Original flavors, subtly blending sweet, savory, and just the right amount of acidity, inventive dishes, and beautiful presentations. Everything was delicious, and we tasted all the desserts, all original, perfectly balanced in sweetness and freshness, and not too sweet! We had a truly exceptional gastronomic experience, worthy of some Michelin-starred restaurants. Here, nothing is left to chance. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and the service remarkably professional. The team perfectly masters the art of fine dining: discretion, elegance, expert advice, perfect synchronization… Impeccable service from start to finish. The setting is also magnificent, an elegantly decorated and refined interior with very comfortable armchairs. Even the smallest details, from the plates and cutlery to the glassware, contribute to this impression of excellence. And what can I say about the food… Everything is homemade, and you can taste it from the very first bite. The aperitif, the cocktails, the homemade iced teas, the still-warm bread with its incredible hay-smoked butter, the amuse-bouches… each element hinted at what was to come. Then came the courses, each more impressive than the last. A refined, creative, and perfectly executed cuisine, where every flavor was crafted with remarkable precision. The presentations were true works of art, of exceptional finesse and elegance. The thyme-smoked lamb will remain etched in our memories for a long time: perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and subtly smoked, enhancing the meat without ever overpowering it. The rabbit was equally exceptional, delicate, and flavorful. As for the fish, it was prepared with such precision and artistry that it revealed flavors rarely encountered elsewhere. The food was of exceptional quality—every dish was truly delicious—wow! The tuna served with veal jus, or the Japanese butter, mmm—the sauces in general were incredible. The service, as mentioned, was excellent. All the staff were young and very dedicated. We felt very comfortable and were thrilled.

The Alba Petra menu is original, provided you take the time to explore each dish. Local, homemade cuisine, delicate flavors. Thank you to the chef, his team, and everyone involved. We certainly hope to return.

The courtyard, surrounded by its giant wisteria, was very pleasant and cool during the heatwave. All of this made this reasonably priced gourmet dinner a near-perfect experience.

There were ten of us, and the management seated us in the small dining room, where we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet until late in the evening. Both meals, planned and booked well in advance, were a delight, and we are thrilled at the prospect of returning next Saturday, July 4, 2026, certain that we will have another wonderful time.
