23/02/2026: Seriously delicious. This place should be packed for dinner, apparently it’s a hit for lunch, but I think people should try dinner here. I have the duck confit, the vegetables on the side or some of the best I’ve had on my trip to France this time. I am going to have to figure out what they did, because I want that at home if I can figure it out. Next time I am in Mirande I will for sure be back

21/03/2026: Last night around 9 pm I ordered an Extreme Meal 2. The hamburger was inedible, way too dry! And the Diet Coke was clearly not Coke! This McDonald's is best avoided. €16 for a hamburger, fries, and a Coke

11/03/2026: Cleanliness is impeccable, except be careful ⚠️ the tables can be a bit close together, and there might be a bit of a wait when it's busy. The prices of the hamburgers 🍔 have gone up, but they've gotten smaller.

29/01/2026: Very good food, smiling and welcoming staff. The experience was spoiled at the till when I was told I had been greedy, which was frankly inappropriate and left a bad taste in my mouth. I go to restaurants to enjoy myself.

20/02/2026: Okay, let's be clear, I discovered this place completely by chance, and as luck would have it, I think I stumbled upon the best restaurant in the area (sorry to the others 🤣). Honestly, the lamb shank was to die for, served piping hot and very generously topped with foie gras. The tagliatelle was excellent and also very generous, all for a reasonable price, in a friendly, working-class atmosphere. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. And a very good little cooperative wine. Well done to the whole team.

19/01/2026: In the area to prepare for an event, we arrived as a group of 11. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable from beginning to end. The dishes were generous and delicious, made with quality ingredients. You can feel the care and passion in the kitchen and the dining room. I highly recommend it. See you very soon!

The welcome is warm, enhanced by a genuine and sincere smile. I know few establishments where you're recognized after such a long absence. A must-visit in Auch. 5-star recommendation.

11/02/2026: Having been a regular at the tea room for a while now, I highly recommend it. Small and friendly, it's ideal for taking some time for yourself, or even with company. The owner is just as lovely. ☺️ The pastries are homemade and absolutely delicious, and the teas are also very good and varied. There are also several coffees and other drinks available for those who aren't tea fans. 👌✨
