12/03/2026: We stopped there just for a coffee; the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, calm, and the beautiful scenery is what characterizes this place. The sunny terrace in the middle of the forest delighted us; we were comfortably seated and the atmosphere was fantastic.

09/03/2026: We had another fantastic meal this week. The beef cheeks were melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the steak Rossini was perfect. And speaking of tenderness, it was divine! 😄 And Eléa was a ray of sunshine! Welcoming, attentive, and helpful, she's simply wonderful!

28/01/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional experience at Le Refuge in Solaise! An absolutely magical place with a splendid view and a warm, mountain atmosphere. The welcome is impeccable, the staff are friendly, attentive, and very professional. The dishes are delicious, generous, and perfectly prepared with high-quality ingredients. Everything comes together for a unique experience: a magnificent setting, flavorful cuisine, and a convivial atmosphere. A must-visit in Solaise; we will definitely be back!

08/03/2026: Okay, but nothing special. Varied menu with burgers, ribeye steak, pasta, fish… but mediocre food quality. Industrial pasta, poor-quality raclette and fondue. Prices are reasonable. Profiteroles served in astronomical quantities! New dining room with cheap lighting.

03/03/2026: I highly recommend it!!! I came for a friend's birthday and we had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic, the flank steak was delicious. I highly recommend it. I want to thank Esteban for the service; he made the evening even better. Thank you again! If you're ever in Les Menuires, I highly recommend it.

18/02/2026: Superb, recently renovated mountain restaurant. Excellent food. The hot chocolate was incredibly comforting. Warm and inviting interior decor. Professional, friendly, and smiling staff. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it's not every day you get to have lunch or a drink at 2500m altitude, by a lake and surrounded by mountains. The building blends in quite well with nature, although obviously that's not necessarily what you'd expect to find in the wilderness—that's just my opinion. I highly recommend this restaurant.

16/03/2026: Very warm welcome, came here for lunch. We stuck to the gallettes and the crepes, and they were all delicious, great ingredients. Highly recommend the L'alpine gallette and the caramel buerre salé crepe.

12/02/2026: I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The location is ideal, well-situated, and easily accessible. The staff is discreet but always available when you need anything. As an added bonus, the jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam are fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel! 👍

20/02/2026: They happily accommodated a large group of us and so we enjoyed our final day on the slopes with a lovely lunch here The dancers are fun to watch too!

01/03/2026: I went there on a Sunday evening around 6:45 pm, but I was craving soup. It was practically empty, very peaceful. I was seated right away and ordered their soup of the day, which was pumpkin soup served with croutons and cheese. Honestly, it was delicious, exactly what I was looking for that evening, and the prices are reasonable for Val-d'Isère. Very friendly service. Homemade food.

10/02/2026: We tried the brunch-style breakfast option. Be careful not to arrive too late (11 am max so as not to cut into lunchtime), you've been warned ;). Quality and fresh selection! Attentive and efficient service. Reasonable price. In April, 3 days of concerts, not to be missed: FOUSTOCK

09/03/2026: Lunch on March 5, 2026. Everything was great except for the most unpleasant waitress at the bar. A smile and friendliness were apparently optional, and I didn't get any. I was with my large family. I'll come back, but we certainly won't be ordering drinks.

13/02/2026: Emilie and Sophie's welcome and attentiveness were simply EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you to them! The room was so clean, and the shower was spotless, nothing to complain about! The homemade meals, morning and evening, were just SO GOOD!!! The slopes are only 1km away, and there's a shuttle right outside the hotel, so it's a 15/10 overall! I can't wait to come back

01/02/2026: Three nights at the Adray for a ski trip with friends. First of all, the hotel is very easy to reach from Moutiers with few winding roads. That's a definite plus. No parking problems at the hotel. It takes less than five minutes by car to get to the Montalbert ski lifts, and parking is readily available. Alternatively, there's a shuttle bus with a stop just 30 meters away. The hotel, with its intimate size, has a family atmosphere and a certain cozy mountain charm, enhanced by the warm welcome and kindness of Sophie and Emilie. The hotel has its strengths and a few weaknesses, but for this price range, it's hard to find better in a large resort like La Plagne.

02/03/2026: A restaurant that deserves to be better known :) Everything was truly excellent! A huge favorite from the amuse-bouche to the dessert! A real plus was the quality of the furniture and the intimate, comfortable atmosphere of the restaurant. Can't wait to come back!

The staff are warm, welcoming, and strike the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. The overall design is charming and effortlessly lifestyle-oriented: family-friendly, relaxed, and refreshingly fuss-free. The breakfast and dinner buffets are exceptional—varied, abundant, and clearly focused on quality. After a day on the slopes, the spa becomes the real highlight: the outdoor jacuzzi, surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views, is pure bliss. My wife and I loved every single moment of our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended.
