26/02/2026: A must-visit for lovers of local cuisine. This restaurant offers exceptional views that perfectly complement its generous and distinctive dishes. Everything, from the food to the drinks, exudes regional authenticity. The prices are very reasonable, and children are well catered for thanks to half-size portions of the menu items. Reservations are highly recommended.
19/02/2026: We had a lovely time at this inn, a great find in the Vosges!
The road to the inn is a bit challenging, but the effort is well worth it.
The food is delicious, generous, and excellent value for money!
The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very friendly.
I will definitely be back!

The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere cozy, and the service top-notch. The surprise menu concept is truly original, and the dishes are refined, bursting with flavor, and made with fresh, local ingredients.
A wonderful experience; I highly recommend it!

The prices were quite reasonable and perfectly in line with the quality.
An excellent wine list, again with affordable prices.
As for the service, it was friendly, courteous, and professional, both discreet and efficient.
We highly recommend it.

The burger was very good. The vol-au-vent was excellent.
It's a shame the lamb for Easter was just average and practically without sauce.
Otherwise, nothing to report.
03/04/2026: Passing through the region, pure chance led us to the Auberge du Pont Jean D'Zoure! And what a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are friendly, smiling, and attentive, and the food is delicious in its simplicity!
We highly recommend it!

18/03/2026: A great place to stop in Épinal, offering excellent value for money: the welcome, the presentation, and the quality of the food. We wish we could find more restaurants like this in France!
14/03/2026: Probably the best restaurant we visited on our vacation in epinal.
The plates are original, home made and big. For a higher level of cuisine, im suprised that you get a lot on your plate (lots of vedgetables to, in contrary to most restaurants in france). Unlike most high cuisine restaurants, you wont leave this place with hunger.
Service is very friendly
Oh and the coffee is from an italian coffee machine. Perfect!

The decor is warm and inviting, creating a unique atmosphere.
Finally, the quality of the meal was incredible: flavorful, original, and perfectly cooked and presented. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; thank you for everything.

Julie and her team always provide exceptionally warm service. You immediately feel at home. As for the food, Jonathan delights us every time with flavorful and perfectly executed dishes. It's a true pleasure to eat at Le Couchetat. You can go without hesitation!

22/03/2026: Very disappointed. We ate in a tiny corner near the stairs, but that's not all. The waitress spilled coffee on my trousers without a word of apology, apart from offering me a free coffee. I don't find that very customer-friendly.
18/03/2026: Our first time here yesterday, a friendly welcome, and we ate some fantastic pizzas 🍕. We'll be back to try other dishes on your menu.
