18/04/2026: We discovered the restaurant Le d’Artagnan in L’Isle-Jourdain and it was a wonderful experience 😊 The welcome was warm and the setting very pleasant, ideal for a lovely meal. The atmosphere was friendly and you immediately felt at ease. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. We particularly appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the cooking. An address we wholeheartedly recommend, whether with family or friends. We will definitely be back!

22/04/2026: A truly wonderful time spent at La Patte Oie bistro in Auch! The atmosphere is incredibly warm, with a cozy dining room lit by small lamps that create a soft and pleasant ambiance—perfect for relaxing after work. As for the food, duck specialties take center stage, and it shows! I enjoyed an excellent Gers-style salad with foie gras, gizzards, and dried duck breast: a real treat, bursting with flavor. All accompanied by a light and refreshing Perrier with a slice of lemon as an aperitif. A simple, pleasant, and delicious evening. A place to know and return to without hesitation! Highly recommended!

26/04/2026: Hearty and delicious dishes! A great place with a warm welcome. Special mention for the "Grandma's Eggs" and "Grandma's Eggs." It's rare to find dishes with eggs, and this one is a real success! We had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

Real restaurant cuisine… to the point where I even liked things I don't usually like (raw red onion and preserved lemon instead of fennel… wink wink!). Bravo and thank you to the waitress, who was as efficient as she was charming. ONE SMALL NOTE: If you don't know about the 1000 Columns, you can't help but imagine there's a restaurant "behind" it. 23/02/2026: We had an excellent meal on February 13, 2026, the day before Valentine's Day, but we were able to enjoy the special "lovers' menu" with a wine pairing. This allowed us to discover some very good wines, including a white from Domaine Entras, in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive to the customer. A beautiful place; we loved it and will definitely return—this is our second visit.
