16/10/2025: Friendly and welcoming staff. Normal bedding but terrible acoustics, we can clearly hear our neighbors' conversations. Buffet-style breakfast but could be stocked with more local products (Nutella muffins are a crime 😜)

15/09/2024: Exceptionally good Corsican dishes. And on our visit with a single condition for the well-stocked outdoor area, they were very prompt and very friendly and helpful despite the stress. Highly recommended.

13/09/2024: Typical restaurant, cold meats hanging from the ceiling. Decor to explore. Top welcome, active and attentive, the Bonifacienne-style eggplants are simply extraordinary.

21/09/2024: This place was perfect as a break from the GR20. The staff was very friendly and treated my bad French with good humour. Room was clean and restaurant was outstanding.

19/09/2024: The room is a little old and dusty but the service was really very good, especially since I arrived late after my GR20 stage and I was taken care of very well. I also had a buffet breakfast which was great with a good choice of foods. Location-wise it’s a bit isolated.

03/09/2024: Group of 10 people (6 adults and 4 children) welcomed on the evening of August 15 without reservation. Well done. Prices are correct for Calvi (Or Corsica). Well placed with a view of the CALVI citadel. The plates are of good capacity (even if I doubt the kilo of mussels) and the dishes are good. The copious children's menu and its reasonable price. The servers were excellent, friendly and smiling. I advise.

26/09/2024: Dishonest ! Night reserved at 8 p.m. the day before the reservation by telephone and obligation to pay in advance even though it is the end of September out of season. Then Corsica ferries canceled our crossing the next day at 11am. I call the hotel to cancel directly and the manager doesn't even bother to call me back and sends me the cancellation invoice indicating that a refund is impossible. She added two lines suggesting that I send the bill to my Visa insurance whereas credit card insurance requires proof of illness, death of a loved one, etc. This was not the first time in this establishment and it will surely be the last. In peak season I would have understood but it is the end of September.... The worst thing is that the room was put back for reservation on their site and resold!!! We had planned to dine at the restaurant with a reserved table and we often come to Corsica but they won't see us anymore. Commercial = 0 and dishonest to line their pockets.

23/08/2024: Convinto dalle buone recensioni (anche delle guide) ci siamo recati in questa capanna attrezzata posta all’inizio della spiaggia di Calvi. Accoglienza scortese, lettino in seconda fila a 50 euro ed a pranzo cibo turistico mediocre con cattivo rapporto qualità prezzo

03/07/2025: To be avoided URGENTLY, haughty staff, ugly, grizzled bearded man with glasses, unbearable, he should do another job. Turning away 8 people on a Thursday at the end of the day. Apparently no need for money!! So many people... waiters with arms crossed 👎👎👎

04/09/2024: We stopped by chance on our way to Bastia to board the ship to return to Italy at the port of Savona....I repeat, we ate the excellent caramelized ones with a good salad alongside the ribs, the staff was very kind, they also spoke excellent Italian , highly recommended.

02/09/2024: Nous voulions manger des moules frites, on décide de s'arrêter à se restaurant qui propose des moules marinières à 15€, à notre grand surprise, pour se prix les frites ne sont pas comprise dedans, il faut rajouter "une assiette de frites" à 4€50 quo ressemble plutôt à un petit bol !! Clairement très cher pour se qu'on a mangé et en plus le serveur m'a renvoyé boulet "bah non les frites ne sont pas comprise, on est pas en Bretagne madame" non mais j'hallucine... ne pas manger ici.
