09/03/2024: Magnificent place in the very beautiful village of Saint Lambert. the interior room is very beautiful and well arranged. Everything was impeccable: welcome, explanation, service and above all the dishes from starter to dessert were excellent. For my part, it's the best gastro in the area.

19/03/2024: Magnificent, beautiful, good, refined meal. 2 menus at 56 and 85 euros (approximate prices). The deconstructed crème brûlée is simply superb. Just like the deconstructed lemon tart. Fish (Cod with green curry) cooked properly. Everything is tasty. Impeccable service: top waiters. In short, delighted with this moment. And the final bouquet: tangerine fruit paste 🍊. I've never had one this good

Also pleasant setting, with a terrace in summer.
The boss, on the other hand, is not always friendly. It's too bad.
16/03/2024: Mixed experience in this restaurant very well located opposite the castle. The place is nevertheless welcoming despite the high attendance. The room is tastefully decorated. The wait is a little long, the service lacks friendliness and personality. It's a shame.
The menu is well studied and the dishes sought after. The kitchen is no exception. The dishes are tasty although not very filling. It is better to have a starter, one dish is not enough.
The price is not shocking, for the quality of the products offered and the location of the restaurant. However, there is a little something missing to set this restaurant apart from the others, both in terms of the cuisine and the general atmosphere.

05/04/2024: Beautiful place, quiet and clean. The rooms are OK. It's a shame that for a 4 star, there aren't more Canal+ style channels or other restaurants. Impeccable, except that we were a little cold in the glassware and that the bread was dry, it's a place where there is a beautiful view but a little cold. The breakfast was unlucky but it was average. We had to call for cutlery and napkins. The coffee machine did not work. We had to wait to put it back into service otherwise very quiet place where we slept well or the bathroom is very spacious and the reception staff were friendly
