22/03/2026: A wonderful experience; the dishes were very sophisticated. We absolutely loved the fish and the orange dessert, both very subtle. Regarding the blueberry dessert, we felt it was a shame the pine flavor wasn't stronger. As for the service, we would have appreciated it if the waitresses had taken more time to announce the courses, as we sometimes had difficulty keeping up.

10/03/2026: We opted for a vegetarian raclette and what a surprise! Instead of cured meats, we enjoyed a whole plate of delicious prepared vegetables, plus bread, potatoes, and salad. The service was impeccable and quick, the portions more than generous, the staff friendly, and the whole experience was warm and welcoming. The dessert was equally delicious. Thank you to the three ladies who took such good care of us for this wonderful moment!

17/03/2026: This was our favorite restaurant in La Rosière. Excellent food and very friendly efficient service. We went there twice for dinner in 7 nights we spent there. The woman who owns the place is from UK, so it was nice nice having a chat with her. Everyone on staff speaks excellent English.

The bavette steak with shallots was excellent, perfectly cooked and very flavorful. A true brasserie just the way we like them: simple, generous, and friendly. I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area!

The service is seamless and particularly pleasant. It's a real bonus to be accompanied by the team's passionate storytelling: each dish is described, adding another layer of depth to the tasting experience.
I always appreciate this sincere focus on local artisans and suppliers. Everything is consistent and carefully sourced, from the precision of the cutlery to the skill of the fishmonger.
Finally, I absolutely fell in love with Sophie and Peter's tableware; these pieces are veritable jewels that elevate every dish.

11/03/2026: Romantic dinner during a ski holiday. Ground-floor premises with a lovely terrace for drinks. Tasteful, slightly kitschy decor (old skis and teapots on the wall), with lighting effects. The tables are well-spaced, and it's quiet. Reservations are essential, as this restaurant is often full. The welcome was very attentive and professional. Modern menu on a tablet with photos of the dishes. The service was quick and efficient. Excellent mountain fondue. It's the resort's upscale restaurant, so the bill was a bit hefty, but the prices are displayed, so you know what to expect. One suggestion: perhaps label the dishes with allergens, especially since the chef uses nuts in the salad dressing and desserts. Overall, a very good experience.
09/03/2026: For several years now, we've enjoyed ending our stay at this restaurant. Once again, last Saturday, we had a wonderful meal, apart from the champagne which wasn't up to the price. The staff was very friendly. The major drawback was the owner who ignored us throughout the evening, completely indifferent to our table. Not even a goodbye; we left on our own, something that hadn't happened in previous years.
Disappointed.
