15/04/2026: A rather disappointing experience. The dishes are decent but clearly uninspired, and the portions are really small: the plate is barely enough for one adult, and you still leave hungry. A major drawback is the children's menu, with ridiculously small portions. The service is adequate, but rather cold and uninvolved; you feel rushed through. The value for money is poor, especially considering the portion sizes. In short, it's okay in a pinch, but there are definitely better options elsewhere.

23/04/2026: I do not recommend this McDonald's. Very few menu items are available, and burgers were served cold at the table even though the restaurant was empty. Access to the restrooms requires a code that is only given to you after ordering. A very bad experience, never go there!

15/04/2026: Long wait time, 40 minutes roughly, you would think you’re waiting in a restaurant. Food was stone cold and flavourless and the service just shockingly slow and staff all look like it was their first day. AVOID at all costs.

Our reservation was cancelled after a 10-minute delay, then we waited 15 to 20 minutes between drinks (all caipirinhas), and to top it all off, they served us a bottle of sparkling Abatille without water glasses. In short... we won't be customers again. Their "gesture of goodwill" was watered-down shots 🙄

04/04/2026: A must-read! I certainly don't want to tarnish the image of this McDonald's franchise at Gare St Jean; I've eaten there regularly until now. The lunchtime service is efficient and helpful, and the burgers are generally very good. However, be wary of the evening service; one of the employees may be more careless and apparently disdainful of some of their customers. After complaining some time ago about the absence of my fries in my order and being reluctantly exonerated, I was able to appreciate last night the malicious revenge of the person responsible for this unfortunate incident, for which I held no grudge. He arranged to personally take care of my order to concoct the most execrable Royal Cheese imaginable. The steak was nothing but charcoal, the sliced ​​onions were nonexistent, but as if that wasn't enough, I strongly suspect he maliciously omitted to remove the plastic from the cheese before melting it. I struggled to swallow a few bites of this expensive joke before developing a persistent taste of petroleum in my throat, not to mention the nausea and other adverse effects I've been dealing with for a good day now. I even considered going to the emergency room for fear of being poisoned. I have no certainty about the exact details and sequence of events, but I do know perfectly well who is primarily responsible. He already demonstrated his hypocrisy and contempt for me after my first, entirely legitimate, complaint. I don't believe I can prove my claims, but I want to warn anyone who might question such unacceptable service that they will face unforgivable and potentially even dangerous reprisals. I will try to alert the management of this restaurant so that this cannot happen again, and if you experience similar problems, I urge you to do the same for everyone's benefit.

29/11/2025: The staff were pleasant, but we were very disappointed with the food. The smashburger was good but slightly overcooked, and the "café gourmand" (a selection of desserts served with coffee) was made up of leftovers that were probably from the day before... we won't be eating here again.
