Il y avait déjà un nombre important de clients lorsque nous sommes arrivés et Jacqueline a accepté malgré cela que nous nous installions.

13/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante ed abbiamo mangiato benissimo e tutto freschissimo , il menù è tipico corso ,l’uva presa direttamente dal loro pergolato.
Il servizio è ottimo e fanno di tutto per capire l’italiano con una bella risata 😀 i cani sono ben accetti.. che dire ci torneremo

02/10/2024: Nous sommes arrivés très tardivement dans l'après-midi, la cuisine était arrêtée, mais il ont eu la gentillesse de nous faire chauffer ce qu'il avait et nous faire rapidement une bonne salade, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! ... et en plus c'était bon !

23/09/2024: Cette Auberge est un véritable joyau proche de Ghisoni. Nous avons passé un excellent moment grâce à un accueil vraiment chaleureux, une carte de menus extraordinaire... La cuisine traditionnelle proposée est alléchante, les plats sont copieux et exquis. Les desserts fait- maison sont succulents. Il serait dommage si vous séjournez dans les alentours de ce lieu enchanteur de ne pas venir manger. Un incontournable en Corse. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe

29/09/2024: A stopover with friends at the farm inn! Very warm welcome, a magical setting in the mountains. Excellent meal with very good homemade products (plate of homemade charcuterie, leek fritters, a delight)

28/09/2024: Class! Everyone here is highly motivated and doing a great job. Compliment. From the kitchen to the service.
We had the Corsican menu and can only recommend it. It's a shame that we stay so short, otherwise we would have definitely tried the pizza, which looked delicious and inviting.

25/09/2024: Advised by a friend, we passed by at 11:30 a.m. and thought it was closed. But a member of staff who was there confirmed to us that it was open. On the other hand, it was better to book. Simple card. The kids went for pasta. The adults between Burger (in Pan bagnat type bread), Sautéed Veal (with polenta) and Canelloni with Broccio: all the dishes were not only very very good but also generously garnished. We came away won over, and indeed, at a quarter past twelve, places were difficult to find.
The service was attentive, and we were among friends so we didn't pay particular attention to the atmosphere. Some original aperitifs.

Étant plutôt exigeante, je peux vous dire que c’était très bon! Les 2 entrées le plat et le dessert excellents ( juste le fromage pas à mon goût 😅). Vous ne ressortirez jamais avec la faim! Le personnel est parfait et le lieu magnifique. A privilégier une table en extérieur bien sûr en été. Merci à l’équipe de « Chez Edgard ».
28/09/2024: Au top! Une équipe de professionnels qui sait exactement quoi faire pour ravir le client. Un patron à l’hospitalité sans faille ! Un cadre et une cuisine magnifique !!! Un incontournable de la balagne!!! Merci pour tout et un grand bravo à votre affaire familiale où il n’y a rien à reprocher ! Le cochon de lait à la broche était dingue ! La soupe, le gratin de pommes de terre, les desserts…enfin tout était à tomber !!!
