07/04/2024: Amazing galettes and crepes on the famous Rue Sainte Catherine in the Heart of Bordeaux. Owners were so friendly. If I lived here I would visit everyday! Merci Beaucoup.

This lunchtime, the dish of the day consisted of a fried entrecôte. The entrecôte was a steak of very good quality and very tender. The fries, a disaster, the shape was there! But they had softened during cooking. Flabby, full of oil, these pieces of potato were fries in name only. The profession of cook cannot be invented. The fries must be cooked in two successive baths of oil, the first at 160 degrees and the second at 190 degrees, and there you will have real crispy fries.

08/09/2024: The dishes are excellent. The accras are delicious and light. It is possible to choose a tasting menu to discover Tahitian cuisine. The owner welcomed me warmly and gave me explanations about the dishes offered on the menu. Everything was perfect. Option for vegetarians.

His response “I made 33 cl instead of 25 cl
How can we make a 33 cl in a 25 glass??
It's stupid, I do the same job as him and points out to him that 33 cl in 25 cl is not possible
His response “OK, get out”

09/09/2024: The right place for a drink after work. With Beber le terrible, Anto and Lillian, you will always be served quickly and efficiently. The prices are fair and there is often space on the terrace. ✌️

05/08/2024: Een bezoek aan Le Rooftop du Grand Hôtel in Bordeaux was een leuke ervaring. We genoten van een heerlijke rosé op het fraaie terras in de zon, met uitzicht over de stad. De drankjes en gerechtjes zijn inderdaad aan de prijzige kant, zoals andere reviews vermelden, maar ze zijn zonder twijfel de moeite waard. De combinatie van lekker eten, de heerlijke wijn en het uitzicht maakt deze rooftop bar een plek waar we zeker nog eens naar terug willen keren. Een goede plek om even te ontspannen en te genieten van Bordeaux.
02/08/2024: Roof top froid et peu décoré, un cocktail de glaçons à 19 euros pour se réchauffer çà fait mal !

17/08/2024: What a surprise to discover this little restaurant where the staff is really very friendly and where I ate 1 very good plate of fries / steak / salad / bulgur and 1 very good sugar waffle.
And frankly, for this low price, it's definitely worth it.
I recommend this little restaurant to everyone, with or without children, young or old.
13/08/2024: Dinner tonight with family. Nothing to complain about! Pleasant waitress, very polite cook.
Both the main course and the dessert are excellent.
I 100% recommend with your eyes closed.

28/06/2024: This small brasserie doesn't look like much but the food is of very good quality and the value for money is excellent. I recommend for lunch break. As a bonus, the service is fast and the managers are super friendly.
