The mocktails are super good 😍 the whole platter was very good, especially the hummus 😋 a wide variety of games for everyone and my favorite thing... The owner, a lovely woman. Hats off to her for everything 🫶🏻

18/05/2026: We had a truly memorable time at L'Âne Rouge in Lyon! Honestly, everything came together for a perfect evening. The food was absolutely delicious. On stage, the magician and the comedian were absolutely extraordinary. We were dazzled and laughed so much! Special mention to the owners for their warm welcome, and a huge thank you to Sonia for her fantastic service—always smiling, attentive, and full of energy from beginning to end! 15/06/2026: I was following Google maps directions to find the restaurant, I stopped there to check if I artived,and some of the staff were there outside, like 4 or 5 of them, one of them started looking at me even before I head towards the door, when I got closee to the entrance he intercepted me, I told him "Are you open?" (It was 19h45-20h and they were surely open, but I asked because the way they were standing was unprofessional and weird), so he said "No", then started mumbling saying Yes, then No again, his attitude was totally unprofessional, then he said :"You came to eat?" (Continuing his mocking attitude), so I left the place continuing to the next one : Bouchon Comptoir Brunet, who acted in a different manner but still the same outcome : not being able to eat there despite many empty tables, and for that I'll write what happened in their maps page. I got the impression that both restaurants didn't want to receive me, I was forced to assume that this is because I look from an ethnicity they don't like.

07/04/2026: I discovered this small Thai restaurant in Lyon thanks to a recommendation from a friend who lived in Thailand for a year, and I must say I have absolutely no regrets about this first experience, quite the opposite. From the very first bite, the lemon prawns stood out for their freshness and vibrant flavor, with a beautiful balance of acidity and spice that awakened the taste buds. For the main course, the beef with basil was particularly delicious: the meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, with that typical touch of Thai basil that added so much character. You can tell it's authentic and expertly prepared, true to Thai flavors. The entire meal was a wonderful discovery, both for the quality of the dishes and the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all lovers of Thai cuisine.

14/06/2026: Dinner for two, and I was quite disappointed: The service was subpar. A woman took our table, and that's when the trouble started: no smile, no information, everything felt mechanical. After dinner, we paid, and it was the same story: no questions about the meal. I don't understand this attitude; the restaurant business is also about human interaction.

26/04/2026: The experience started well, but was unfortunately ruined when it came to dessert: 45 minutes after the main course was cleared, there was still no dessert. A shame. We asked for a discount on the menu. €14 was deducted from the final bill. While appreciated, the gesture was symbolic and insignificant compared to the overall inconvenience. This made the whole experience disappointing.

19/04/2026: I have many food allergies, and going to restaurants can sometimes be complicated. If this is the case for you, you should know that the staff are very attentive and friendly. They welcomed me and immediately told me which dishes I could eat and which ones could be adapted! I felt confident and was able to enjoy my meal; the food was delicious! A very pleasant experience, thank you so much.

08/05/2026: Unfortunately we ordered 2 dozens of oysters and drink and received only oysters without any extars,like eveyone receives -no lemon no vinegar and bread .crazy enough is too be not local to be treated such horrible and insane . I ATE oysters without anything and French people in front of me where eating oysters with bread butter lemon and vinegar and everyone accept it like it is do normal. You are not french-eat oysters like tourist ,if French u will receive everything u want for free .....very upset in fact u enjoy this country and wish that everyone are the same ,unfortunately in this place u are different from others of u are stranger .....
