The cuisine, prepared by a Master Chef, is a true delight: original flavors, successful combinations, and dishes prepared with care. You can taste the attention to detail and the pursuit of balance in every dish. A big thank you to the entire team for this delicious and very enjoyable experience. We will gladly return and highly recommend this restaurant!

03/10/2026: We had dinner on a Saturday evening at the Montigny restaurant, on the recommendation of the team at their Coignières location, which was unable to accommodate us. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of organic cider (very good) offered on this occasion. We had a very good meal, with a special mention for the poke crepe, which was original and delicious with its pea cream. The only slight drawback was that the portion of salmon could have been a little more generous. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but the servers were very dedicated and friendly. However, the wait for the dessert crepe was a little long. The restaurant was very busy that evening, and an additional server would undoubtedly have significantly reduced the wait. Overall, a very good experience. I recommend it!

27/09/2026: Very disappointing. I was really looking forward to it. Honestly, the buckwheat galettes near Montparnasse are so much better, incomparable. They clearly don't know how to make buckwheat galettes properly, the fillings are all industrial, and the wheat crêpe batter is the same—bland. In short, avoid this place...
