday this Lyon bistro blew us away with the quality of its food, top-notch service, and a warm welcome despite not having a reservation. The atmosphere was friendly and the space wasn't too noisy, almost cozy. And the €21 set menu was a perfect representation of Lyonnaise cuisine. We'll definitely be back! ❤️👍😉👋
