04/12/2025: The pizza is excellent, I order it to go and I recommend it.

02/12/2025: I'm writing the same review again because they deleted it despite having a phone conversation! FOOD POISONING THANKS A LOT, RIGHT?! We almost made it. We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening, November 29th. And the result? When we got home, we were vomiting badly, had diarrhea, and felt completely unwell. We went to the doctor, and he confirmed we had food poisoning. My husband and I weren't the only ones that day. I'll never set foot in there again. After calling the restaurant, they didn't even ask how the customer was feeling or offer a refund, just a "goodwill gesture" to get me to delete the review. They blamed their suppliers and basically said it wasn't their fault! It's a disgrace. I feel like these people always win... it's shameful.

21/07/2026: An excellent spot in Le Puy-en-Velay! A wonderful discovery! The owner greeted us with enthusiasm and a touch of humor when we asked for an open calzone! He explained that it's a bit like asking for an open apple turnover! So, we opted for a Regina with an extra egg: a real treat! The pizzas are generously topped, the homemade crust is thin and deliciously crispy. No frills here: it's real, good, homemade! A warm welcome, humor, and above all, excellent pizzas... What more could you ask for? We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

20/06/2026: Well, if you're ever unsure where to buy pizza, look no further! Homemade with fresh ingredients (so no seafood pizza here). The owner is super friendly, and the pizza... oh my goodness! You can ask him about French cheeses; he's an expert, at least on the vast array of cheeses from this region!

06/04/2026: The welcome was, how shall I say, unlike anything I've ever experienced at this inn. The owner and his wife seem tired and worn down by pilgrims who are too... well, pilgrims whose owners give bad advice, claiming he enjoys instilling fear in them. Perhaps after 28 years of loyal service, it's time to move on and avoid appearing... incompetent to the clientele other than the locals who enjoy having drinks at lunchtime and in the evening with the owners. In short, two people probably unhappy because of their clientele... but who persevere and do their best to satisfy them.

14/08/2026: I don't usually give bad reviews, but this... Elchebest is committing suicide. Aside from the setting and the good intentions of the waitress, who was around 75 years old, everything is unacceptable. The set menu is €23. No children allowed. Raw vegetables, canned mixed vegetables, one hard-boiled egg, one slice of bright pink ham... Ratatouille... Rice with squash, cheese, a piece of blue cheese and Camembert – ideal for a divorce. There's a goat farm 100 meters away... Saint-Nectaire, the signature Auvergne cheese... To finish... Canned fruit salad or ice cream... It's August! Outrageous! And of course, no chocolate flavor. That's it... I feel sorry for the ladies who think they're cooking... And frankly, the previous comments claiming homemade food... It's shameful.

17/07/2026: Top-notch food! Fast service, friendly and professional staff. There's something for everyone and every appetite. The prices are very reasonable for such a high-quality meal. I highly recommend it!

24/06/2026: Very simple but a little gem with a room overlooking the Allier River. Good breakfast. The hotel also has a restaurant with a sheltered outdoor terrace in summer.

25/04/2026: We ordered 10 pizzas at 1 p.m., they were ready for 1:45 p.m., and the service was perfect. Plus, they were delicious. I highly recommend their salmon pizza!

28/05/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The dish was absolutely incredible (one of the best burgers we've ever had) and we received excellent service. The staff were friendly and very welcoming!

25/05/2026: So, sorry, but we found it expensive for what was served: 30 euros. The chef doesn't cook; she just reheats bland frozen vegetables and pre-made kebabs, and the dessert was even worse.

28/07/2026: Hello. Lunch today, July 26, 2026. All-you-can-eat mussels and fries this Sunday at lunchtime. Always very good and the perfect size. Excellent Roquefort sauce. A shame the curry sauce is sadly no longer available. I'll be back before the end of the mussel season.

25/07/2026: For 12.95 euros, unlimited mussels and fries, plus a glass of draft beer for 2 euros, you can go back, the plates are loaded, you can take unlimited vegetables, the staff are very very pleasant, unfortunately the air conditioning was not working, but go there, it's until the beginning of September, marinière or with cream.

12/05/2026: A traditional bistro, the likes of which are no longer found! A very warm, local atmosphere... and top-notch Saint-Nectaire cheese. The owner is in the kitchen and the owner is behind the bar. At the entrance to the Georges circuit.

13/08/2026: We were staying at the hotel, and the menu was fairly decent before we headed back to the city center. We were pleasantly surprised by a delicious chef's special pizza (Carbonara Nostra) for me and a generous salad for my wife. All this in a nice setting. I highly recommend it!

07/08/2026: A lovely, spacious, and clean restaurant with a simple yet efficient welcome. No complaints whatsoever! The service is quick, both for taking orders and receiving pizzas. It's nice not to have to wait long. As for the pizzas, they are truly delicious. The chef is attentive and doesn't hesitate to adjust the cooking to your preferences. I asked for the egg to be cooked a little longer, and my request was perfectly fulfilled. The only slight drawback was that the restaurant was unfortunately a bit empty when we visited, which meant it lacked a bit of atmosphere. But this doesn't detract from the quality of the pizzas or the service. I highly recommend this pizzeria! 🍕👍
