15/02/2026: I've been to Nova several times and always enjoyed my meals until February 14, 2026, for Valentine's Day, when, in my opinion, it fell far short of the establishment's usual standards. The special menu, advertised at 85 euros, was very tempting but far from the reality of the food. Apart from the two (very small) scallops, which were well-seasoned and cooked, and the rich veal jus, nothing else had any real flavor. The veal was overcooked, and the rest of the dish was bland. The dessert was insignificant. I was truly disappointed. Furthermore, I posted my complaints on Facebook, and both of my comments were deleted, which I find unacceptable.

17/04/2026: A truly timeless experience in this charming and welcoming restaurant! You're greeted like family, and the food is as delicious as the setting is idyllic! Though barely visible from the road, it's well worth a stop... the homemade cheese fritters were so good that my daughter, who didn't want any, went to the kitchen to ask for more... the wild boar stew (local 😜) was melt-in-your-mouth tender... in short, as you can see, a wonderful owner and succulent local cuisine make this place an absolute must-visit! Thank you again, boss!

07/04/2026: A great place to eat in Ile-Rousse: generous and authentic pizzas (the pizza maker is a champion), professional and attentive service, and a dessert (profiteroles) to die for! An excellent meal and a lovely evening.

07/04/2026: Good place to eat. Good value for money and generous portions. We tried the tasting menu featuring Corsican products. We definitely left feeling full. The service is attentive, but several servers ask you for the same thing… Note: there is a heated covered terrace. It's very pleasant but quickly becomes smoky with smokers. So, opt for the interior, which offers a pleasant and lively atmosphere.

25/11/2025: A superb experience in this magnificent restaurant. It's everything: the ambiance, the food, and the service. Flawless! The meal was delicious. We chose the €38 set menu with starter, main course, cheese, and dessert, which was very generous. The service was perfect, with an attentive owner and two waitresses who were lovely with our little girl. I recommend it 100%!

21/04/2026: We go there with friends every time we come to Corsica... and every time, we're never disappointed. Most recently, last week, we had veal steak... exquisite, perfectly cooked, superb flavor. The cozy winter atmosphere is lovely, very inviting. Next time we'll try it in the summer with the terrace. As for the price, for five people with a main course each, plus dessert, coffee, and wine, I didn't find it excessive considering the quality, especially compared to other restaurants. Highly recommended! 👍👍

16/04/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The setting is sublime and the cuisine is excellent and refined. Visited on Thursday evening, April 16, 2026. Special mention goes to the two servers who were on duty during service and were absolutely top-notch, efficient, and always smiling despite the incredibly busy atmosphere! The manager can be very proud of his team!
