13/06/2026: A wonderful place for lunch or afternoon tea. Everything is delicious, the ingredients are high quality, and the service is always warm and friendly. The waitresses are lovely, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I've been twice and had a fantastic time each time!

24/07/2026: I frequented the old Ségur for several years for their magnificent and delicious hanger steak with fried shallots. A delight! Too generous a portion, I usually ordered half a hanger steak and a glass of white wine plus a coffee. Total: €18. Yesterday, I discovered the new Ségur. Beautifully renovated and modernized premises, brighter. Superb. But this will be my last time. A flank steak (not tender) with fries and a glass of white wine = €26.50!!!! The 180g flank steak with fries = €20 - a glass of white wine = €6.50!!!! We're in a neighborhood bistro, not a renowned Bordeaux brasserie! It's outrageously expensive, and there were far fewer people than before. Emmanuelle clearly understood my disappointment during our conversation... when it came time to pay. One improvement: they accepted credit cards, but at these prices, that's to be expected.

11/06/2026: We loved it! From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous and full of flavor. The prices were very reasonable. Thank you again for your warm welcome, your kindness, and your attentiveness. We'll definitely be back! Note: It's best to book in advance, it fills up quickly! No wonder ;)

25/11/2025: Hello, upon arrival, the waiter seated us and then left us for over 15 minutes. He returned and said, "Ah, you haven't looked at the menu yet" (which was hidden in a book). Should he have told us?! We asked him a few questions about the very limited menu: four starters, one of which was missing, one main course from the daily special, and two à la carte options. The waiter responded in a very rude tone, seemingly annoyed at having to explain the concept. He brought us a flat, acidic white wine, which he half-spilled on the table, maintaining his haughty and inappropriate attitude. We asked for a replacement glass. Fortunately, the food was good, if not exceptional (the terrine and pork tenderloin were unremarkable, the rich jus a bit too spicy, even though I usually love it), but the cooking was precise, the flavor combinations interesting, and the dessert excellent. But honestly, the service was appalling, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If it hadn't been a Monday, I would have left immediately! Even when it came to paying the bill, my partner, being Italian, could have spent over €50 directly without going into the card reader. The waiter, in a sneering tone, said, "Well, yes, you have to insert it." It's an old-fashioned model... I think if I were a man with a temper, I would have punched him in the face... Shameful... First and last time!

23/08/2026: The staff is very welcoming. The charcuterie and fresh pasta dishes are excellent. You can also go down to the cellar to choose your wine. A very pleasant restaurant.

20/08/2026: We went to eat on Tuesday evening, waited an hour for a completely cold meal, cold fries without cutlery and no salad dressing, no napkins, no ketchup, and yet there were few people in the McDonald's, the managers were overwhelmed.

20/08/2026: I don't recommend it. I ordered a Coke and it was undrinkable with a strange, artificial taste. The fries were mediocre. Go somewhere else.

19/07/2026: Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the food because I was waiting at the counter for some other information (so no food review). The manager or chef, dressed all in black, was leaning on the counter on the customer side (so not behind the counter, nor in the kitchen), so I assumed he was also a customer waiting. After staring at me intently, I smiled at him, and then he told me to "get out of here" because I hadn't said hello to him when I came in (he hadn't said hello either, obviously). This old gentleman is incredibly polite; he really needs a vacation, I think. Response to the establishment's response: Sir, what would be my motive for lying about the reason for my visit, or for lying about actually mistaking you for a customer? Don't be offended; you seem like just an ordinary person, and unfortunately not the amazing chef or manager you think you are. Wearing black doesn't make you stand out any more than a customer. Furthermore, as I maintain, you weren't in your kitchen at all, but rather in the customer area, so my not speaking to you was perfectly justified. When you told me you worked here, I even apologized, explaining that I'd mistaken you for a customer, but you wouldn't listen and kept telling me to "get out." And no thank you, please don't try to teach me your manners, because in addition to not using proper punctuation, you're bitter and acting in bad faith. My "lamentable mind," as you put it, was simply seeking information to help someone homeless who was in dire need for the night.

08/07/2026: We went there, confident given the rave reviews. Huge disappointment. I don't think I've ever eaten such tough meat. In fact, I left half of it, which, considering the price, is a shame. The duck breast was also mediocre: dry and tasteless. A pity.

17/07/2026: Tasty food, friendly service, great price. We had our dog with us and he was well looked after.
