23/05/2026: Overall, it's a decent place, but the setting is a bit too stark and barren for my taste. It's a shame; it lacks greenery and nature to truly feel at home.

28/03/2024: Un incontournable de l'alpe d'huez ! Autant pour l'ambiance que pour la gentillesse des patrons et du personnel. Le lieu est propice aux bons souvenirs et aux rigolades A tester absolument : le toboggan qui vous amène aux toilettes !!!

25/03/2024: Bar horrible, personnel pas sympathique du tout, surtout le patron, certainement homophobe et raciste. Les consos sont aussi à un prix exorbitant.

24/08/2024: Nous sommes arrivés à 12H10 et avons été installés en terrasse sous les arbres plutôt agréable jusqu'à que le vent fasse tomber des arbres sur notre table dans les assiettes et dans les verres , des feuilles et autres petits détritus .....Dommage... En ce qui concerne la table nous avons pris le menu découverte pas de choix pour l'entrée au demeurant très bonne . Les serveurs , jeunes , font beaucoup d'allers et venues mais manque de professionnalisme car il a fallu plusieurs fois réclamer du pain voire le verre de vin qui devait accompagner le plat. La fin du repas très décevante car après 43 minutes d'attente j'ai réclamé le dessert qui n'arrivait pas , 10 secondes après le serveur nous apportait une soupe de glaces informe que j'ai immédiatement renvoyé en cuisine . Dans un restaurant comme celui ci qui se veut assez classe c'est très très décevant. Quelques minutes après les desserts sont arrivés en état cette fois mais sans un mot d'excuse de personne. Il manque clairement un responsable de salle pour surveiller tout cela Nous aurons du mal à revenir ...

07/08/2024: Cuisine de qualité et bien Présenté, le personnel est très professionnel et la terrasse est sympa. Marc à proximité pour la digestion, tout était très bien.

25/03/2024: Très bon accueil Cadre sympa Nous y sommes allés un midi avant l'ascension, à pied, pour les 2 Alpes Nous avons donc mangé léger, un st Félicien avec pomme de terre, charcuterie et salade et une tarte à la châtaigne pour moi. Tout était excellent

08/08/2024: Restaurant sur la place très agréable. Le personnel est très sympa ,serviable et professionnel. Très bon repas bonne qualité nous y sommes allés 2 fois dans la même semaine! Très bon rapport qualité prix je vous recommande et on peut arriver à n'importe quelle heure pour manger Bravo à eux

21/06/2026: I stayed at this hotel and found its location to be very convenient. It is within walking distance of tram and bus services and is approximately 2 km from Grenoble Bus Station and the railway station, making it easily accessible for travelers. The hotel has a pleasant ambiance. There is a mini bar on the ground floor, while a restaurant and bar are located on the mezzanine (M) floor. Water stations are available on both the ground floor and the M floor. A microwave is available only on the M floor; however, guests are not permitted to use it themselves and must request assistance from the staff to heat food. The restaurant offers limited food options. I stayed in a Standard Room with one double bed, which included a mini bar and a safety locker. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. The sink frequently became clogged, and the overall room cleaning standards were below expectations. Housekeeping often appeared to simply straighten the bed sheets without thoroughly cleaning the room, and some stains and marks on the floor remained unattended. I also experienced the loss of my personal cutlery set during my stay. When I raised the issue, I did not receive a satisfactory response or any follow-up regarding the matter. In addition, reception staff seemed to change frequently, making it difficult to obtain consistent information, and calls to the reception desk often went unanswered. The room access card was another recurring issue, as it frequently failed to work either for room access or for operating the lift. Although bathrobes were provided at check-in, they were not always replaced in the room afterward. Towel replacement was inconsistent, and on some occasions used towels were not removed during housekeeping. Laundry services were unavailable on Mondays. On a positive note, the hotel staff were helpful in arranging taxi bookings for guests when required. Overall, while the hotel offers some useful amenities and benefits from a convenient location, the service quality, housekeeping standards, and maintenance issues do not meet the expectations typically associated with a 4-star hotel. Significant improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience. The reception staff communicate in both English and French.

28/04/2024: Très bel endroit, déco cosy et accueil chaleureux. Les assiettes sont savoureuses, colorées avec des produits de qualité et de saison. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner rapidement.

12/12/2024: Very nice snack with a view of the outdoor swimming pool. Varied menu and affordable prices. Very good! The service is fast and the staff charming; Little extra: children are welcome (table football, games, etc.)!
