14/05/2026: Best spot in the neighborhood for drinks with friends. During the week, the bartender is incredibly friendly. After 5 pm, the bartenders take over. The team is really cool. Excellent atmosphere. Great playlists. Timeless decor. It's a perfect spot you absolutely must check out.

02/07/2026: We sat down, and the waiter came after 30 seconds to take our order. When we said we needed a moment, he left without a word, clearly in a bad mood. Two minutes later, the same thing happened. I have rarely experienced such unfriendly and customer-discouraging service.

20/06/2026: Disappointed by the burger, which was much smaller than the hot dogs and much more expensive. The cheddar fries (which were more like potato chips than fries) were incredibly dry… In short, far too expensive for the quality and quantity offered.

18/07/2026: The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with chic and modern decor that makes you want to eat. Accessibility is also excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The service is quick and efficient, with no problems or long waits.

14/07/2026: Well, we were the only two guests that night, which was really weird. All attention is on you, there were 4 people tending to the two of us. We had reservations at 7:30pm which is the first time slot you can book and they put the closed sign on the door after we entered. Ok, it was Bastille Day AND semi final football with France against Spain, but in that case they'd better closed that night instead of delivering this experience to us. The food was absolutely great. It's an interesting formula where you have to guess what you eat and then the waiter reveals what it was. Well for some it's interesting. I personally really hesitated to eat one course which I feared was sea urchin and I almost didn't finish it but it turned out to be just mushroom... So it's not for everyone, this restaurant. I choose the sake pairing, for 32 euro (4 courses). I love sake, it's typical Japanese, right? But two of the four sakes were French, from Burgundy - nothing like Japanese sake at all. It's different and interesting, but I wasn't expecting French sake. Didn't even know it was a thing. It's fusion kitchen, I get it but I didn't care for it really, I was also disappointed in the taste and quality of the French 'sake'. And yes, I know something about sake. My husband had the wine pairing, just two glasses. But his glasses were twice as full as mine, for half the price, and of much better quality too. Strange. I think it was unfortunate that we were the only guests that night. Everything came very fast after another, we were done in one hour - appetizers, four courses and coffee included. For 178 euro for two, I liked the food very much, but the experience and atmosphere lacked and that was a shame. They had better canceled our reservation. Would have gotten them a night off to watch the match (and a better review because they deserve it) and us a much nicer dinner night.

12/07/2026: Loved it - a very different way to serve high quality food. I loved the concept and the game of guessing the ingredients - few I had not heard of. Service was impeccable - wine and sake pairings spot on and delicious. Highly recommend

15/07/2026: I'm from Paris, and let me tell you, the place is very clean, the staff are friendly and always smiling—which isn't the reputation of those in Paris. I highly recommend this Starbucks.

Of course, Bordeaux has no shortage of places like this, but what makes the difference here is above all the quality of the welcome. The team is friendly, professional, and always available. You feel at ease from the moment you arrive, in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. A simple, efficient, and welcoming place that I readily recommend for a coffee break or a relaxing moment in good company.

08/06/2026: Up until now, I was quite happy with Le Tricolore, but today there are three reasons to be dissatisfied. First: I ordered a goat cheese panini a while ago. It was clearly stated that the goat cheese panini was a ham and goat cheese panini, but I took it to go and didn't check. There was literally nothing but goat cheese in the bread. Second: with the set menu, if you're not careful, you lose €1 because with the drink it's supposed to be a good deal, but the calculation was wrong. I had to ask for it back, and I don't usually like to complain. Third: in the salad I chose (ham and cheese), this time I only got ham, no cheese. Perhaps you should pay more attention to the ingredients on your menu. The €1 difference would have been acceptable if it weren't for the other two issues. The ingredients themselves aren't bad quality. If I'd been there, I would have complained immediately.

31/05/2026: A 20-minute wait, only to be served cold food. It's a disgrace, especially considering the restaurant is empty; we're the only customers. So we wait another 20 minutes.
