12/04/2026: Exorbitant prices for cafeteria-quality food. Undercooked chicken, a salad that looked like pig's... nothing but ribs. Thank goodness for the view. It was the only restaurant open yesterday; thankfully there are much better options!

18/04/2026: Service, food, and attention to detail, only surpassed by the beauty of the mountains it sits in. Fantastic stay in the final week of the season. Ski in and out and free bus service up and down the mountain. Staff were impeccable.

16/04/2026: Directly onto and off the ski slopes. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious evening buffet. Good value for money. Decent room. Free coffee, tea, and water. Beautiful view and terrace. Top-notch sauna and pool. The only minor downside is the lack of chargers for electric cars.

11/05/2026: For a restaurant that claims to be semi-gastronomic, I ordered octopus with mashed potatoes for €27. If you have a shark's jaw, then it's perfect, and that's exactly what I told the waiter when he took my plate. I explained how incredibly tough the flesh was, making it inedible. I also ordered dessert and coffee. We had kidneys too. The sauce was perfect, but perhaps the chef needs to learn that onions are eaten pink, not cooked. When it came time to pay the bill, I didn't receive an apology, let alone an explanation or even a complimentary coffee. I find that unacceptable. It's a bit like hiring a gardener to mow your lawn and trim your hedge, and he trims the hedge but not the lawn, and then bills you for everything despite your dissatisfaction. So I understand why the restaurant industry is struggling with this kind of behavior. It's a shame that you can go from one star to five stars, because if I could have given it -3 stars, I would have.

10/05/2026: For our first time, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The welcome was warm, the service impeccable and very friendly, and the meal excellent. The frog legs were perfect for us, and the dessert was delicious! We'll be back!

23/04/2026: The hotel is a bit overrated in my opinion, and the experience was disappointing, especially the restaurant. Otherwise, the rooms are pleasant. Special mention goes to the spa, which overlooks the valley – a breathtaking view!

17/04/2026: BEWARE OF HOSTILE MANAGER. Had lunch at their restaurant and since our hotel booked for us and given it was our first time there obviously we would not know how sunny/which direction the sun would be hitting us from. Anyway we asked for seats to be facing away from the sun to which the lady who kept emphasizing she’s the manager (good for her but does she really need to keep saying it) said no because all the seats are absolutely fully booked for the whole lunch period (even if we said we will leave in an hour). She even misunderstand us and tried to seat us facing the sun. Anyway my husband just had surgery on his face and cannot be under the sun directly so we insisted and she moved us indoors, not before she rudely asked us if we wanted to leave repeatedly. The rest of the staff was nice and we noticed her talking pretty condescendingly to them. Maybe she’s the owner’s daughter or something? Crazy attitude. Anyway when we left an hour later and there were 6-7 empty tables outside. All fully booked huh? With this kinda attitude she shouldn’t work in hospitality if she acts like she hates her life.

05/04/2026: We had a wonderful meal! Sophisticated and inventive cuisine. Friendly staff. Attentive owners. Refined setting with views of Lake Bourget and the surrounding mountains. Modern decor and furnishings. One of the best restaurants we've ever been to. We highly recommend it.

14/03/2026: This isn't the quality I knew 10 years ago. The menu was very light, and the wine by the glass was a nice touch. It tasted more like a forgotten, everyday wine. It's a real shame.

06/04/2026: A fantastic waiter who really knows how to please! The woman who seated us was incredibly unpleasant. We had a wonderful time on the terrace, which unfortunately had to be cut short; there wasn't time for dessert or coffee because they had to vacate the table quickly... It wouldn't have been a problem if we had been informed beforehand. The food itself was very good, though; it's just a shame that this woman was so rude.

27/04/2026: I came twice during my ski week. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: it's excellent and authentic. I highly recommend it. However, regarding the service, the short-haired waitress was unpleasant both times I came to the restaurant. The first time, I simply asked for my meat to be cooked medium-rare, but it wasn't. Yet, she criticized me for the cooking, even though I only asked for it to be cooked longer. The second time, I asked a question when she brought the dishes, and she responded haughtily and dismissively, without clearly addressing my request. I find this unacceptable: once, perhaps, but twice is excessive, especially since I'm a customer and I don't want to be spoken to rudely when I come to eat.
