17/11/2024: Nous cherchions un petit restaurant pour dîner simplement mais sans prendre trop de temps car nous voulions voir le match de Rugby Mission accomplie ! L’accueil est super souriant l’endroit est chouette et très animé Nous avons mangé des moules/frites avec une bière et c’était parfait Service efficace et toujours souriant Quel plaisir ! Nous reviendrons.

24/11/2024: We had a great stay "SmartBox" offered by our children. Cleanliness throughout the BRAVO establishment, a large bathroom visibly renovated, a spacious bedroom with a small balcony. The SPA area, a little extra to have a good time as a couple. The boss is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. The meals are excellent (my companion is a professional chef, he really enjoyed the dishes). Super friendly and attentive staff, thank you all for helping us have a good time. I add a little snub to those who criticize the lack of sympathy......if you smile, we will smile at you, it's not more complicated than that

15/06/2025: ✨ An exceptional moment at Pavillon Pétrus in Gérardmer ✨ A true culinary experience! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive, in an elegant and refined setting. The service was impeccable, both discreet and attentive. As for the cuisine... flawless! Each dish was a sensory journey: remarkably fresh ingredients, subtle and bold flavor combinations, all perfectly mastered. A special mention goes to the 7-course menu with wine pairing: a pure visual and gustatory masterpiece. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire team for this enchanting experience. A treasured address in Gérardmer, to be recommended without the slightest hesitation. We will be back with great pleasure!

06/07/2025: Very friendly welcome, and a table on the waterfront terrace is available. The galettes look delicious, but they're not exceptional. The same goes for the desserts, which aren't to our taste. Too bad.

25/06/2025: So... First of all, the servers are way too stressed. It's hard to have a pleasant time because they pass their stress on to us. One of them is wearing flip-flops!!! It's mind-boggling... I'll tell you right away: if you like Breton pancakes, don't come here for them. The food is truly mediocre. Main course, dessert, plus a small beer = €16. You really have to make an effort sometimes.
