29/09/2025: Today we found the doors closed, even though Maps said it was open. Eight other people who weren't among us were also very disappointed.

10/01/2026: Decent welcome, quality food, noisy atmosphere (restaurant full, probably the cause), prices on the high end.

20/12/2025: It was my first time at this brasserie, and I wasn't disappointed. I came in the afternoon with a friend for a crêpe and a coffee, and the welcome and service overall were very good. I particularly appreciated the kindness, smile, and professionalism of the long-haired waiter. Despite the crowd, he was genuinely friendly and smiling, which is becoming increasingly rare these days!

19/09/2025: Very disappointed First, I ordered a Nustrale and was brought a Corsica. The server changed the pizza, telling me it was a mistake by the "cook"... However, when the new pizza arrived, I noticed that it was overcooked, especially since the crust was super thin. I notified the server again, who told me to go directly to the "cook" and complain because apparently when he did, nothing changed!!! The atmosphere was great! Of course, no compensation, no free dessert, and not even an apology! Apparently, according to the server, the "cook" is the problem with this restaurant 😉

18/09/2025: So good, if I were the only one deciding in my relationship, we would have eaten there three days in a row. The atmosphere is incredible. The pizzas are excellent. The staff is friendlier. I'll be back, and if I were you, I'd go with my eyes closed.

01/11/2025: We made sure to reserve a table for a group, and while we were seated quickly, we waited far too long to be served. Other customers who arrived after us were served before us. Several dishes on the menu were no longer available. The food we were served was decent, but nothing special.

28/09/2025: Perfect location with great sea view. Food is with good price but the seafood itself wasn’t fresh. Fries are nicely cooked.

12/01/2026: We were there with our motorcycle and tent. The sanitary facilities were very nice and impeccably maintained, and there was a kilometer-long sandy beach perfect for hours of walking. The reception manager spoke German, and the restaurants were lovely. A wonderful holiday destination! We always love coming back, probably even this year!

30/12/2025: Beautiful campsite in a great location. We stayed in a tent right on the beachfront, and we had the option of renting a fridge. The restaurant was excellent; there was a fantastic Corsican band playing. The campsite shop had a wide selection of local products. The showers and toilets were great. A very private and peaceful campsite. I highly recommend it for a change of scenery and to recharge your batteries. A+++++

12/10/2025: A very nice place right on the waterfront, facing the sea. We went there several times for a drink, and honestly, the waitress was very kind and smiling, the best, 👏👍🏻 which you can't say everywhere in Corsica. We had a great time every time we came. The background music was a real treat. As for the cocktails, they were very good. I highly recommend this place for a magical moment as the sun sets.

25/09/2025: Unfortunately, the service staff was a bit unfriendly. No smiles, nothing. Otherwise, it was very nice there, and the food was excellent.

06/03/2026: Restaurant, café, sharing, smiles—what can't the South do? Friendly, welcoming, offering a beautiful view of the old port and delicious food. Le Sud is the place to go in Bastia to relax and have a good time.

05/10/2025: A gem, we were very well received, attentive owner, it was cool, they offered me a blanket, they listened to my desires and they guided me very well in terms of drinks. In terms of food, very good, beautiful and tasty products, seasonal. I really recommend it.

04/10/2025: An incredible view. A warm welcome and a friendly server. The fish of the day is excellent and the portions generous. It's a shame that the porcini mushroom ravioli were average, extremely greasy, swimming in oil... On the other hand, it's extremely expensive.

17/02/2026: Open in February – great, as few restaurants are open off-season. We were the only ones there except for one table. There were always takeout orders. It's in an odd spot near the supermarket parking lot. The ambiance is nil. Inside, there's also very little atmosphere, with upside-down wall lights. The pizzas were fine, and the service was basic, not over the top. We spent €35.

31/01/2026: The pizza was very oily, probably due to the Gruyère and mozzarella mixture; it's a shame, it ruins everything.

02/10/2025: A very rushed server, even though there were only six of us in total! A poorly printed, illegible bill. I asked for a duplicate, which was refused. What a shame! The only positive aspect was the sea view. Avoid!

25/09/2025: We came here twice for dinner. A wonderful welcome, a friendly and efficient team. An attractive menu for an excellent meal. We recommend it 💯%. Thank you 🤩 to the entire team and the kitchen as well. Bretons in the region!
