19/09/2025: Despite being located on the roadside, the restaurant's setting, with its small view of the port and mountains, is very pleasant. The meal itself was excellent, no complaints there. The only downside was that there was only one person taking orders and three others serving; they were constantly running around, which was a shame.

Each visit left me with the same impression: that of a place where you immediately feel welcome, almost as if you were returning to a vacation home. Andrea's family is exceptionally warm, always ready to share an anecdote or a piece of their region's history, with a natural generosity that can't be faked. The cuisine reflects those who prepare it: local, authentic, and bursting with flavors that speak for themselves. And for those who enjoy discovery, a few touches of Asian inspiration sometimes elevate the dishes, with a surprising finesse that works wonderfully. Nothing is forced; everything is just right. You eat delicious, balanced dishes, prepared with talent and a lot of heart. The view adds even more to the magic of the place. A picturesque and authentic landscape, the kind of setting that perfectly complements a cuisine full of character. 26/02/2026: We had a wonderful time at this Corsican restaurant, ideally located on the seafront port in Saint-Florent. The setting is truly delightful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages relaxation. We were a table of seven, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal from start to finish. For starters, we shared a mixed platter of Corsican cheeses and charcuterie, which was a unanimous hit: high-quality products, a real treat. The presentation was also very elegant, both for the platter and the other dishes. For our main courses, we sampled the octopus stew with peppers and chorizo, served with rice, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful; the cannelloni with brocciu cheese, which were delicious and melt-in-your-mouth tender; and the filet mignon, offered with a choice of honey or Roquefort sauce, which was incredibly tender and full of flavor. The children's menu (chicken tenders and fries) was also a big hit. Again, the dishes were beautifully presented and showcased the quality of the ingredients. To finish on a sweet note, we enjoyed a chestnut cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, as well as a crème brûlée with myrtle liqueur: a true delight! The desserts were as beautiful as they were delicious. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect. The staff is very pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful restaurant in Saint-Florent that is well worth a visit!
