01/07/2026: Hello, The manager, in addition to being very accommodating, gives us a very warm welcome, and her homemade dishes are excellent for a reasonable price. This is a great restaurant where you appreciate the food as much as the smiles. You won't be disappointed! 👍👏 To the paranoid pilgrims out there 🤭: I myself am a pilgrim, and have been for many years. I'm old, I look like a vagabond, and I've never felt mocked or seen anyone with a better plate than mine. 16/06/2026: Absolutely avoid 😱, no respect for the kitchen… everything was closed by default so we went anyway, disaster, the daily menu was tasteless and tasteless!

28/07/2026: A place discovered by chance during a walk, very warm welcome, well-shaded terrace, fine cuisine worthy of a great restaurant - amazing price.

05/06/2026: Excellent meal with a €16.50 set menu (starter of the day, main course of the day, cheese, dessert, and a quarter-liter of wine). Today's menu included: gizzard salad, pork cheek with rice and fries, cheese, and tiramisu. There were three of us, and we were served even at a rather late hour (1:30 pm – in many places, we wouldn't have been asked to leave). We ordered three set menus, each with generous portions, plus a Coke and three coffees, for a total of €52. Unbeatable!

08/07/2026: Excellent service, generous and delicious dishes. I recommend the chanterelle or porcini omelets; they're perfect. A sundae for dessert is also delicious. Unbeatable value for money and service. A traditional restaurant just the way we like them.

Positive points: pleasant service, lovely terrace Negative points: €22.50 for a dish with roasted cheese, three poorly dressed lettuce leaves, three slices of sausage, and two slices of Metro ham, of course... Even in the Haute-Loire region, we're eating mass-produced food... All this for €85 for two people!!! Including a half-pint of Kronenbourg beer, a glass of white wine (quite good), a carafe of red wine (also not bad, but at that price...), a coffee, and a scoop of ice cream (not good...). In short, it's the French Riviera in Lavoute-Chillac... Too bad, we won't be going back...!!!

05/08/2026: We had lunch at Lolav's today and had a wonderful time. We were served quickly and greeted with a smile by a very kind and helpful person. The kebabs and kebab platters were excellent, made with fresh ingredients, generously filled, and very tasty. Everything was truly delicious! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!
