03/05/2026: It's impossible to order a starter without a main course. They charge extra for the sauce with the fries. The fries are overcooked. No further suggestions when paying. You'll quickly understand why this is the only restaurant with available seats when everywhere else is packed.
16/04/2026: A very good experience at this unique bar-restaurant in the south of France. The atmosphere is great, the service is quick, and the portions are decent. I highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The €16 beef carpaccio tasted like it had been in the fridge (brown color). The owner told me it was normal because it had been in the fridge... And the €18 "gourmet salad" with salmon and foie gras was of very low quality, far too salty, and even with such low quality, they couldn't manage to include enough. The foie gras wasn't foie gras at all, but duck mousse... In short, we ate each of them butcher-style and sent the plates back for fear of getting sick, and we left without eating. Absolutely avoid this place!
17/04/2026: Unfortunately, reviews can't convey smells. My mussels absolutely stank. After trying a few, I decided to play it safe and stop eating them. Sadly, it took me the rest of the afternoon and lots of handwashing to get the smell off my fingers.

09/06/2026: Tourist trap bar/restaurant where you pay for the view of the Palais des Papes square, service more than mediocre, unfriendly waiter, and an exorbitant bill – absolutely avoid!
09/06/2026: Total rip-off! My panini was empty; they just placed three pieces of tomato on the edge to make it look like it was filled.

09/05/2026: I've rarely seen such a low level of incompetence.
Upon arrival, there was no greeting. Given the frosty reception, we ordered four paninis and two bags of chips, already regretting stopping there. €30 later, four cold paninis, the cheese not even melted, we couldn't eat them. Catastrophic. I doubt my review will do any good considering the number of negative reviews before.
07/05/2026: Terrible service, nothing left to eat by 1 p.m., and the only thing offered was a cold, tasteless panini. In short, good at nothing, terrible at everything.

10/05/2026: When the best things about dinner are the owner's German skills and the bottle of mineral water.
Unbelievable. The steak was tough, the perch a few slivers of something, and the salad was definitely fresher a week ago. Next time, read the reviews beforehand. I'll have a shot of schnapps afterward, since I don't know if the kitchen is cleaner than the toilets 🫣
09/05/2026: Dinner on the terrace.
Before we sat down, the person who greeted us (the restaurant manager) assured us that the terrace was non-smoking. However, he took the liberty of smoking several cigarettes on the terrace while we were seated. To make matters worse, his assistant was doing the same.
Royal omelet, salad, and fries (€13.50). The fries weren't properly cooked.
Sea bream fillet with Provençal sauce and ratatouille (€15.90). The ratatouille was definitely canned. The sea bream fillet was small and overcooked. No bread was served with the meal.
We asked for a carafe of water, which never arrived.
Only the coffee was very good.
The very few customers that evening should have been a warning sign.

28/09/2024: Well, it's like all motorway rest areas, there's a little bit of everything but everything is very expensive.
25/09/2024: We stopped at the autogrill restaurant very disappointed, requested rare, ultra-cooked flank steak, minced steak the same, raw fries and cold ratatouille. We had to re-microwave our food...not to mention the staff putting chairs up on tables, sweeping up and putting up a barrier to close off the area you are in while you eat!!
As for the air in general, nothing to say, very clean toilet!
In summary, we do not recommend the autogrill restaurant, it is better to have a sandwich…

01/10/2024: Estupendo restaurante de comida tradicional. Muy buenos platos de gran calidad. La atención de la camarera italiana fue estupenda y muy amable.

28/08/2024: Seated promptly, waiter provided a menu in French and English.
Water provided for the table. Drinks order taken and within 5 minutes they were with us.
There was also a chief’s recommendation on a black board.
Orders taken, 2 x Lamb, 1 x Butchers Cut and 1 x Duck.
Meals came out with 15 minutes. Followed by warm rolls that were a nice touch.
Food ok, mash potato and ratatouille was warm at best. Butchers cut and fries good.
Gents toilets unrinal was taped off and other toilet had a large hole where the flusher was.

20/08/2024: As always, the meal was very good, and the prices were fair.
On the other hand this time the service was not great (my table which was reserved was given to someone else by the second waiter even though we were on time, error in ordering drinks, forgetting coffees and finally error in the bill).
Well, I probably had a bad day because the other two times I came were great.

30/11/2024: Excellent restaurant idéalement situé au bord de la Sorgue, avec une agréable véranda le long de l’eau, cuisine raffinée et de qualité, nous avons d’ailleurs pu échanger quelques mots avec le chef au sujet de ses plats des plus goûteux, service impeccable, personnel très sympathique
27/09/2024: Très joli cadre ..que ce soit à l'extérieur ou à l'intérieur.
Par contre le rapport qualité...prix concernant le menu à 48 euros est élevé...en effet nous avons été déçu des plats servis :
La truite est vraiment petite
Les girolles et cèpes servis avec le veau sont à chercher...
Le cochon du Ventoux à la sauce au chorizo était fade...la cuisson était par contre parfaite...
Les entrées (fois gras et sashimis) étaient bons.
On avait demandé, lors de la commande, à remplacer l'accompagnement du plat par des frites, mais à l'arrivée de l'assiette, pas de changement. Après avoir fait remarquer au serveur cet oubli, il nous a été ramené une portion de frites. Surprise lors de l'addition de constater qu'elles avaient été comptées en supplément (5 euros). Pour un menu à 48 euros, cela fait un peu mesquin, d'autant plus que cela résulte d'une mauvaise communication entre la salle et la cuisine.
Le baba au rhum est généreux.
Nous sommes repartis avec un avis très mitigé sur ce repas.... Dommage.

29/08/2024: nos amis hollandais tenait à tout prix à aller à ce restaurant que nous avions réservé. Il tombe quatre gouttes et ce restaurant ferme ses portes simplement sans prévenir les clients. Lorsque nous avons dit quelque chose, on nous a répondu qu’il ne pouvait pas téléphoner à tout le monde et qu’ils avaient peur que le temps se dégrade. drôle de façon de travailler, et nous n’y retournerons jamais
26/08/2024: Malgré le superbe emplacement, et un endroit que nous connaissons depuis des années, nous ne pouvons que constater la dégradation du service et l’amabilité du personnel. Nous étions passés en personne et avions clairement été noté en bord de terrasse ce qui a posé problème à notre arrivée et le serveur a clairement montré son agacement. Il s’agirait tout simplement de mieux s’organiser. Nous étions en famille mais en couple, nous serions partis car nous n’allons pas au restaurant pour etre stressés. Ce n’est pas la première fois mais nous ne le recommanderons plus dans notre location de vacances à ce stade. Différence radicale par rapport à notre expérience passée, peut-être un changement de propriétaire ou de personnel qui a perdu la notion du service au client au passage
