Yet the recorded message said, "Please hold, we'll get back to you." So after six attempts, I gave up. Very poor service for what is supposedly a great restaurant. Have a good evening.

We had mentioned that we were gluten intolerant, and a gluten-free bread, specially purchased for us, was served. The chef adapted the dishes so we could all enjoy them. 08/06/2026: Exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. The sea bream tartare was excellent, and the red mullet and shrimp bouillabaisse was very good. The service (answers to questions, wait time, friendliness) was perfect, including for our (large) dog. The terrace was partially sunny at the end of the day with a view of the port. 08/06/2026: Hello, we wanted to thank the entire team at Fleur de Thym restaurant, where we celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary yesterday, as well as my wife's 47th birthday and my 53rd birthday on the same day. Yes, I know, that's a lot! First of all, a huge thank you to Dominique and his wife for their always warm welcome and the personalized printed menus, which were a very touching touch for my wife and me. A big shout-out to the entire team at Restaurant Pierre, Lenny, and the whole front-of-house staff, but of course, we mustn't forget them, as they do all the work behind the scenes in the kitchen. Thank you to the chef and his entire team for this exceptional and refined cuisine from start to finish.

05/05/2026: Le Bistro Yonnais, a must-visit in La Roche-sur-Yon, offers a diverse menu featuring seasonal and local products. Something to satisfy every appetite. For my part, I ordered a burger with an amazing sauce (the photo speaks for itself), homemade chocolate mousse served by the spoonful, and two scoops of ice cream with salted caramel sauce. In short, you leave happy after a delicious lunch in a refined setting.

The dishes are cooked to perfection, the staff is very attentive to their customers, and the setting is lovely. The prices are in line with the quality of service offered. I highly recommend it.

22/05/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The welcome was warm, everyone was very friendly and professional. I ate very well, with good quality ingredients. The restrooms and everything else were very clean. The parking lot is quiet. I would definitely come back if I cut corners. Note that on Friday evenings there is no table service, but you can take a shower and enjoy a delicious homemade pizza 🍕.

Here, you're not rushed; you have time to enjoy your aperitif without worrying about your main course arriving within two minutes. Thank you again for the attentive and kind service...
