05/09/2024: !! UNALLOWABLE!! Arrived in the Borderouge subway for the 12:15 p.m. meal and here we were waiting 11 minutes behind a customer who was also waiting to be served while waiting for the three employees to laugh in the back kitchen. They end up arriving; one takes the orders for the hot (before going to the oven) at the same time the third makes us the collection without knowing our choices of the cold after the oven, after the collection we are asked to choose the cold without it being gloves but also told us that she can't put guacamole psk it's extra and that we hadn't told us at the checkout (we didn't know and they didn't ask us). In short… the rest: we find ourselves looking in our pockets because in their mixture of processes, none of us and the other clients who preceded were in the right order!! AND ALWAYS WITHOUT GLOVES AND AFTER SNEEZING!!

I show the one I want but the person takes it behind and hands me the package without showing me the cake. What a shame when I opened it in front of the guests. A scandal. I say very disappointed and I was taken for an idiot.

07/09/2024: I came with my boyfriend to this establishment and ordered a drink (the largest size) for us to share. We sat down, and the manager came and asked my boyfriend to leave because he hadn't ordered anything and wasn't allowed to be there. As we were about to leave, he approached my boyfriend to say, I quote: “You are making her leave, it’s your fault, order something”. What bad behavior! It’s not normal to talk to customers like this, it’s distressing!

11/06/2024: I am a delivery person. every time I receive an order from this restaurant I find them closed. Apparently, the man who works there doesn't know how the hours change in the delivero or Uber tablet. therefore the customer cannot get the good service

31/08/2024: Big disappointment as usual at McDonald's Saint Jory (like many customers seen in the comments) serving a salad in this condition shows the professionalism of this McDonald's.... I now prefer to go to Fenouillet who have much more respect for their customers.

12/08/2024: The manager of the establishment is very unpleasant. Always surly, Relay global parcel depot to flee because she always has a good excuse not to give or take the parcel, too early, too late too many parcels even if we are within hours, the bar code is never presented the good way, she makes us turn the package three or four times before scanning it!

08/12/2023: Very unpleasant and unfriendly waitress and very expensive and the tables are very dirty.

21/11/2023: Schedules not respected. The fence was closed but there was someone inside who was turning a deaf ear. Deplorable!

26/07/2024: If we could give 0 stars I would. I went there to get a slice of pizza and I noticed that a mouse was nibbling on the pizzas in the window so I decided to take photos and warn the Hygiene, the restaurant manager present didn't seem to be that worried about mice wandering around in the window. I find that lamentable!!

16/07/2024: Disappointed, we have been very good customers for years, but the recovery is not up to par. Service too limited and I think the hygiene needs to be reviewed.

18/08/2024: In addition to the expensive dishes for very simple and poor quality pancakes, the staff is not friendly, credit cards are not accepted, the toilets are not open to customers... And to top it all off, they refuse to reheat a dish for a 7 month old baby even though the restaurant has a working microwave! Trap tourists.

05/08/2024: Really not great... there were 7 of us and we waited almost 15 minutes before someone took our order. The pancakes are super greasy, even teenagers who usually eat without complaining didn't finish them. Several of us tasted it and the same observation... The ice cream was already melted when served, even the whipped cream had taken the heat. Only the cappuccino was very good, probably prepared last. When it was time to pay, we entered the room and discovered the waitress preparing a tray of ice cream in a non-air-conditioned room. The ice cream melted visibly as soon as it was prepared... 2 of us will escape with a stomach ache for the afternoon. In short, we will not come back.

03/08/2024: If only I had read the reviews before 😭 The bread is not a panini bread but the eco+ baguettes probably bought at Leclerc... The batches of 10 baguettes.. We feel that their goal is not to sell good things but to simply sell. The "paninis" are half empty. Prices are higher if you eat there. But there is no service. Honestly, I regret not going to Flunch. Disappointed, I wouldn't eat there again

16/02/2024: It is a shame that La Panetière still uses eggs from farms where the chickens are raised in catastrophic conditions, with no access to the outside. It's a shame.
