24/08/2025: You want a free ice cream? Go ahead!!! It's unacceptable not to be able to get more than one scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of a heatwave in August! This isn't my first time here; I went three times in August 2024, and even then, not all the flavors listed on the menu were available. This year I went back with my sons, and it was the same story. The manager told me, "If you're not happy, come back tomorrow!" It's so bad that I can't give zero stars for the atmosphere, friendliness, and service!!! Here's my response to yours: I see you can't stand criticism, especially negative criticism. If you had something to complain about with my sons, you should have said so at the time and not waited for a negative review about your business. And it wasn't just one flavor that was missing, but three: vanilla, verbena, and passion fruit.

03/05/2026: A wonderful discovery by chance. A magnificent setting under the vaulted ceiling, a beginner but very pleasant waitress, a shared Saint-Nectaire cheese with charcuterie followed by a superb dessert. We had a lovely evening. Thank you.

21/03/2026: Very pleasant welcome, delicious pizza. One small drawback: a bit cramped, but the terrace looks nice (too cold to try). I recommend it.

10/05/2026: I went back to this restaurant where I'd fallen in love with the puff pastry with porcini mushrooms and fresh foie gras, but unfortunately, the food wasn't the same as it was two years ago... the portions are still generous, but they've lost all their finesse. A shame.

06/04/2026: The welcome was, how shall I say, unlike anything I've ever experienced at this inn. The owner and his wife seem tired and worn down by pilgrims who are too... well, pilgrims whose owners give bad advice, claiming he enjoys instilling fear in them. Perhaps after 28 years of loyal service, it's time to move on and avoid appearing... incompetent to the clientele other than the locals who enjoy having drinks at lunchtime and in the evening with the owners. In short, two people probably unhappy because of their clientele... but who persevere and do their best to satisfy them.

19/03/2026: It's a shame, the setting is beautiful, but the service and bad faith... they spilled our tray on us (it happens, that's not the point), but we had to ask for the missing drinks (the ones that fell) at least twice after a 10-minute wait. And when we paid, we asked for "a small gesture" for the inconvenience, and they told us it could be double because if the waiter dropped his tray, it was practically our fault! That's the last straw! 🙃

01/07/2026: A very good experience. Friendly waiter and owner, efficient and pleasant service. The food is high quality and the portions are ample, leaving you feeling satisfied. The setting is very peaceful, both outside and on the shaded terrace.

20/06/2026: Well, if you're ever unsure where to buy pizza, look no further! Homemade with fresh ingredients (so no seafood pizza here). The owner is super friendly, and the pizza... oh my goodness! You can ask him about French cheeses; he's an expert, at least on the vast array of cheeses from this region!

12/05/2026: A traditional bistro, the likes of which are no longer found! A very warm, local atmosphere... and top-notch Saint-Nectaire cheese. The owner is in the kitchen and the owner is behind the bar. At the entrance to the Georges circuit.
