23/03/2024: My girlfriend and I had a great evening at Restaurant Du Cercle Saint Leger. We took advantage of the unlimited mussels and fries option and it was a real treat! The mussels were fresh and delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy.
The service was impeccable. The boss is really great, with a lot of humor and sympathy. The chef is also very friendly and approachable, and the waitresses are adorable and attentive.
The atmosphere was friendly and warm, and we had a truly unforgettable time.
For sure, we will definitely go back!

24/03/2024: Our experience could be better.
I asked for a glass of wine of their recommendation, and they brought a Pinot noir that it seemed to be open for way too long, since it was a bit acid. My wife ordered a lemonade but a sprite came, maybe it was a translation error, but I’ve included a picture of the menu.
We ordered a tarte flambee (flammkuchen) and a ravioli with salmon sauce. The tarte was a bit dry and the ravioli was ok. The service was a bit slow, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant and the food took some time to arrive.
24/03/2024: The food is not homemade!! A pizza that doesn't look like a pizza, industrial dough and probably frozen ingredients. You can't even see the ingredients on the pizza. The appetizers don't have the usual taste. Restaurant attracts tourists!

04/04/2024: Food not bad. Wine list substandard and unclear. 18 euros for 0.5 l carafe of red house wine, 14 euros for 0.25 L of red house wine. The card said 12 euros for 0.5 l. Incorrect. Point. Shame

26/04/2024: Typical inn of our mountains with a menu of very succulent Alsatian dishes and above all with local products.
We chose as a starter:
Marbled elk and duck foie gras - Marmalade with blueberries and
Duck foie gras flavored with Gewurtzraminer - Toasted Kougelhopf. Then for the dishes: Marcaire Plate: Roïgabrageldi*, smoked collar - Green salad and Cordon Rouge from Schantzwasen (Beef sirloin, Parma ham, Barikass). We enjoyed the good value for money. Then, we visited the reindeer farm since we had a beautiful sunny day with 20°. It was a great discovery! We highly recommend this farm inn.
23/04/2024: We had lunch here on Easter Sunday, to be sure of finding a place we booked by email. The place is well looked after and the staff is professional and friendly, a child-friendly place. Every dish was succulent. The children had ham and chips, we adults took the platter, the Fleischschnaka and the Spaetzle, to finish with two homemade desserts. Prices are above average, but worth every euro spent. After lunch we visited the reindeer farm where the children had a lot of fun.

05/04/2024: I highly recommend this restaurant whose quality of dishes is simply exceptional, living up to its Michelin star. However, while serving the wine, a slight incident occurred: a piece of cork fell into my glass. While it didn't ruin my experience, I would have appreciated if the staff immediately replaced my glass without having to ask.

02/04/2024: Gift box for a gourmet dinner for our father's 80th birthday: they came back more than disappointed... the show off and nothing else according to the person concerned. Samples without flavors for a complete menu at almost €400 for 2. Hard to hear especially since we all appreciated this starred restaurant to which we had not returned recently. What a pity !
