10/03/2026: We ate at this restaurant recently. The experience was generally okay, but several things could be improved. The service still lacks experience. The manager seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn't always appear to be in control of the situation, which led to several mistakes (problems with order slips, confusion with reservations due to incorrect dates, etc.). This is all the more surprising given that the restaurant wasn't full when we visited. Some kitchen errors were also very noticeable to everyone in the dining room—for example, when a piece of meat was forgotten—which suggests a lack of discretion and coordination between the front of house and the kitchen. As for the food, the dishes are decent and quite tasty, but the overall impression is sometimes one of using rather processed ingredients. A bit more fresh produce would certainly make a difference. On the other hand, I want to highlight the excellent work of the young waitress. She was very versatile: managing drinks, serving main courses and desserts, all while taking the time to keep her workspace clean. His professionalism and efficiency deserve to be mentioned. Finally, we had already visited once under the previous owners and everything went very well. We therefore hope that the restaurant will be able to regain that level of quality over time. In summary, a restaurant with potential, but which would benefit from improving the organization of the service and the quality of the food.

18/03/2026: Absolutely amazing! We had the porcini mushroom fondue. I've never seen anything like it, with such beautiful pieces of porcini... Delicious! And the plain fondue was just as good. There were five of us, and everyone agreed. The Apremont wine was also very good and a sure bet. The owner is super friendly. The two waitresses are always attentive. Don't forget to book... it's a very popular spot! 😁👍 Kudos to the whole team and the chefs!

14/03/2026: If you're passing through Val Cenis, this is the place to go. • The food: It's flawless! The dishes are delicious and very generous, exactly what you want after a great day in the mountains. • The wine list: We enjoyed some lovely wines that perfectly complemented the meal. • The atmosphere: The staff is simply fantastic, welcoming, and efficient. Special mention for Benjamin: His humor and good cheer add a real bonus to the experience. In short, a great place where you eat well and laugh a lot. We'll definitely be back!

19/03/2026: Returned a second time, but the last meal was for anorexics. No harmony in the dishes, bland cuisine, no seasoning. A shame, as the quality of the ingredients was undervalued. Again, the wine was good, and the service was adequate.

05/01/2026: A wonderful time at Café de Paris. We were welcomed at 2 pm with genuine warmth and immediately appreciated the efficient and friendly service. The set menu offered excellent value for money: a delicious lamb tagine with fries, followed by an absolutely divine homemade chocolate mousse. Pure bliss! A simple, efficient, and welcoming establishment that I recommend without hesitation. 😊🍽️

13/03/2026: Nice prices, fish & chips was big portion, maybe even for 2 people, then basic fries, and fries with melted cheddar and onion. All those meals were pretty fine, and compared to other restaurants in les 3 valles, cheaper and bigger. Also, you can take as much kechup/mayo as you want.

High-quality ingredients and top-notch service. A special mention for Gigi, the manager, for his warm welcome and kindness. A must-visit when in Val Thorens! ⛰️🍽️

14/03/2026: A mountain restaurant in an authentic and elegant setting, the welcome is stiff. As for the food, the menu is simple, the dishes are typical and local, well-prepared and tasty. The prices suggest a more gourmet experience. However, this is home-style cooking with simple bistro-style dishes, "just like at home," without any innovation or attempt at original flavor combinations. No surprises in terms of taste, no added gastronomic value. For example, the rib of beef: The weight is not given, the cut is not presented before cooking, the breed of beef is not indicated, and when the information is requested, the response was: "Uh, I think they're local cows... they're 'Charolette'..." This neglect of the product clashes with the stuffy atmosphere of the service and especially the price: €140, advertised for three people, when the portion served is barely enough for two. In short, a restaurant with gourmet airs and prices, serving food worthy of a good neighborhood bistro.

23/03/2026: Wonderful restaurant, just off the slopes in Plagne 1800. Incredible Raclette and Fondue in a warm and cosy atmosphere. The staff are lovely and attentive and the beer is good too. Strong recommend from me.

07/03/2026: Every time we've stayed in Albiez for the past three years, we've stopped at Le Constantin for their Savoyard fondue. We're never disappointed; it's always so delicious! And the charcuterie that goes with it is excellent! Thank you for your hospitality! Everyone is delighted, young and old! We can't wait for our next visit!

14/02/2026: Had been really looking forward to staying here and we weren’t disappointed. From the friendly welcome at Reception to the helpful staff in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. The snow and the hotels position (ski in ski out ) just make things easier for your stay. Did I mention the spa just what you need after a day on the slopes. We’re definitely returning.
