02/04/2026: I ordered a pack of 12 cookies, not liking all of them, so I only ordered the two categories I like from them, and even then they still managed to send me the wrong items and everything I don't like except the good ones, and on top of that some cookies were undercooked so impossible to eat.

19/02/2026: The sandwich was excellent, we loved it. The welcome was warm: Theresia was lovely, attentive, smiling, and welcoming. A big thank you to her! We highly recommend this restaurant!

16/03/2026: Had been meaning to try this for some time as it looked lovely. Very disappointed. Only one other table in the restaurant but service very lacklustre and only delivered us one main dish instead of two. It was not hot but lukewarm. As the dish was described as being Thai Basil but contained no Thai basil at all (basically onions, red peppers and chillies) we asked the server about this instead of apologising she said it was in the sauce. This was not correct there was no greenery at all in the dish. We were sorry we went and will not go back

20/04/2026: The meal was okay, nothing special. The portions were very small; a bruschetta cost €10.50 without even a small salad. We spent almost an hour and a half there and decided to leave and get our desserts to go because the wait was so long! My partner's starter was served at the same time as his main course, and I had to ask for mine so we could eat together. I ordered a crepe in addition to the desserts we had chosen from the set menus, and it was brought to us along with our coffee, but without our desserts! They had been forgotten! Furthermore, I only realized after leaving that one of the two desserts had been charged extra even though it was included in the set menu. The desserts themselves were quite mediocre (a very dry muffin and a bland apple tart). A huge disappointment, not to mention the lack of friendliness and customer service. Avoid this "restaurant" in name only.

14/04/2026: Excellent place to grab a snack or a coffee. The atmosphere is warm and the service is quick. Everything is delicious and homemade.

15/12/2024: Nice pizzeria, be careful a little cold if you are placed near a window. A little noisy too but the pizzas are delicious. Remember to book conveniently on the platforms.

31/01/2026: A very good meal; the sushi was very fresh and flavorful! Incredible value for money with fast and efficient service! Very friendly and smiling staff, a quiet dining room, and a pleasant atmosphere. For a really reasonable price, you get an assortment of sushi accompanied by soup, a coleslaw, and a small bowl of rice! Absolutely delicious!

01/04/2026: I ordered a vegetarian red curry to go – the assortment of vegetables was varied (which is unusual) and the curry was very good. The dining room has a vintage feel with batik seating, and personally, I'm very pleased to see a restaurant that has survived the many trendy, Instagrammable interior design fads. I'll gladly return.

31/03/2026: We come to Sala Thai very often and we're never disappointed! The spring rolls are delicious (100% approved 😄) and the grilled beef with its spicy sauce (served separately) is simply incredible. The dishes are flavorful, well-seasoned, and always a pleasure to eat. A sure bet in Bordeaux, I highly recommend it!

23/03/2026: We received a wonderful welcome at this little restaurant on the corner! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! I want to thank the chef and his team for this lovely impromptu experience, as we hadn't made a reservation for Friday evening. We opted for the vegetarian tasting platter and the one with beef shawarma. For dessert, we had gazelle horns. Everything was delicious, and the hummus was absolutely divine. The mint tea was also very good. Thank you so much! :)

17/03/2026: This is definitely one of the best spots in the Nansouty neighborhood. A small terrace, sheltered from view and noise. Generous and incredibly delicious Mediterranean dishes. And Cécile makes the best gazelle horns in Bordeaux 😋 Go without hesitation!

13/11/2025: A very warm welcome. A truly unique place with its decor! The chef, the waiter, and the manager all have a great sense of humor 😉 We were pampered and enjoyed beautiful and delicious dishes. I highly recommend it and will definitely return when I'm back in Bordeaux.

11/11/2025: The atmosphere is calm, and you quickly feel at home thanks to the warm welcome from the manager. The dishes are delicious 🥘: perfectly balanced spices, expertly cooked meat, and I haven't even mentioned the fish, which is simply divine.

17/04/2026: The food was carelessly arranged on cheap plates with cutlery, as if I were sitting in a shared apartment kitchen. The tempura was just a single, deep-fried lump. The pad thai tasted of nothing and the noodles were overcooked. The bun he tasted mostly burnt. I rarely write reviews, but to sell something like this as Asian cuisine is outrageous.

16/04/2026: Yeah… A bit much… We order, they bring us our food with a fork, no knife, no napkin… eat and get lost… Okay, that's a bit much.

29/03/2026: Quiet hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I was able to park my 13m bus in the hotel parking lot.
