14/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! A tourist trap just for the view. Very disappointed with the quality and choice of food. Without warning, there was no lamb and no local fish! A prime example of a restaurant that only capitalizes on its location. I live year-round in Balagne, and I'm disappointed to see this kind of tourist trap just for a sunset view.

22/09/2024: It seems very unreal. to find such a gem in a half-abandoned mountain village: traditional French dishes are prepared here by hand using fresh products - all very simple, you could say. But everything is perfect: the doneness of the ice cream, the aroma of the salad dressing, the fresh bread, the crispy beignets... and all of this with friendly service and very fair prices. A real culinary highlight, the detour is worth it.

27/08/2024: A magnificent hotel decorated with great taste... The calm environment invites you to relax. The welcome is wonderful. The team is smiling and discreetly available. The occupied room offered a breathtaking view of the bay, enough to amaze you in the morning when you wake up or before going to bed facing the setting sun.

25/09/2024: Das Lokal liegt wie viele andere direkt an der Hauptstraße. Das Gebäude über dem Lokal wirkt wie ein Abrisshaus. Wer sich dennoch zum Essen dort einfindet, vergisst diese Fakten sofort. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Speisen köstlich. Der Burger Le Central war Grund für einen weiteren Besuch im Restaurant.

06/07/2025: Top notch burgers and toasted sandwiches that are extremely good value. The service was very attentive and friendly. You can sit down outside in the square. If you want good value food definitely come here.

16/09/2024: I'm taking the time to write a review because I've been a fan of the HQ since we arrived in the area (we live in Poggio) my companion is very difficult in terms of restaurants and food because he's used to it by his gourmet parents 😂😅but he, like me, is amazed every time by the quality of the products and the sourdough pizza dough with a mamamiaaaa taste which I am sure has nothing to do with Italian pizza, that's for sure! We regularly order delivery (at no extra charge!) and we have already been there! Friendly welcome, top-notch cuisine, we never tire of it and we want more! We can only recommend it for those who want to enjoy themselves! A. Note all the same that the pizza maker and chef won a medal for the best pizza and also trains other young people... we feel the passion for his profession! Well done 🎉 keep it up!
