22/11/2025: A wonderful discovery! The food is truly excellent, with flavorful and perfectly executed dishes on the menu. The service is pleasant, professional, and very quick. We arrived quite late with a reservation shortly after, and despite this, we were served without any wait, which was much appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food as well as for the efficiency and friendliness of the staff.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, menu of dishes the way we like them, with a choice deliberately limited to fresh seasonal products! The quality but also the quantity are there for you. Nice wine list at very reasonable prices. We will come back! Thank you for the time spent.

06/12/2025: I went there a long time ago and it was fantastic, like a crêperie in Brittany. It's nothing like it used to be. The buckwheat crêpes are bland, tasteless, not crispy, and without salted butter. The basics. The same goes for the caramel crêpes with salted butter. Thank goodness the caramel is there. And why play that background music that ruins everything?

22/01/2026: Very cozy atmosphere and delicious food. I took my parents for lunch while visiting Versailles based on reviews, and it was a lovely experience. It was one of the best prepared ducks we have eaten. The waitress was very nice and kind and helped with translating the menu. Overall a pleasant experience, we are so glad we've found this tiny restaurant.

16/11/2025: Going to a restaurant these days is a bit of a gamble, but with Le Manège, it ticks all the boxes: impeccable service and professionalism, good food, and a friendly atmosphere where regulars come back but newcomers aren't left out. We wish it were always like this in other establishments. In short, a great find, long may you have a long and successful future!

18/08/2024: Très déçue, a part le cadre et le service très sympathique, je n’ai pas pu terminer mes plats. En entrée: grosse purée de petit pois, presque sans assaisonnement. En plat des pâtes avec 2 gouttes de sauce et 3 petits morceaux de fêta. Il faut retravailler vos recettes. Le dessert, une mousse de châtaigne, était bon !

15/08/2024: J'ai découvert cet établissement via du bouche à oreilles mais j'avoue que je ne l'avais jamais remarqué avant. Il se situe en face du château, mais légèrement en retrait de la grande rue et un peu dissimulé derrière les grands arbres de la petite place. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une petite table sous les arbres, c'était trop agréable, au calme à côté d'un olivier. Ca sentait bon les vacances! Le service est pro, rien à dire, on sent la passion du métier! Les plats sont inspirés de la cuisine corse. Un petit rosé corse, tentacules d'encornet au piment d'Espelette à la purée de maïs très surprenante, suivi d'une nage d'agrumes à la citronnelle pour moi. Tout était très bon, fin, bien présenté comme j'aime. Et la nage d'agrumes était sensationnelle en saveurs, bravo! Une très bonne adresse à St Ger, qui se démarque clairement des restaurants autour trop banals et sans effort (pardon pour eux..)
