09/12/2025: I simply introduced myself to wash my hands, something a very friendly gentleman allowed me to do, and upon leaving I was practically chased away like an insect when a "woman," or at least someone who looked like one, asked me, "WHO ARE YOU???" as if I were about to rob her bar. A very strange and disrespectful welcome, but I have a pretty good idea why I was greeted that way... ^^

06/12/2025: A marvel! A particularly warm welcome. Extremely attentive and meticulous service; genuine kindness. Each dish delights the eyes with its exquisite presentation and enchants all the senses with its succulence. The portions are generous. The decor is magnificent; the dining room is very spacious and truly bright. Photos: Poached egg in red wine, pan-fried mushrooms and country bacon, meat jus. Pollock fillet with a creamy herb broth. Chocolate fondant. The poaching of the egg. Sylvie delicately pairs the egg and the wine. This perfect union creates the sweetest sensation on the palates of every captivated and delighted guest. 24/01/2026: The main course was generous, but during dessert, several large profiteroles were spoiled due to the chocolate having gone off. They had a sour taste. The dessert was replaced, but the owner offered no compensation or apology. And yet there were 11 of us!

24/01/2026: Excellent cuisine, a lovely menu, and wonderful desserts. We loved this place for its charm, its history, the chef and his team, the servers… A big thank you to this establishment where we had a very pleasant time.

15/07/2025: Terrible, pathetic service!!! After 45 minutes of waiting, and a call to the waiter who said "I'm coming": in the end he continued to ignore us and took orders from other tables! We ended up leaving without eating in this restaurant...

06/01/2026: AMAZING! We were late seating in a full restaurant and they were helpful, friendly, food was amazing - we went for crepes and a salad which were all heavenly! We tried to go back again for dessert but were too late

08/12/2025: Very beautiful, the staff are very pleasant and we were warmly welcomed. The only thing that could perhaps be improved is the toilets, which could better reflect the overall theme of the place.

15/02/2026: We stopped at the hotel restaurant after a morning of skiing. Very welcoming staff, Tristan was fantastic, thank you! ;) The meal was very satisfying. Thank you and have a great season!

14/02/2026: Not sure it could’ve been any better. This is an amazing property. Absolutely everyone I interacted with was thoughtful and kind. From when I first called to when I had to leave. The property is ski in / ski out. The breakfast is over the top amazing. The room I had was elegant and classic alpine - exactly what you want on a ski vacation in the alps. Highly recommended.

19/09/2025: The place doesn't look like much, either inside or out. I was reassured by the staff; I quickly realized that it was a family restaurant run by Savoyards, promising good, generous, and flavorful cuisine. This proved to be true: the fondue was sublime, and the bruschetta was just as incredible and generous!! At the end of my fondue, they mixed the rest of the dish with an egg and cognac; it was magnificent! If you're passing through, don't hesitate to stop by for dinner!

14/08/2025: I don't know where the reviews come from, but I relied on them. Avoid at lunchtime. I haven't tried it in the evening (the reviews are probably from the evening because it doesn't correspond to what I saw in the photos on site). Friendly staff.

29/11/2025: Excellent, very good food, very pleasant service, we will be back

22/11/2025: Friday evenings feature prawns and frog legs served with a seasonal salad and rice cooked in vegetable broth. Served in a beautiful cast-iron casserole dish, it stays piping hot until it's empty 😉. The parsley-based seasoning is excellent. I give a lot of credit to the restaurant for its upkeep and the excellent service provided by just two people. Well done!

27/12/2025: Excellent food and service, great wine list, I'll gladly return. The only downside is the slightly small dining room.

14/12/2025: The setting is pleasant, the waitress is agreeable but nothing special, and the dishes arrive far too quickly—no time to even take a sip. Overall, the food is quite good, but the portions are tiny. I left feeling unsatisfied, especially considering the high prices. The foie gras served as a starter was very small. The crispy turkey main course tasted good, but there was hardly enough sauce; it was very dry. The polenta consisted of four tiny cubes, though the price of the ingredient isn't the issue. The dessert was good, but nothing special, and the presentation was very minimalist. In short, the dishes are decent, homemade, but nothing exceptional, the portions are small, and the prices are far too high.

06/08/2025: A little complicated to find because there is construction and the access is at the back for the hotel but the staff comes to our aid and meets us

01/02/2026: The meal was disappointing in quality but not in quantity. The dessert, a raspberry tart, however, was exceptional.

19/10/2025: Royal couscous as a suggestion of the day. Very well-garnished plate, very well-worked semolina, therefore very digestible, excellent.

13/01/2026: A truly excellent family-run establishment, just the way I like them. It's in the top 3 best restaurants in the Maurienne Valley, boasts a wine list worth exploring, and the food is superb – a truly high-quality restaurant. The hotel is ideally located and the staff are very friendly. 👍

22/09/2025: This place is a little gem! The stopover package is great: minimalist room but very comfortable bedding, balcony, thoughtful little touches. The evening meal was delicious and the breakfast just as much: Valérie is a perfect hostess and Philippe takes care of delighting our taste buds, can't wait to go back :)

31/01/2026: A beautiful spot ruined by a disgusting self-service restaurant. Go there for a drink and to enjoy the view. But avoid eating there!

30/01/2026: We enjoyed a Viennese hot chocolate and a homemade chocolate crepe – a real treat! A perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing, and the view is magnificent. The chalet's interior is superb, with fantastic decor. The staff are also very friendly. Go without hesitation!

31/08/2024: Always, just as good in terms of catering with well-stocked dishes and very good 100% homemade food! On the other hand, the wait for the service is just right, it would take 1 more person on duty. Very good reference and address. Remember to book!
