16/09/2024: I'm taking the time to write a review because I've been a fan of the HQ since we arrived in the area (we live in Poggio) my companion is very difficult in terms of restaurants and food because he's used to it by his gourmet parents 😂😅but he, like me, is amazed every time by the quality of the products and the sourdough pizza dough with a mamamiaaaa taste which I am sure has nothing to do with Italian pizza, that's for sure! We regularly order delivery (at no extra charge!) and we have already been there! Friendly welcome, top-notch cuisine, we never tire of it and we want more! We can only recommend it for those who want to enjoy themselves! A. Note all the same that the pizza maker and chef won a medal for the best pizza and also trains other young people... we feel the passion for his profession! Well done 🎉 keep it up!

01/09/2024: We have just arrived in Corsica, a quick search on the internet and we found this superb restaurant. A complete menu, for all tastes (even vegetarians!). A smiling welcome and magnificent dishes,... Yes, a good start in Corsica.

Picturesque terrace, pleasant waiter, and above all succulent and generous cuisine. We had a memorable time. Our senses and our taste buds will always remember this restaurant and these people who give themselves entirely to their art, that of pleasing people through their love for this profession and their generosity. Everything is on the plates. As for the cost of this pleasure, nothing too much compared to the quality and quantity. Thank you and thank you for this moment.

27/09/2024: Le cadre est juste magnifique avec la vue panoramique. L’ombre apportée par la vigne qui recouvre intégralement la terrasse est magnifique et apporte une température idéale en été. Les plats sont bien copieux et de qualité. Je recommande fortement car l’accueil apporté par ce restaurant familial est génial.

22/09/2024: We stayed a few nights in this very nice hotel. Very warm welcome, good cuisine and ideal location for visiting Cap Corse and the Agriates desert as far as Île Rousse. We highly recommend.

25/09/2024: Nice restaurant right on the beach. Before ordering, ask how big the portion will be. Because I ordered soup and they brought probably 3 liters😂, the soup was delicious, but it was a lot. I recommend!

23/09/2024: I don't think I've ever given a 5 🌟 everywhere, the kitchen, the welcome, the dishes and the atmosphere, everything comes together...discovery recommended by Serge from the folelli laundromat. Come and enjoy, thank you for this excellent cuisine. We had the paella which was killer.

25/09/2024: Great experience at La Cave - meat bar! We tried the pasta in the parmesan wheel, the chicken burger and the skewer, and everything was great! Special mention for the wines which were delicious and very well recommended, which added a nice touch to our meal. The atmosphere is nice, perfect for spending a good evening in Île Rousse! Thanks to the staff for the welcome. Argentinian Champagnes.

18/09/2024: Nous n étions pas venus depuis quelques années (lors de nos passages en Corse) mais attirés par les bons avis, nous y avons dîné hier soir. Quelle belle surprise, salade agrumes langouste excellente, et la langouste est vraiment le centre du plat! Mon mari avait pris le menu, excellent lui aussi, sauce aux cèpes très goûteuse, un excellent rapport qualité prix. Un accueil convivial. Bref, juste l envie d y retourner à l occasion!

01/09/2024: Quelle agréable découverte ! Après notre visite au phare, nous avons décidé de déjeuner dans ce restaurant, et ce fut une excellente décision. Nous avons choisi la formule du jour, et chaque plat était délicieux : des ravioles de crabe, du maigre accompagné de légumes, et une tarte au citron succulente. Tout était non seulement savoureux, mais aussi magnifiquement présenté, le tout servi par une personne très aimable. Un détail qui nous a fait plaisir : n’ayant pas pris l’alcool inclus dans la formule, l’addition globale a été ajustée en conséquence, un geste inattendu qui a été bien apprécié. Dommage que ce soit loin de notre lieu de séjour, car nous serions ravis de revenir pour explorer le reste du menu.

30/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato qui su prenotazione. Il posto è delizioso, il personale molto attento e il servizio davvero buono. La zuppa corsa è molto molto buona, il maialino perfetto con carne morbidissa. Cocktail ok. Dolce al limone così così. Consigliatissimo

20/09/2024: Arrivée au restaurant bien accueilli, puis sa a commencé par un serveur loin d’être aimable, le repas a durer 3h45 pour un plat et dessert l’attente était beaucoup trop longue. Un serveur qui s’occupe pas de ses clients! Sans parler des moules assiettes à moitié remplis, et sans préciser que c’est des moules espagnoles et pas locale.. je parle même pas des frites qui était immangeable ! Quel dommage ! Complètement déçu!
