A fantastic restaurant with a varied menu offering a good selection of meat and fish dishes, all served in a reasonable number of courses, ensuring quality.
The establishment is also vegetarian-friendly upon request (although it's best to let them know in advance to be sure of the available options).
Remember to book your table before you come.
18/06/2026: Absolutely incredible! I have rarely, if ever, experienced such warm service and such a wonderful culinary experience!
The ingredients were of remarkable quality, and the portions were generous.
The waitress was incredibly pleasant, and we were delighted to be there.
All this to say, don't hesitate, go for it! You won't regret it, I guarantee it.

The "apricot pavlova" dessert was delicious, with a lovely sauce and whipped cream, presented beautifully in the shape of a swan (or other bird). Excellent service.

16/07/2026: Service 5, frame 5. I ordered a 560-gram Omar on July 14, 2026, during peak season. I eat Omar in the off-season, and I've never seen one so empty. Serving an empty shell is a disgrace. It's not good business practice. I'm 77 years old.

Besides the setting and the food, which are obviously incredible—from the perfectly cooked veal to the soufflé, a truly unique dessert experience—the welcome is warm and very pleasant. A big thank you to the waitress who took such good care of us, and also to the lady who gave excellent advice for cheese lovers, and to the owner who is so attentive to her customers. A must-visit when you're on the island of Noirmoutier.

29/06/2026: Friendly staff, but the galettes and crepes weren't great; the galette was a bit too hard, I'm still looking for the camembert cream, and the andouillettes were even worse, cut into very, very thin slices and in very small quantities.
14/06/2026: Table for two, no reservation, no wait.
I ordered a fisherman's salad and the person across from me ordered a ham crepe.
The salad was crunchy, probably because the salads hadn't been washed properly.
The menu said salmon, but it was trout.

18/07/2026: Fantastic! The menu is superb; it's even hard to choose because everything looks so tempting. The dishes are expertly prepared, and the staff are passionate and engaging. We'll definitely be back.
02/07/2026: A very good restaurant; we discovered excellent gourmet-style dishes. A minor drawback was the service, which was more bistro-style. The servers were quite pushy in pushing us to order drinks. Very clean.

You arrive on a slightly uninviting street, but they have a nice little courtyard and a cozy dining area inside.
The menu has an average of 4 options per course, and every dish we had was delicious!! I think the chef can make exactly what is on the menu perfectly. The service was super, very friendly. She took the time to help us in French but also spoke good English if we couldn't quite follow.
Highly recommended!!

30/07/2026: This is the first restaurant I've been to where the main course + dessert combo costs more than ordering the courses separately! After mentioning it when the bill arrived, the owner adjusted the price so it came out the same (so I still wonder what the point of the combo is). The food is good, but the portions are small. In short, I wouldn't particularly recommend this restaurant, although it's not a complete disaster either.
