12/04/2026: We ordered two bruschettas for 7:30 pm this evening (I should mention that we live in Eauze). The pickup was on time, and when we got home, the Bergame was served with a few fries (I took a picture). It might have been leftover food from lunch instead of potatoes, and everything was cold. 04/04/2026: I only went there for dinner around 9 pm. The staff was very friendly and the service impeccable 👌🏻
The burgers were excellent and very reasonably priced for homemade food (sauce, mashed potatoes, patty) – everything was fresh and delicious!
I highly recommend it ;)

22/05/2026: The hotel was excellent, with very friendly staff. They have an excellent kitchen and a reasonably extensive wellness area. In addition, there is a very beautiful garden where it is pleasant to spend time. The location was by the river, a 5-minute walk from the center.

25/04/2026: We were a table of 7 and we had a blast ! The service is thoughtful and personalised, the plating is delicate, modern and colourful, the food itself is generous and very elegant. The chef Castillo personally came to greet us, and we really hope that more people can come to try his amazing cuisine.

31/07/2026: I came to dine on the terrace. After enjoying a mojito, I was able to try the €25 set menu. A delicious Southwestern salad as a starter, Iberian pork pluma (a new discovery!), and floating island for dessert, all accompanied by a small glass of white wine. We'll be back to explore the menu with pleasure!

07/06/2026: A very unpleasant experience. A waiter had a tendency to stand too close to passersby on the sidewalk in front of the establishment, even though there was plenty of room to walk past without contact. After several incidents, I ended up going out of my way to avoid him.
It's unbearable.

Provide more information to the forklift drivers, as many are unaware of the prices and believe they are exorbitant. A €19 menu is very reasonable. Keep up the good work. See you next year!

We had the €21 set menu. The portion size was a bit small. A shame, because it was very good. For dessert, we had the "homemade" pineapple, which was straight from the can, which was a real shame.
