Les meilleurs restaurants en Haute-Corse

08/08/2024: Très bon restaurant Thaï nous nous sommes régalé avec un bœuf thaï tendre, un rouleau de printemps goûteux, des crevettes tempura et un curry rouge de gambas ;) Dessert au top

05/08/2024: En vacances d'été à l'Ile rousse depuis plusieurs années, nous avions l'habitude d'aller diner au moins deux soirs au P'tit thaï, une adresse à recommander au milieu de beaucoup d'autres restaurants moyens. Cette année, nous y sommes donc allées une première fois en confiance. Globalement - ou en tout cas ce soir-là - la qualité de la nourriture a malheureusement diminué: assortiment d'entrées avec de la friture recuite, puis un porc au caramel, immangeable au bout de trois morceaux car beaucoup trop sucré. Mais ceci aurait été pardonnable car cela peut arriver une fois et le goût des uns n'est pas celui des autres. Ce qui nous a dissuadé d'y remettre les pieds, c'est l'affaire du riz et/ou des vermicelles. Le wok de porc au caramel étant servi à choix avec du riz ou des vermicelles, le serveur nous a proposé de mettre "un peu des deux", ce que nous avons accepté. Au moment de payer, nous avons eu la surprise de voir que la note comprenait un supplément de 4 euros pour les vermicelles, comme si nous en avions commandé une portion en plus. Le même serveur nous a dit qu'il y avait eu une erreur en cuisine mais n'a aucunement supprimé ces 4 euros, que nous avons donc été obligés de payer. La somme est minime mais le principe du pigeonnage difficilement acceptable. Résultat, nous n'y sommes pas retournés et n'y retourneront sans doute pas. Mauvais calcul de l'établissement, qui perd des clients fidèles pour grapiller quelques euros.

28/08/2024: Excellent address My girlfriend booked 1 night from August 27 to 28, 2024 in this hotel at the end of the season We were extremely well received by a young man, very welcoming, in a good mood and who loves his work To be greatly congratulated, it’s a pleasure The restaurant welcomed us as expected We had a burrata tomato and an extraordinary melon salad and the cocktails were very good. A dynamic team who love their work The room, superb, equipped with a small fridge and lots of space A really beautiful and very pleasant bathroom I highly recommend

09/08/2024: Very pleasant terrace to eat our sandwich from the moment we ordered the drinks, the owner was very welcoming as well as the Corsicans who were drinking their moresque! And the view! Gorgeous !

13/09/2024: Magnificent panorama from this superb cottage nestled on the mountainside! Between mountains, river and sea, we enjoyed some very beautiful outings. The cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped and the swimming pool is great! Finally Corinne is very available and attentive. We highly recommend!

08/09/2024: eccellente ristorante in un paesino in posizione molto bella e panoramica con i Nibbi svolazzanti a farci da cornice. cucina di gusto curata ed attenta alle tradizioni locali. gentilezza, qualità e per il prezzo con queste cifre in zona si cena in posti turistici. consigliato se volete mangiare bene.

08/09/2024: The food was ok, but not outstanding. The burrata was tough and lumpy, the zucchini was also a bit small and simple for the price. In general the starters were very basic for what it was. As a main course we had the entrecôte, which was deliciously grilled but unfortunately too well done. Until then we still thought the restaurant was good, but after we finished eating our table wasn't cleared and no waiter paid us any attention. Although the tables around also got the dessert menu and placed orders. After we asked for the bill once, nothing happened for 15 minutes, then after a lot of effort we made the second request to get the bill. Another 10 minutes later we were still sitting there and asked again to finally be allowed to pay. After about 30 minutes it was possible to bring us the bill. Unfortunately, this is a very disappointing service.

15/07/2024: Big disappointment with this restaurant... We took mint syrups (3€50) which arrived without mint syrup... (Syrup without syrup is expensive). The burgers were good but the Milanese escalopes were much too dry. Overpriced dessert Tourist trap go your way

26/07/2024: Heerlijk gegeten, personeel was erg vriendelijk en locatie is erg goed zeker bij een warme dag zit je goed in de schaduw. De menukaart kun je openen met je gsm en gerechten zijn zowel beschreven als foto's die overeenkomen met de werkelijkheid.

12/09/2024: En soirée avec des amis corse, nous avons été reçus et accompagnés tout le temps par Marie, si sympathique et dévouée, aimant son métier, félicitations. Bien sûr que c'est un peu plus cher qu'ailleurs , mais nous sommes dans un restaurant plus haut de gamme dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. Nous avons tous aimés le fritto misto, même si selon moi il manquait de petits poissons, l'assiette de poissons grillés, ou le filet de loup. Les desserts, profiteroles magnifiques, ains que le vin corse , la carte est assez variée. Très bonne soirée à tous points de vue.
