18/11/2025: I'm revisiting an experience I had in August, during which I had the opportunity to eat several times at this restaurant, L'Écurie. Each visit left me with the same impression: that of a place where you immediately feel welcome, almost as if you were returning to a vacation home. Andrea's family is exceptionally warm, always ready to share an anecdote or a piece of their region's history, with a natural generosity that can't be faked. The cuisine reflects those who prepare it: local, authentic, and bursting with flavors that speak for themselves. And for those who enjoy discovery, a few touches of Asian inspiration sometimes elevate the dishes, with a surprising finesse that works wonderfully. Nothing is forced; everything is just right. You eat delicious, balanced dishes, prepared with talent and a lot of heart. The view adds even more to the magic of the place. A picturesque and authentic landscape, the kind of setting that perfectly complements a cuisine full of character. 23/03/2026: I highly recommend it! During my visit last summer, the team was excellent! The service was top-notch! The prices were affordable, and the atmosphere was superb, both during the day and in the evening! We'll be back!

08/02/2026: After arriving in the morning on the first ferry from Savona, we headed straight for the beach. We spent the day there and had lunch there. We shared an appetizer. Afterwards, we ate pizza, burgers, fish, and seafood. Delicious food in a fantastic location. It was the perfect start to our vacation.

17/09/2025: We ordered a heirloom tomato and burrata. We were served regular tomatoes. We pointed this out, and the owner said, "Well, if you know better than me." But when the waitress came back, she said, "I asked the chef. Indeed, we were out of heirloom tomatoes. Sorry." The burrata must have been mozzarella. In short, they treat tourists like fools here. 12/12/2025: Close friends stayed at the hotel this summer. They were delighted until they decided to go to the second pool, where the lifeguard rudely asked them to leave their shoes outside. They complied, of course. My friends overheard this man criticizing a German family with whom he had apparently had a disagreement before. My friends told me they wouldn't be returning. This man in charge of the pool ruined their stay.

18/09/2025: Good pizza, several beers available unlike all the other mountain huts which only offer Pietra Bianco or amber ale. Friendly welcome and very good group meal (with meatballs).

19/04/2026: We had an evening meal here. The waitress was so friendly and great with our limited french. We had the mignon de porc and the lamb chops and they were both really tasty and huge portions

21/11/2025: I was very disappointed with my visit to L’Annexe in Corte. I had an unpleasant surprise with my meal, and no compensation was offered. On top of that, I was charged €6 for a simple bottle of sparkling water, which I found outrageous. A truly disappointing experience; I won't be going back.

15/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, perfect welcome, smiling staff, and high-quality dishes. We shared a mixed platter of Corsican charcuterie and cheese, zucchini fritters, and for dessert, a chestnut flan and a fiadone. In short, it was fantastic; I recommend it to all vacationers.

06/03/2026: While we used to go every year, this will be the last time, as the evening of July 14th was a complete fiasco despite the manager's best efforts. The supposedly special menu was more expensive but mediocre, the rolls were frozen, and there were hours-long waits for drinks, starters, and main courses—in short, a terrible experience! Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I know that a service that starts badly can become a real ordeal for any establishment, and this was a complete disaster. 😰😰😰😰
