07/06/2026: We had dinner there during our stop on the GT20. Very nice, it's a shame they were out of bread 🥲 so we couldn't try the Corsican charcuterie 🥲 The pizzas weren't homemade but they were good 😊 They're very bike-friendly, which is a nice touch on the GT20 route. We recommend it.

25/05/2026: We came on the evening of May 24th. The lobsters were to die for! Everything was very good except for the waitress who was very unpleasant and addressed us informally. Apart from that, we had a very good time.

12/06/2026: You don't necessarily expect to find a good place in an airport area, but this was a pleasant surprise! The staff were friendly and baby-friendly, the daily specials were excellent, the pizzas were very good, and the desserts were just as good. Highly recommended!

The food was excellent; we ordered two set menus at €27.50 each: a platter of Corsican charcuterie, cheese fritters, caramelized pork belly with mashed potatoes, and a chestnut fondant with homemade vanilla-canistrelli ice cream. The view of the bay from the elevated terrace was truly delightful.

26/05/2026: Impeccable service and a warm welcome from start to finish. The restaurant's setting is idyllic, right across from Calvi's main waterfront. We opted for the €26 Corsican menu. A little gem of local delicacies: pâté, ham, stufatu (a type of Corsican sausage), and clementine crème brûlée. While the starter was a bit light on the palate, the rest of the menu was more than satisfying. Everything was perfect, flavorful, and well-presented. Except perhaps for the bread, which was rather average. Overall, the value for money was unbeatable, with excellent service and a perfect location.

25/05/2026: Pleasant restaurant, friendly owner, the meal was decent in the town center, priced for two Corsican specialties. Traditional Corsican cuisine, simple but effective. There's a terrace or indoor seating. The prices are rather high, though.

15/05/2026: We had a wonderful family evening at Cousty Burger. The welcome was very warm, the atmosphere friendly, and the service excellent. The burgers were truly delicious and very generous. Everyone enjoyed them, from the youngest to the oldest.
