12/07/2026: We had an extraordinary evening with friends, under the watchful eye of the chef (and his wife) who worked in the kitchen opposite the private dining room reserved for us. A wonderful culinary journey, the discovery of refined flavors, a perfect food and wine pairing following the recommendations we received. A very warm and welcoming reception. Many memories of this unforgettable experience. For us, who were already familiar with the "Burnel Sisters" hotel-restaurant, a well-known local establishment, this is the continuation of a beautiful family adventure; the Michelin star is a well-deserved reward for the impressive development of this establishment. Surely a first step towards other accolades to come… Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

06/07/2026: A fantastic welcome! We received a very warm welcome from a team that was attentive and caring. The meal was excellent and the service was perfect. We were with our dog, and the team went above and beyond, seating us in a quieter area so he would be comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment: everything was perfect!

30/06/2026: We were delighted with our evening at the Auberge de Saint-Ame. The portions were generous and the cuisine refined, all at an affordable price. The dishes were unlike anything we'd ever tasted, and incredibly delicate. We will definitely be back!

A superb experience for our daughter's 17th birthday! The service, the food, the ambiance... everything was perfect. Special mention to the young lady who explained everything... and with a smile! 31/07/2026: Four-course menu (€48), vegan for me and the classic for my partner. We both absolutely loved it; we savored every single dish! It's wonderful to find such refined and flavorful cuisine, even in the vegan version, which is very similar to the classic menu. The ingredients are high-quality, everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference! The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it; it's an experience well worth the price. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area!

10/06/2026: My husband, friends, and I stayed at this hotel for a sporting competition. We enjoyed the wellness area, the bar, and the excellent quality and generous breakfast. We really appreciated the location, the helpfulness, and the friendliness of the staff. We were also given a complimentary upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money is quite reasonable. A reputable establishment where you feel at ease. The breakfast was perfect; I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

29/07/2026: A very warm welcome, a lovely and appetizing menu, excellent service attentive to the pace of the dishes, a cool terrace with plenty of parasols. I highly recommend it!

04/08/2026: We happened to be in the area and discovered this fantastic restaurant. The concept had already impressed us online, and we weren't disappointed. We arrived at lunchtime, and since it was a spontaneous visit, we were still wearing our sportswear. That wasn't a problem at all. We felt very comfortable right away. The ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated. The menu was perfectly tailored to our tastes; every single course and every amuse-bouche tasted wonderful and was a truly delightful experience. The service was also very friendly and attentive. The value for money is excellent! We will definitely be back. I don't think there was a vegetarian option for the main course, but I imagine you could certainly inquire about that in advance.

19/05/2026: There were six of us hiking, and we stopped here for the night. We had dinner there that evening and it was delicious. We made friends with members of the Vosges Club. The staff is very friendly and professional. We stayed overnight, and all six of us were in the room and slept very well. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. There are tables and chairs in the common area, which allowed us to play a little card game while waiting for dinner. We recommend this place because it also offers a magnificent sunset.

19/07/2026: We had dinner as a family at La Papillote and had a wonderful time. Just so you know: at lunchtime, the restaurant offers traditional cuisine, while in the evening it operates solely as a pizzeria. The welcome was very warm. A young waiter immediately put us at ease with his cheerful disposition and a few jokes, creating a very friendly atmosphere. All the pizzas we ordered were delicious, with a good choice of sizes: a child's size for smaller appetites or an adult size for those with a bigger appetite. This was a thoughtful touch. An added bonus: there's a parking lot right in front of the restaurant, which makes parking incredibly easy. A great place that I'm happy to recommend!

13/07/2026: The best Fleischschnacka of my life! We had lunch on the terrace with our family on a Saturday. The terrace is shaded by large trees, which immediately lowers the temperature a few degrees. The welcome was warm and friendly, and we were immediately offered a carafe of water. Given the heat, it was very welcome. The menu is varied, and the portions are very generous. I opted for the Fleischschnacka with raw vegetables, which were absolutely delicious (see photo). There's also a version with broth and green salad. The photo also shows the pig's trotter stew. The rest of the table ordered hanger steak or steak tartare. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Kudos to the excellent service and the restaurant's decor.

15/07/2026: Simple but well-prepared dishes. Generous portions and pleasant service. One drawback, however, is the price of the dishes, which are a bit high (€21 for a simple burger).

14/07/2026: We visited in August 2025. Everything was great! We just returned in July 2026. Everything is still perfect. Our dogs were welcome.

08/06/2026: A very warm welcome. Guests are received with pleasure. The room was comfortable and very clean. And the restaurant! What a wonderful discovery! Each dish is a feast for the eyes and the palate. A great deal of thought has gone into the flavors, and everything is delicious. The establishment's decor is very refined; the subtle touches reminiscent of South America and the overall design create a relaxing and very pleasant atmosphere. Add to that the choice of tableware, cutlery... everything is perfect! We had an excellent stay! Thank you for your welcome, your smiles, and the professionalism of everyone. Congratulations!
