They are very attentive and welcoming, and the dishes are delicious. We highly recommend it! It's fantastic to have such a great restaurant in St-Amé. A wonderful culinary journey, the discovery of refined flavors, a perfect food and wine pairing following the recommendations we received. A very warm and welcoming reception. Many memories of this unforgettable experience. For us, who were already familiar with the "Burnel Sisters" hotel-restaurant, a well-known local establishment, this is the continuation of a beautiful family adventure; the Michelin star is a well-deserved reward for the impressive development of this establishment. Surely a first step towards other accolades to come… Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

Not a few sliced ​​onions or bacon bits, nothing at all. Frankly, I was disappointed. As for the main course, I can't say it wasn't good—homemade fries, but the sauce could be better. Unfortunately, there was practically no sauce with the chicken; it was dry. I didn't want to order dessert, but unfortunately, it didn't make me want to go any further. He's doing it all by himself: cooking, bar, and serving. I acknowledge the effort, but he needs to be careful not to overdo it.

27/09/2026: An excellent dinner with two glasses of Burgundy wine accompanying our courses. The dishes were beautifully presented (fish and meat) and were as delicious as they were pleasing to the eye. The service was extremely friendly and professional. And the desserts were the icing on the cake! A must-visit in Épinal if you want to treat your taste buds! The price of the meal is entirely justified by the quality of the cuisine and the excellent ingredients used by the chef and his sous-chef. The team is family-run, with father and son in the kitchen while mother and daughter-in-law manage the front of house and service.

We really appreciated the location, the helpfulness, and the friendliness of the staff. We were also given a complimentary upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

21/08/2026: Everything was going well when, all of a sudden, after enjoying the appetizer, the main course arrived. It was the final straw. Indeed, the dish was mischievous; the mountain of salt had managed to hide itself in the tabbouleh and lentil fritters. I won't spoil the suspense, but I couldn't finish this dish, which left my mouth feeling dry for the next three decades.

10/09/2026: We stayed at this hotel for three days and everything was fantastic. The rooms are functional and very clean. Breakfast is offered at a very reasonable price, as is the restaurant. The dishes looked really well-prepared (unfortunately, we were full), but we will definitely be back! The location is perfect: 100 meters from the lake, you just have to cross the road, and a 15-minute walk from the town center, which is very convenient. One small drawback, but not at all the hotel's fault: the streetlights are off for a short section of the path leading to the hotel in the evening. I still recommend this hotel 100%. The staff is very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel also has a garage for storing bicycles, which is really great. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect: we truly felt at home. We can't wait to return!

The only downside, and I'm speaking on behalf of vegetarians, was the near absence of meatless dishes and the abundance of offal. This was probably due to the time of year my wife and I ate at... In any case, the dishes were excellent once again! The quality and flavor of the food were impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for a romantic evening.

07/09/2026: The service was very pleasant; Mamadou was very attentive. The place was really lovely. The food was... good. For starters, we had the fresh combo. We were expecting pita bread as advertised on the menu, but we received tortilla chips under five pita breads. My scorpionfish was cooked well but tasteless, as were my side dishes, except for the onion. The dessert was satisfactory. For the price, I expected better.

04/09/2026: A wonderful discovery. The setting is superb, with a particularly pleasant terrace, ample space between tables, and lovely decor. The food is a real success: refined, seasonal cuisine, beautifully presented, with perfectly portioned dishes. Special mention goes to the "Strawberry Field" dessert: a crispy base, white chocolate emulsion, and strawberry sorbet. Light, fresh, and indulgent, without being overly sweet. A true triumph. The service was also excellent: the staff was friendly, efficient, and quick. The only slight drawback: €6 for an espresso and €8 for a long black... that's a bit steep.
