11/09/2024: An overall lack of finishing touches for a restaurant in this price range, both in the dishes (which are well presented and which are good but not exceptional) and in the service (carafe of water not offered, cutlery not replaced, etc.). One more effort and you will be at the right level 😉

21/09/2024: Incroyable succession de mets, une cuisine très originale, spontanée, fraiche, très peu copieuse, diversifiée... Accompagnée par des vins en corrélation, choisi par le sommelier. Rien à dire. Nous sommes habitués à fréquenter des restaurants de qualité, entre autres de 1 à 3 étoiles Michelin.

03/08/2024: Excellent evening on the terrace. The cuisine was delicious with fresh food. A big thank you to the cook and the waiters, it was a real treat. Looking forward to coming and trying the brunch and homemade couscous.

02/08/2024: The service, staff and food are exceptional. We often think of other addresses in Maisons-Laffitte, however they do not come close to La Forêt. The backyard is pleasant and we celebrated a friend's birthday there (his 25th birthday). We were received in the most pleasant way and we will definitely come back.

07/09/2024: Not to be missed if you are passing through! I studied the terrain carefully and it is THE BEST BURGER in Mantes-La-Joile! The service, the quality of the products, the cocktails are original + excellent and even the atmosphere, everything is great! and all this at a reasonable price.

20/08/2024: I had never been there and I don't regret it. The food was very good, the staff very pleasant. I recommend for lovers of tapas (for all tastes) and/or Burgers. Thank you to the team for this very pleasant moment.

30/07/2024: Very good creperie with an original and diverse menu. The quality/quantity/price ratio is correct, a dessert crepe is necessary in my opinion. Allow 1h30 for a weekday lunch, a bit long… but two very pleasant and smiling waitresses.

21/09/2024: I wanted to book today on a Saturday, we had indicated that we had a small dog and that we wanted to eat on the terrace. The reservation was not accepted because they do not take animals on weekends. After discussions they hung up on me. 😣 not very nice.

Very nice welcome, by the owner - Very beautiful table set on the occasion of the 160th birthday of the aunt and uncle! Everything is homemade and it awakens our taste buds, no lack of taste - The service was remarkable. In short, go there with complete confidence!!! I specify the price is all inclusive aperitif, wine and coffee - it all depends on what you ask.

Dessert via buffet 🎂🍰🥧🧁Allacarte possible. Smooth friendly service. Mediterranean style chicken fillet was a bit dry 🐓 🥀 otherwise a fine meal 🍴🥗🍔. “Cosy” on an industrial estate 😎⚠️!

13/08/2024: Impeccable, the cuisine is of impeccable quality, everything is perfectly thought out and refined. The cook does his shopping and creates his menus himself every day, using the best products. This place is unmissable.

25/07/2024: We were recommended to try Zin by Sylvie at Vin de Anges who stock wines from a vineyard we particularly like. We would never have found Zin without her help. It was a wonderful experience. Lunch in the garden with a nice Pouilly Fume. My wife and I each had the same dishes Terrine, Paleron Beef and Clafoutis. Each course particularly the Beef and Clafoutis were outstanding. The restaurant is owned by a Husband and Wife, we understand their son assists his Father in the kitchen. The Garden at the rear of the restaurant was so tranquil. We have been traveling to France for many years and this meal was in the top 5 we have experienced. I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant to anyone visiting Versailles.
