20/01/2026: Fourth or fifth visit to this intimate restaurant in the heart of Gérardmer, where reservations are highly recommended. And it's always the same pleasure: expertly prepared bistronomic cuisine, superb presentation, a lovely wine selection, and service that is both friendly and efficient. All this at a reasonable price considering the restaurant's quality. Note for my fellow countrymen: you can now order a "pousse-café" (after-dinner drink)... ;-)

26/01/2026: I made a reservation on the website and specified that I wanted a vegetarian option. Upon arrival, the server confirmed that it was available. My partner was served amuse-bouches containing meat, but nothing was prepared for me. I remarked to the waitress, "But you're not going to eat them anyway," even though I had paid for them. It's unthinkable in 2026 to treat vegetarians this way. The dishes were generally good but arrived lukewarm, sometimes even cold. The service was extremely disappointing. The wine selection was systematically served after the plates, sometimes even when they were almost empty. The ventilation system didn't seem to be working; a cloud of cooking fumes permeated the entire dining area where we were seated. I have the impression of a fine-dining restaurant on the surface, and within my budget, but it's ultimately just smoke and mirrors.

01/01/2026: We enjoyed the New Year's Eve package here, the Sylvester menu. It was a wonderful and especially delicious experience. The decor was very festive. The dishes were delicious, with beautifully presented flavor combinations, paired with excellent wines. Hats off to the entire Anico team. Thank you.

19/02/2026: We had a lovely time at this inn, a great find in the Vosges! The road to the inn is a bit challenging, but the effort is well worth it. The food is delicious, generous, and excellent value for money! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back!

The setting is full of charm, typically warm and welcoming, perfect for sharing a good meal in a friendly atmosphere. The service is attentive, friendly, and very professional. The dishes are generous, tasty, and prepared with quality products—true local cuisine, just the way we like it! An inn well worth the detour: authenticity, deliciousness, and good humor are all there. We will definitely return! The owner is very business-oriented; congratulations on your professionalism. 27/02/2026: A restaurant with decor that immerses you in the magic of winter and Christmas. Warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff, while young, are very friendly. We chose sauerkraut and a fondue for two. A minor point about the taste of the potatoes, but the charcuterie was tender and tasty, and the cabbage wasn't acidic, so it was very pleasant. The fondue was generous but a little bland, as the Emmental flavor was more prominent than any other cheese. A very good restaurant and good value for money. No comment on the desserts as we were full! 😁
