13/09/2026: The owner, Jean Noël, and his team gave us a fantastic welcome and were always very attentive. The Corsican buffet was excellent, featuring fresh products. The chestnut cake was delicious, as was the fiadone, and everything was homemade! I highly recommend this restaurant. Absolutely top-notch!

There's also a children's menu. We were treated wonderfully. We made the reservation the same day; it's recommended during peak season.

06/08/2026: A true gem in the heart of the Corsican mountains! 😍 We had an absolutely exceptional time at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. The setting is simply magnificent, authentic, and peaceful; we just didn't want to leave. The welcome is just like the place itself: warm, genuine, and familial. The whole team is lovely, always smiling, and the owner deserves a special mention; his kindness and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. And then… the food! 🤤 A festival of Corsican flavors. The migliaccioli are absolutely divine, the brocciu and mint omelet is simply incredible, and everything we tasted exuded quality, homemade quality, and a love for local products. It's the kind of place you dream of keeping secret… but it deserves to be known by everyone. If you're passing through Ghisoni, don't even hesitate: stop at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. You'll leave with a happy stomach, a full heart, and only one desire… to return! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be back with immense pleasure. ❤️

The must-try leek fritters and the excellent homemade charcuterie are a real treat for the taste buds. Everything is good and plentiful. We come with family and friends, and they love it. Soft background music, flavorful cuisine, pleasant service, and a complimentary digestif before we left...what more could you ask for? I highly recommend it.
