13/08/2026: I can't give zero stars, what a shame 😡. When we arrived, several self-service kiosks weren't working, and when I finally managed to place my order, I didn't get a receipt or credit card. After waiting for over an hour, and despite the restaurant being far from full and the drive-thru being closed at the request of customers because several people were desperately waiting for their orders, cold fries finally arrived, along with sandwiches where the steak was overcooked and another had very little sauce. There were no toys included in the children's meals. Back at the register, there were no apologies from the manager, who continued and persisted in her behavior. Several customers refused and ended up canceling and getting refunds for their orders. The McDonald's sign clearly states "fast food." This kind of practice must be banned, and the processes must be thoroughly reviewed, as recommended by McDonald's headquarters, which is located in the Paris region. McDonald's needs to closely monitor managers who disrespect the brand by giving generic responses or pre-prepared answers in order to get rid of customers who will ultimately go to the competition. I therefore thank McDonald's Balma for its incompetence, and I hope my message will be seen by headquarters.

12/08/2026: Please check the expiration dates on your products. After eating the salmon pizza, I spent the night vomiting, and it's the same today. Not ideal for a holiday getaway.

30/07/2026: Good evening, As a customer since April, I wanted to thank the staff for their friendliness and warm welcome. However, the sauces they offer are NEVER available, the nuggets are NEVER available, and many of the desserts on the menu are NEVER available. Is the owner trying to make money off the customers? That seems like the most likely explanation. It would be enough to remove the products from the website to avoid frustrating customers, but that wouldn't be possible because it would reveal that these products don't exist in the catalog and violate franchise regulations. Make no mistake, this isn't a delivery issue or a case of out-of-stock items; it's a deliberate omission of products. I wonder what the franchisor is doing because it seems the franchisee isn't complying with the regulations.

16/06/2026: The dishes are homemade, incredibly generous, and absolutely delicious. The schnitzels and other meat dishes are amazing and perfectly prepared. The staff is really friendly, smiling, and attentive. For me, it's the best kosher restaurant and caterer in Toulouse. A truly wonderful place that we always return to with great pleasure; go without hesitation!

I received a very warm welcome with friends; the person who served us was very kind, the manager very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal! 01/07/2026: There were 3 of us in the McDonald's, the server went all the way around the room only to bring my tray back to the kitchen in the end, I even had to go get it myself.

28/06/2026: We arrived at the drive-thru at 11 PM and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone answered. So we went straight to the register where we waited again; we had to call them over to get them to come and serve us. In the end, no egg muffins (as is often the case in Cazères), no Croque McDo because they were supposedly sold out. Very often at the Cazères McDonald's, we wait a very long time for really poor quality.

27/03/2026: A pleasant surprise at Asia Fast Food in Toulouse. I was delighted by the crispy chicken in sweet and sour sauce; it was flavorful and a generous portion. The waiter, Karim, was quick and welcoming despite the busy service. The decor is simple but clean, ideal for a casual meal. The price-quality ratio is good, especially for a quick and efficient lunch break. A convenient spot when you want to eat Asian food in a hurry.

16/08/2026: Extremely unpleasant and NOT KID-FRIENDLY… I can only confirm the other reviews. I came in one morning for a freshly squeezed orange juice with a friend and my 9-month-old baby. I left my spoon with the baby, who was playing with it while we chatted. Suddenly, without a word, the waiter snatched the spoon from my daughter's hands. Was she making too much noise on the metal table?!? I'll never know, but I would have preferred a clear and explicit request… In short, I won't be going back.

09/08/2026: Every time I come back to Toulouse I eat there and it's fantastic. I recommend it 100%.

26/07/2026: Pizza for €17.50 in 2026. The price includes a 30cm "Queen" pizza… of which approximately 45cm is crust. I highly recommend this place to crust lovers.

19/07/2026: The pizza was burnt to a crisp, and they forgot the sauce and refused to offer it after I complained. The price is exorbitant considering the quality and size of the pizzas. You'd be better off going somewhere else.

18/05/2026: It's a disgrace to offer a pizza like that!!! Honestly, it's disgusting, the cheese is weird, the pizza dough is nothing like the real thing, even frozen dough is better! The windows are so dirty you can't see through them, the hygiene needs to be reviewed, even the servers' uniforms don't look clean at all... not to mention the pizza prices... it used to be so much better! Everything needs to be rethought, nothing is right!!! P.S. And now the coffee isn't good either.

14/02/2026: Not really in the mood for work, arrived at 7 pm and wasn't taking any more orders (it says it closes at 8:30 pm on Google, I asked what time it closes and they told me 8 pm because they have to clean, it's a joke). Three people seemed to be in a hurry to leave.

27/02/2026: I wish I'd read the reviews before going in. I never throw away food, but there were a couple of dishes we couldn't eat. Also, the staff is very unfriendly and the food is overpriced.

29/06/2026: Absolutely avoid this place – a complete disgrace in 2026! At the entrance, aggressive bouncers who think they're tough guys turn people away based on appearance (style/origin) and spend their time kicking girls out instead of working. Once inside, it's a total rip-off: €5 for the cloakroom for a simple bag. At the bar, the beer is warm and overpriced, and the glasses only contain ice. To top it all off, the music is deafeningly loud, and no earplugs are available. A pretentious tourist trap, keep walking!

26/06/2026: I spent all of summer 2022 there and then went back regularly until last year. I really appreciate the place; the staff has always been friendly and attentive. The outdoor smoking area is a real bonus!
