05/06/2026: Change of ownership: A DISASTER! Bland food, greasy and hard fries, undercooked and tough meat, they forgot the salad... We paid 85 euros and the manager didn't even acknowledge our complaints. It's a shame, it used to be a pleasant and delicious place... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

16/04/2026: After a Caesar salad with undercooked breaded chicken, our second attempt in two days: a ribeye steak for two, served in pre-cut pieces. We started to enjoy the first part before encountering several gamey pieces; the smell stopped us instantly, and we didn't even finish half the dish. The owner's gesture: I offered a Perrier with lemon. There are places where you can eat badly for less, but you know that from the start. But here, at least you have the surprise of paying a lot and eating spoiled meat. Let's hope we don't get sick.

20/07/2026: How can it be explained that a bakery, unlike other branches of the chain, couldn't provide a piece of bread with the ordered salad, claiming that the designated bread was out of stock at 12:30?! The staff was only moderately friendly, and while the salads looked generous, they weren't, thanks to the cleverly designed packaging. In the end, it was very expensive for what it was, not particularly tasty, and the service was more than lukewarm! It's a shame there weren't any designated managers to speak to...

25/08/2026: Just reviewing this because the latest low ratings weren't my experience at all. This Mac is fine. Perfectly normal levels of everything.

25/08/2026: Order #812086 This is the last straw. There was no sauce in the bag, and the yogurt arrived with a hole in it, spilling all over the rest of the order. When we returned to the restaurant to report the problem, we received no apology or any compensation, even though the dining room was completely quiet. A lack of professionalism and customer service.

25/08/2026: Cleanliness left much to be desired. Lidl deli meats, value for money 0. 78 euros for practically nothing. Arriving at 3 pm, we were offered a ham bone and some chicken, along with a few meager vegetables. For a starter, we had a selection of deli meats with a gherkin about 3mm in diameter.

20/08/2026: Absolutely disappointed! Too few staff and a long wait! We were forced to serve, wash dishes, cook, and work the till all at once! At 1:30 PM, there was no more andouillette sausage! No more lasagna! The ham wasn't cooked! No more cutlery... The steak grills were covered in burnt meat! The fries were indigestible! The place was filthy! And on top of that, we had to wait for the cutlery to be washed... the dishes were barely clean... avoid this place... we're not judging the staff, but the organization and the result! 🫣

11/09/2026: I recommend it; we ate on the terrace, the portions were generous, and the service was excellent.

29/08/2026: Three people, only one of whom was actually working. We served ourselves because two employees preferred to chat instead of helping their colleague. A regular customer cut in line at the front of the line after a 25-minute wait at the bar without causing any problems for anyone. The trays were dirty—it's a disgrace! The wait was endless, and the service was nonexistent, as were the staff's willingness and smiles!

04/08/2026: We ordered two pizzas, moderately topped, very bland, and, worst of all, we both had stomach aches all night… For the price, it's unacceptable. I do not recommend this establishment.

05/06/2026: I placed an order on the website at 9:15 PM, and they gave me a slot at 9:42 PM for three pizzas in five minutes. Then they called me back to say they couldn't make the order. They gave me no explanation, which I find unacceptable. It's incompetent staff to make three pizzas when their competitor in the same city makes them in 15 minutes…

27/09/2026: Another visit to the Labege McDonald's that makes all the difference! We were in Blagnac and decided to stop at the McDonald's. We arrived at 6:45 PM, the restaurant was empty of customers but still dirty, the floor was sticky everywhere, and to top it all off, they couldn't order Happy Meals anymore. We asked at the counter and they confirmed they didn't have Happy Meals… (we have two children, so that's important to them). We left, considered other options, and then thought, "Why not try Labege?" When we got there, the restaurant was clean as usual, all the products were available, and we had barely finished ordering at the kiosk and paying at the counter when two staff members brought us our trays and set up the table for the children. Just incredible and exactly what we expect in terms of customer experience. Thank you so much! We would have given up on McDonald's a long time ago without you! (I admit I also go to the one in Compans, and it's very good too!)

21/09/2026: It's great, buy a large meal and you get a seat for 7 euros!!!

07/06/2026: Excellent pizzas, generously topped and delicious, pasta was top-notch in our opinion.

06/03/2026: First and last time, you pay and it breaks down. On the other hand, you wait 3 minutes, but if there's someone ahead of you, you can't order while you wait. Anyway, I hope I don't get charged, and I wasted an hour of my time trying to save some. Good luck next time, I'm not going.

09/06/2026: I've been ordering from you since 2023. And of all the employees who have served me, only two or three have actually served me what I asked for. When you order a classic crust, you don't expect it to be thin! Yet that was the case with almost all the classic crust pizzas I ordered.

04/06/2026: I stopped by recently and met a guy named Johary. The poor guy made the pizzas all by himself on a Thursday, but despite that, the pizzas were very good. He manages his time very well, hats off to him!

03/08/2026: The next day, the bread is inedible.

13/06/2026: The sandwich had no filling other than lettuce and a little tomato. The vendor didn't know what was in his sandwiches.
