Personalized service in a typical Gers setting, a small number of tables, the assurance of no waiting between courses, a real treat for the taste buds (local produce), very well cooked and served hot... Thank you to this owner, who could easily be considered a Michelin-starred chef of a gourmet restaurant. We highly recommend it.
