03/09/2024: We went to eat twice in one weekend, it was excellent! Perfect setting on the banks of the Garonne and the waiters are very friendly!! We will come back with great pleasure!

The taste is good, and the customer service is polite and wonderful.
I've been to many different restaurants, but this may have been the best in France.
24/03/2024: I find the price/pleasure ratio a little unfavorable.
The dishes were good but nothing more. The pan-fried liver is minimalist in its proportions. The accompaniment to the fish (very well cooked) was of little interest. But the welcome was very friendly.

23/09/2024: Worst Japanese restaurant you can find any where. Wondering if the chef ever tried any authentic Japanese food before. Very few beef in the sukiyaki but still charges more than 40 euros. The worst restaurant in town. Don’t go!!!
22/09/2024: Not what we expected but we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was really very good and the dishes which do not seem very substantial at first glance are in fact more than sufficient.

27/08/2024: 1 étoile pour ne pas dire 0, est-il normal de droguer ses clients ? J’ai fini aux urgences avec des analyses qui se sont avérées positives à une substance qui avait été mise dans mon verre !
Après en avoir discuté avec plusieurs personnes, il semblerait que je ne sois pas la seule à avoir subi ce genre de mésaventure au sein de votre établissement.

Le patron a su s’adapter à la demande ma femme qui pouvait manger que du poisson et elle a eu un saumon onctueux comme jamais alors qu’il n’était pas la carte. Mention spéciale au garçon qui place, très commerçant et humain. Félicitations, un restaurant comme on aimerait en trouver plus souvent avec une nourriture excellente et un personnel vraiment extraordinaire. Merci encore pour cette belle soirée.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle.
Les pizzas excellentes!!mon mari en a rarement mangé d’aussi bonnes !!!
J’ai mangé un pavé de saumon à la plancha d’une finesse incroyable car faute de tentacules de poulpe le patron s’est mis en 4 pour me satisfaire ..(je voulais du poisson)
C’est très rare d’être servi de cette façon ♥️
Nous avons adoré ..
Sans compter les gestes commerciaux !pour nous faire patienter nous avons eu droit à une salade avec des parts de pizza..et 2 verres de pétillant.
Conclusion :
Si vous voulez manger incroyablement bien et servi avec la plus grande attention n hésitez pas un seul instant c est endroit où il faut aller…

We went there several times and each time it was a treat. The products are of very good quality and this is reflected in their cuisine.

Very nice choice of wines too
Nice with family or friends, for an aperitif too!

24/09/2024: The air conditioning doesn't work, it's very hot in the rooms, I try to work on the windows because there are two, and then I understand why, every 5 minutes a tram passes, so it's impossible to sleep in this din. It was already mentioned in the reviews in June, I said to myself in a 4 star, the problem will be resolved 3 months later: well no. And when I tell reception they are surprised...
The bed sheet is not a fitted sheet, but an ordinary sheet. I wake up in the middle of the night like a caterpillar, wrapped in it, and since the air conditioning doesn't work I feel even hotter.
Also lack of pillows.
In the toilets, no brush...Reservation taken over the phone, I ask for 3 nights with breakfast I pay, then on arrival breakfast is not included. I ask to speak to a manager and there they find me a solution: they offer them to me.
It seems like the staff doesn't know their job, except for one person at the bar.
In short, I choose this category because I want to be able to sleep really well and ultimately I didn't really rest. Novotel is no longer what it used to be.

Tramway at the foot which is accommodating but also noisy.
Air conditioning broken
The bottom sheet is too small and we find ourselves systematically sleeping on the mattress pad.
The breakfast is plentiful
Overall I find that this does not reflect a 4 star
