25/10/2025: Very nice restaurant/bar! Homemade food, ample portions, very friendly setting, welcome and service. Despite the small size of the room, we didn't feel like we were stuck to the other tables. In short, we had a good time and we ate well 😅

15/10/2025: We arrived for a quick bite to eat, and what a wonderful discovery! Pleasant welcome, a short menu, but pure joy. Given the difficulty of choosing (sic) with only five suggestions, we ordered two different dishes. The result: two taste bud delights. We had to have the desserts...homemade. A treat to finish off the meal. A wonderful discovery, and we'll keep this address in mind for our next visit to Chambé. THANK YOU

05/09/2025: We had just arrived off the TBM and were on the hunt for some delicious local delicacies. The staff at our hotel highly recommended Le Refuge, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Located right in the heart of town on a charming pedestrian street, Le Refuge immediately impressed us with its warm and beautifully rustic decor. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, exactly what you'd hope for in a local spot. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering excellent recommendations with genuine enthusiasm. We ordered the raclette, which came with a generous spread, more than enough food! The highlight was being able to scrape the melted cheese directly from the block ourselves, a fun and interactive experience that added to the meal. To top it all off, we had the crème brûlée for dessert, and they flambéed it right at the table, a lovely touch! All in all, it was a truly memorable dinner and a wonderful introduction to the region’s cuisine. Highly recommended!

01/02/2026: I discovered this charming restaurant, which was recommended to me. The exterior is a bit drab, but the interior is very welcoming. The dishes are incredibly generous and delicious from start to finish. The prices for the aperitifs 🍹 and desserts 🍨 are more than reasonable, which is rare these days. Go without hesitation.

30/12/2025: Cold accommodation, a towel warmer in the living room that wasn't very effective for heating. The ski slope was terrible, lots of black ice. No toboggan run. Not much to do in the area. La Norma is better for skiing. And look closely at the wooden chairs; my wife fell backward and they came loose.

15/12/2024: A great cozy ski resort. Everything is close. Available soon. The town has a sauna and a swimming pool. Enough shops. Good skiing area. I liked everything.

17/01/2026: Awesome! Best restaurant on the slopes! I tried the daily special (pie) and the blueberry tart, and I'll be back tomorrow to try the lemon meringue pie, which looks incredible! 🤩🤩🤩 Thanks also for the quick service and great advice! Top-notch!

22/01/2026: Delicious food, the fries were warm and looked like they were made from potatoes. The wait wasn't long. The hot dog from the bar was delicious.

20/01/2026: The view is fantastic! Absolutely amazing! We ordered 2 burgers and a salad. The burgers were dry and boring. The meat was tasty, but the bacon almost uncooked. The bread was dry, and not prepared in anyway. The fries were not done and did not taste good. The service were alright. We will not come back.

12/02/2026: I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The location is ideal, well-situated, and easily accessible. The staff is discreet but always available when you need anything. As an added bonus, the jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam are fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel! 👍

07/02/2026: Simply perfect! A small, friendly hotel, a little outside the resort center, but there are regular shuttles that can take you there. All the staff are lovely and attentive, and the food is excellent. We had a perfect stay in every way.

23/09/2025: We stayed half-board. The room was nice with a lovely bathroom. The dinner was very good and plentiful, with the waitress always smiling, and it was a great experience. I recommend it.

09/09/2025: A quick impromptu stop, a look at the menu, 1/2 Reblochon in its brick pastry and its charcuterie and potato garnish. Blueberry tart, all for 50€ for 2, great service with a smile, we left with full stomachs and happy. To do again. Thanks to the team.

22/12/2025: Passing through, what a pleasant surprise! The welcome was warm, the flank steak was excellent, and the shrimp gratin was good, though I wouldn't have served it with fries. We'll be back.

16/12/2024: Excellent brasserie, for a weekend with friends we went there by chance and frankly no regrets, we would like to be welcomed this way more often. We ate really well, from starter to dessert, thank you chef! We even finally decided to extend the pleasure with the staff because we felt so good. Thank you for everything and above all don't change anything! If I have to come back to Chambéry, I know where to come! Best wishes
