29/08/2024: Top restaurant with excellent home cooking. The ingredients are fresh. It's just delicious. The salads, tartiflettes and Burgers are great. The waffles are also very good. The children's menu is perfect too. We went there several times during our week's vacation. The icing on the cake: the service is attentive. I recommend without hesitation!

07/09/2024: This restaurant at the end of the Peisey valley, at the entrance to the Vanoise park!! With cuisine worthy of the greatest gourmet restaurants, with a choice for carnivores as well as vegetarians and vegans, quite simply the best restaurant in the valley!! Highly recommended

19/08/2024: I recently had lunch at this restaurant located in the mountains, in the heart of a national park, and the experience was exceptional. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and great friendliness, which immediately set the tone for the rest of the meal. The presentation of the dishes was neat and modern, adding a pleasant visual touch to each plate. As a starter, I tasted a trout gravlax which was simply delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors. The main course, lamb steak with zucchini and mint chimichurri, was also a real treat. The cooking of the lamb was perfect, and the accompaniment brought a freshness and complexity which enhanced the dish. Finally, dessert, a coconut rice pudding, took me back to my childhood with its creamy texture and regressive taste. It was a delicious way to end this meal. In summary, I loved everything about this restaurant, from the welcome to the cuisine. I will return without hesitation and highly recommend this address to anyone passing through the area.

11/09/2024: Arthur and his sister always welcome us with a smile in their little restaurant facing the magnificent Moutiers cathedral. Very good dishes, never disappointed! We often have lunch there as a family during the week, and our lunch break being short, we know we will be able to eat quickly! To test for your next visits to Moutiers ;-)

04/09/2024: One and only menu. But what a menu! Garden products with real flavors. Simple and effective. The blueberry pie straight out of the oven: a real treat. The waitress is very pleasant and smiling. The immediate proximity to the road when eating on the terrace poses no problem, largely compensated by a succulent meal at a fair price. We would like some who call themselves restaurateurs to take role as models.

22/08/2024: I came here to respond to a specific review. It's not our habit but the person doesn't say everything about their opinion. It was August 15, 2024. There were a lot of reservations that day. The gentleman in question arrived almost at the same time as all our customers, who had taken the trouble to book! When he arrived, I offered him a table for 1:45 p.m., but that didn't suit him. That’s when he asked me for takeaway, which we don’t do! But when we can accommodate our customers, we do it! There, I told him that there would also be a wait! He didn't like my answer either. At that moment, he told me that he was coming from the neighboring restaurant, where you had to make a reservation! I told him that with us too!!! But here too, my answer went wrong, obviously!!! I am very sorry for this situation, Sir...

21/07/2024: Un magnifique dimanche midi en famille sur la terrasse de ce restaurant. Accueil simple, cuisine simple et savoureuse, de bons produits dans les assiettes. Une bonne sélection de vin, avec une très belle découverte pour le Merlot du domaine Demeure Pinet. Juste un petit - pour le prix du menu, un peu cher à mon sens.

11/09/2024: A first telephone contact for our last minute reservation with the chef, very pleasant. He clearly explained to us how his establishment works regarding meals, half-board and breakfast. On site, we were well received, and he insisted on the fact that there was no obligation to consume on site. The room was very clean, well decorated and spacious, there were 2 of us in a room for 4. Having arrived a little late on a Sunday, we stayed there for dinner. The menu invites us to discover flavors that we don't all expect to find in the mountains. The dishes are very well presented and above all excellent. And I find it perfect to consider children as full guests by offering them the same menu in adapted portions. The Chef made us want to come back for his next menu. The Service: I read the comments,...in my opinion the staff did too and took them into account. The menu was explained to us with a smile, we were regularly asked if everything was going well. The job of restaurateur is not easy every day and it can happen that annoyances prevent us from being at the top all the time. For our part, everything went well. Keep it up. THANKS

30/08/2024: Very good restaurant, for a local meal! Tartiflette, fondue, raclette, croziflette... Mountain decor. Be careful, the room is very small so remember to book to have a chance to taste Arcelle's cuisine! Welcome and efficient service. Generous portions.

02/09/2024: 2 weeks in July / August 2024 + +: Wonderful stay. Very professional, friendly welcome, and surprise a €100 gift card to spend on activities from the tourist office! Apartment on the 1st floor of the Caribou building (the one below the main Thabor). Very beautiful view of the mountain, ideally located and relatively quiet. One floor down to arrive at the top of the covered stairs which go down to the "snow front" and the small center with shops and restaurants. And a covered escalator to go back up! Very quiet apartment (a technical reserve on the left, an unoccupied apartment on the right). Very good size for 2 (bedroom and separate toilet), large balcony very well exposed, very bright, all day long, redone decor, sober, bright and "cocooning". Pretty friendly resort, on a human scale. A multitude of hikes and very beautiful views that are already very accessible. - -: small downside for the parking, minute drop-off authorized in front of the entrance (to clear the car), and very quickly chased away with leaflets threatening to be impounded. And authorized parking solutions are quite far away. The dryer is out of service (but that can be fixed). Indeed, the sound insulation between the floors is perhaps quite average, we benefit from some noise (from the toilet for example...), even if for us the tenants were relatively discreet. And finally a view to the side, through the bedroom (therefore not main) slightly marred by a burned down residence building (in January). But this is not P&V's responsibility, and let's hope it is rebuilt quickly.
