15/08/2024: I go there several times a week with my colleagues, the girls are very nice. The Kouign Amann and the Black Latte are just to die for.
29/07/2024: One of the best bakeries in the region. We love croissants and pain au chocolat. The price is good too, the seller is kind and helpful.

22/09/2024: The worst racist restaurant I've ever had while living abroad. A server that didn't come even when I called and made eye contact. The worst dish for the price, with truffles but no taste. If you want to pay for discomfort, go for it.

03/12/2024: I enjoy the Friday evenings with bachata lessons and the always welcoming and warm atmosphere.
The cocktails are delicious and generous.
29/11/2024: The bouncers are still just as racist (yes I have to say the terms) I decided to go there anyway knowing that colleagues and dance partners were waiting for me but was rejected at the entrance for an evening with the dance group wasted, reminds me why I don't come out here anymore. Too bad for you!

27/07/2024: Take away 2 fried kebabs without drink, 15th. Unsalted frozen fries, really low quality frozen bread. Dried frozen meats. Bland white sauce (cream with unrecognizable grass) so it's cream, nothing more, nothing less. TOMATO SALAD ONIONS not found in the sandwich.
Normal reception.
In summary, save 15th and make pasta at home!
2 stars because it is a tough job and the welcome is correct.

15/09/2024: Miso soup cut with water and tasteless, zero value for money. The rice portions are ridiculous. The restaurant replaces items in the order without even warning, and doesn't care when we call them.

22/09/2024: I’ve been living in Lyon for almost 8 years, I’m fluent in French and met one of the rudest waiters in town…
Food was ok, nothing out of this world. The service, that’s another story. From the get go the waiter was not very nice. I’m not pretending the waiter to be super happy but at least a little bit of courtesy. After he brought the bread I gently asked for butter and he rudely said NO. He ended up bringing a big slice of it charging 50 cents. Fine. Then he sat down and had a meal break. A few minutes later a couple entered the restaurant and he told them no service until 19h. It was 18:30h… the couple sat there waiting. We had to ask him to pickup our plates while he was eating…
After reading other reviews I guess we weren’t the only ones with a not so pleasant experience.

Apart from the welcome and the beautiful interior of the brasserie, the rest needs to be completely revised.
The value for money is catastrophic, I chose the dish of the day at €15.50 and I only ended up with a burrata placed on olive oil with 5 slices of bland tomatoes. A shame.
At this price we expect to find crushed yellow tomatoes, pine nuts, Italian ham and breadsticks.
Shocked...
I don't recommend.
22/06/2024: We had a nice time this afternoon. Very good cuisine, all homemade with fresh produce. The prices are a little high but the quantity and quality is there.

21/09/2024: I didn't think I'd have to leave a review for a local bar but please let's talk!
Let's start with the positive: a really cool pub-effect decor, good rock sound as we like in this kind of place, really adorable waiters/bartenders who know their job, always there to advise you, a little touch of humor and a smile guaranteed (small dedication to the waitress with the tattoos on her arm).
On the other hand, I didn't really understand the usefulness of the gentleman who seems to be a bouncer at first glance, sitting all evening or almost on a chair at the entrance to the bar, on his phone. I want to talk about him because unlike the rest of the team, not a single smile on his face to stare at and stare at the customers there are people there! Who is this guy? I almost asked him if he wanted the reference of my underwear because apparently he was looking for them…
I come to this awesome bar regularly but having such a rude character here is really chilling.
20/09/2024: The establishment is really nice, the staff is dynamic but the oldest waiter would be more efficient if he served as much as he is on his phone, is he the bouncer or an employee?!?

25/07/2024: Aggressive and rude boss who hits cars parked in front of his bar in perfectly legitimate parking spaces or sits on them. Some drunk customers on the sidewalk are no better and contribute to this disrespect. Although the bar looks optically appealing, I strongly cancel.

The atmosphere is sticky, plastic glasses, unpleasant or even malicious service, none of the equipment works (air conditioning, music, screens, etc.). Plus, the boss, the man in the hat already cited in many comments, is extremely aggressive. If the establishment does not put you off, its interventions and its inquisitive and unsympathetic presence will end up scaring you away.

21/05/2024: We were warned, but not finding a table in a nearby restaurant, we took the risk... and understood why the reviews are bad. The dishes we had were ridiculously tiny, eaten in 3 bites, without any taste interest and expensive! Anything to displease. The waiters and waitresses do their best, but their kindness cannot make up for the treatment that the caterer and the management of this place reserve for its customers (for just 1 evening that's for sure).
06/05/2024: The dish to share is excellent and at a very reasonable price (13€/person), I recommend
