The dishes are high-quality, well-prepared with fresh ingredients, and the atmosphere is convivial, whether for lunch or just a coffee. It's an address I wholeheartedly recommend in Lyon's 6th arrondissement. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism; I'll gladly return!

I highly recommend this establishment for the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food, and the excellent value for money.

10/09/2026: Passing through Lyon on Thursday, September 10th at 5:15 PM, I was served by someone who was as unpleasant as she was incompetent. I've never experienced anything like it, not even in a less well-known establishment. Her gaze was contemptuous. My order didn't match what I had requested: two cakes were missing. Luckily, she didn't charge me for them. There were several employees who seemed bored, judging by the lack of customers. The quality of Bernachon has declined significantly. The cakes and pastries are ordinary, and the pâté en croûte is tasteless. I won't be going back.

We started with the beef carpaccio, followed by the burgers and a bottle of red wine — everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The food was excellent, but what really made the evening was the atmosphere: relaxed, welcoming, and with a great ambiance. Everything felt just right, from the quality of the food to the service and the overall setting. A lovely place for a relaxed meal in Lyon. We would definitely come back!

The atmosphere is elegant, the setting is magnificent, and the terrace is perfect for enjoying a wonderful time. The coffee is delicious, prepared with care, and everything offered is of high quality. You can tell that every detail matters, from the service to the presentation. It's a place you'll want to return to again and again. If you're looking for a must-visit spot in Lyon to enjoy excellent coffee in a friendly and refined atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend Le Cintra. A true institution that more than deserves its 5 stars!

13/09/2026: The cafe is perfectly located and very pleasant, unfortunately, the dishes served are really average although quite generous, the service is regrettable, you really feel like you are bothering them when asking for bread.

16/07/2026: I chose this place because of its late opening time, advertised as 3 pm. I arrived at 2 pm just as they were closing up. I pointed out the closing time clearly displayed on the storefront and their website, only to receive the firm response, "Well, we're closed now." This behavior clashes with the friendly atmosphere they described. They call it a neighborhood restaurant, but I'll leave it to the neighborhood. The death of the "small shop," where only fast food will survive. What a shame.

14/07/2026: A good bakery with delicious, fresh products. However, the service is appalling, and you really get the feeling you're bothering them. No friendliness, no service whatsoever, which is a real shame because the prices are attractive and the products are of very good quality! Note that there's nowhere to sit once you're there, but the Place de l'Europe right next door is a perfectly good option!

02/05/2026: Bakery in Les Halles. The bread was delicious and reasonably priced. I also bought some "oreillets," very similar to those made in Spain.

28/04/2026: The reservation text message sets the tone 😳 Personally, I go to restaurants to relax, not to put pressure on myself as soon as the reservation is confirmed. So I preferred to cancel my reservation and not try this restaurant.
