06/09/2026: We called 15 minutes before lunchtime closing time and they still accepted us (two people). Upon arrival, the welcome was incredible; the waitresses were super friendly and took the time to explain the menu and the daily special. The menu is varied and all the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. The meat portions surprised us because they were quite generous, and the dessert was AMAZING. From now on, this is the place we'll eat whenever we go hiking in the area 🫶🏼

05/09/2026: A wonderful surprise! We were looking for a restaurant in Remiremont and, quite by chance, we wandered around the area since it was Saturday night... and stumbled upon this inn. We called a few minutes before arriving to see if there was room for four people, and a very pleasant person answered and took our reservation. We loved the place, the kindness and good humor of the waitresses and the staff in general, all sporting their little berets, which are the very emblem of the inn. The meal was delicious and homemade. We will definitely return as soon as possible when we are in the area.

12/07/2026: We had an extraordinary evening with friends, under the watchful eye of the chef (and his wife) who worked in the kitchen opposite the private dining room reserved for us. A wonderful culinary journey, the discovery of refined flavors, a perfect food and wine pairing following the recommendations we received. A very warm and welcoming reception. Many memories of this unforgettable experience. For us, who were already familiar with the "Burnel Sisters" hotel-restaurant, a well-known local establishment, this is the continuation of a beautiful family adventure; the Michelin star is a well-deserved reward for the impressive development of this establishment. Surely a first step towards other accolades to come… Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

10/06/2026: My husband, friends, and I stayed at this hotel for a sporting competition. We enjoyed the wellness area, the bar, and the excellent quality and generous breakfast. We really appreciated the location, the helpfulness, and the friendliness of the staff. We were also given a complimentary upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

26/08/2026: Simply exceptional! A must-visit in the Vosges. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm, friendly, and attentive. You immediately feel their passion and desire to please. And what can I say about the cuisine… A true marvel! High-quality, local ingredients, enhanced with great inventiveness while respecting the products and tradition. Perfect flavor combinations, expertly cooked dishes, plates as beautiful as they are delicious: a real treat for the taste buds. The setting is equally impressive, warm and peaceful, with an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the moment. A huge congratulations to Audrey and Robin for this wonderful restaurant and their attention to detail. You leave L’Étable with a smile and only one desire: to return! An experience not to be missed!

21/08/2026: Everything was going well when, all of a sudden, after enjoying the appetizer, the main course arrived. It was the final straw. Indeed, the dish was mischievous; the mountain of salt had managed to hide itself in the tabbouleh and lentil fritters. I won't spoil the suspense, but I couldn't finish this dish, which left my mouth feeling dry for the next three decades.

15/08/2026: We chose the dish of the day: black cod with a delicious mussel sauce, vegetables, and a side dish. And wow… it was absolutely amazing! 😊 It was so good, bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The best part: excellent value for money, especially considering the local produce and such a well-prepared dish. We thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend this place for a great lunch or dinner in Épinal. We'll definitely be back! 🥰

03/09/2026: This was our second stay at this lovely hotel. We were once again warmly welcomed, the room was charming and spotlessly clean, with a lake view and a small terrace. The breakfast buffet was superb, and we will definitely return.

02/09/2026: A simple but well-laid-out, clean, and well-located restaurant. Excellent daily menu and very affordable prices. Very welcoming staff. Reservations recommended (which we made), as the restaurant was full. A must-try, just steps from the lake.

19/05/2026: There were six of us hiking, and we stopped here for the night. We had dinner there that evening and it was delicious. We made friends with members of the Vosges Club. The staff is very friendly and professional. We stayed overnight, and all six of us were in the room and slept very well. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. There are tables and chairs in the common area, which allowed us to play a little card game while waiting for dinner. We recommend this place because it also offers a magnificent sunset.

19/07/2026: We had dinner as a family at La Papillote and had a wonderful time. Just so you know: at lunchtime, the restaurant offers traditional cuisine, while in the evening it operates solely as a pizzeria. The welcome was very warm. A young waiter immediately put us at ease with his cheerful disposition and a few jokes, creating a very friendly atmosphere. All the pizzas we ordered were delicious, with a good choice of sizes: a child's size for smaller appetites or an adult size for those with a bigger appetite. This was a thoughtful touch. An added bonus: there's a parking lot right in front of the restaurant, which makes parking incredibly easy. A great place that I'm happy to recommend!

23/07/2026: La Cholotte is a complete experience. Everything is perfect and exudes love: the inn, the rooms, the decor, the food, the garden, and the surrounding area. Monsieur Patrick is like a caring father, discreet yet always there when needed. We stayed in the Cabane de l'Étang, a truly exceptional place; a stay made all the more special by the fantastic starry sky and the absolute silence. In short: magnificent and we'll definitely be back!
