Since the new bar was installed, the place has taken on a whole new dimension: more elegant, more vibrant, more convivial. You can tell that every detail has been carefully considered to make you feel comfortable, almost like you're at home… but better. And the food… what can I say? Remarkably well-executed Italian dishes, fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and pizzas that are simply unbeatable. The crust is light, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—the kind of pizza where you find yourself finishing the crusts without even thinking about it. A little anecdote: a Serrano ham platter as an aperitif, and the evening is already off to a perfect start. It's practically a guarantee of a good time. Here again, you can feel the passion. You can feel Italy. You can feel the authenticity. And above all, you can feel the passion for their craft. It's become a must-visit restaurant. A place where quality never wavers. We were very warmly welcomed despite not having a reservation. Be sure to book to have a great time and fill your stomach with delicious food without hesitation. This review concerns only the restaurant, which we had for dinner as a couple and which was rightly recommended to us. Ideally located in the historic center of Eauze, the establishment is a charming period house with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome is warm, and the staff is kind and attentive. They serve authentic and delicious cuisine, as flavorful as it is generous, served with a smile. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be back!

Whether it's the quality of the produce, the cooking, the service, the owner's friendliness, or the setting, everything is excellent. It's always a delight.
