28/07/2026: The food we ordered was really great... The two-room accommodation was a disgrace... it wasn't cleaned once in six days... Limited toilet paper. Parking was either gravel or 100 meters away. I don't understand why everyone is so positive about this seven-year-old place... 50 euros per day is too much... Sorry... The owners didn't even bother to say hello on the first day at lunchtime...

19/07/2026: We dined here without a reservation. The menu included only brasserie fare, a few appetizers, and dessert. The meat and cheese fritters were delicious. The waiter was very kind and attentive. The lady, I believe the chef, was very welcoming and hospitable. Recommended.

18/07/2026: We had a wonderful evening at L'Epica. The waiter was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. We chose grilled sea bream and sea bass – both were scrumptious! The highlight was a table on the balcony overlooking the marina.

17/07/2026: A little hidden away, but with a rooftop terrace and a breathtaking view overlooking the harbor. A very warm welcome. Traditional dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Excellent recommendations, making it hard to choose, but everyone will find something to their liking. Highly recommended.

08/06/2026: If you have your own food and want to stop for a drink, this is the best place! The drinks are inexpensive and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful! Thanks again to him, the view is breathtaking!

05/06/2026: Traditional Corsican family cooking! We had the Corsican set menu for €19.50 and it was delicious! The owner is very friendly, his father is an excellent cook, and his grandmother is a fantastic pastry chef! We highly recommend it!! Signed, the Aveyron team 😁😁

13/07/2026: A disaster. It has to be said here since they don't ask how the meal went. And for good reason. We ordered the set menu (€28.50) and a glass of white wine each. At that price, you don't expect a Michelin star, obviously, but there's a minimum standard required when talking about food. A caricature of Corsican cuisine, stamped with Routard and Gault Millau plaques that serve as an endorsement, clearly obtained in certain years (2007, 2015, 2019). Try to pick the right year. We weren't lucky tonight. The starter: the sardines were overcooked, a mush. Two pieces of figatellu, just to be fair to the dish's name. You have to look hard to find them. The main course: the traditional veal with olives. The meat was as dry as shoe leather, so dry you could break a tooth. You're looking for a sauce to drown out some tasteless pasta. Add to that olives, not from the maquis, but from a 160-gram pitted Tramier jar. Dessert: a bland chestnut cake. You'd find it better at the supermarket, vacuum-packed. When the bill arrives, we discover that two glasses of white wine cost €16. €32 for two glasses. Discount food, but Michelin-starred prices, and not mentioned upfront (the basic glass we thought we'd order was €7). €16 for an oxidized white wine (but it might suit cider lovers). A restaurant with no redeeming qualities, except for the charm of the place, equipped with powerful fans that make a meal in name only slightly more bearable. Keep walking. Worst restaurant of the week

08/07/2026: Very pleasant restaurant in a small shaded alley. A good break from the crowded and touristy waterfront. Surprisingly quiet given the quality of the food. Staff super friendly and happy to chat if you want to. The food was the best we had in 3 days in Calvi, by a mile. Great selection of wines too. Really recommend the a la carte dishes to explore food beyond the usual “menu Corse”. A great experience overall.

01/07/2025: I tasted the veal on the menu, it was simply to die for, another excellent address on Cap Corse... a haven of peace where all the taste buds are in turmoil. Bravo for this beautiful address even if the service is not top-notch. A waitress who seems to have other interests than serving, but I will stick to the very tasty cuisine and the top quality/price ratio... To be recommended.

11/07/2026: We were still waiting for our salmon starter, over an hour at the table, without anyone even checking on us. We called the waiter who told us the salmon had vanished into thin air! A complete farce, the owner completely unfazed... We paid for the wine and left without having dinner. Avoid at all costs!

14/07/2026: We had lunch today in a fantastic location overlooking the sea. Mussels weren't on the menu, so I decided to order them... spectacular to say the least! As is French custom, the mussels come with homemade fries, not frozen ones! Authentic flavors... the good ones! We also ordered sea bream, and it was a stunning dish with grilled vegetables and rice. Kudos to the kitchen, because everything was truly delicious. The waitress was kind, and the price was fair for what we ate. Recommended!

07/07/2026: Decent main courses with good fries. The sea bream wasn't great, and only one fillet for the price is stingy. The burger meat had tough pieces; it was low quality. Average desserts.

06/06/2026: I ordered a kebab pizza, a Lily burger, and a San Martino burger. The pizza was very good, and the burgers were just as good. The service on the phone was excellent and confirmed at the restaurant. For a first visit, it was top-notch, and I'll definitely be back. I recommend it.
