03/12/2024: Summer 2023 Another “dear” disappointment as is often the case in busy city centers. The Alchimy does like many and sadly does not invent anything. We only have a brasserie which uses a few tricks to try to deceive the passerby and his palate. The appetizers, the first trick that works but at the start of the meal everything works, even a squid nugget on a saffron appliance. And strangely these little appetizers make us long for the rest... Sadly, the salmon without being bad is very ordinary and lacks salt and cooking. It's flattened that I discover gnocchi underneath that are way overcooked. The dark bowl in a dark atmosphere means that we have absolutely no idea what is really inside. Fortunately some flavors are a little more worked. The salted butter caramel “choux” is surprisingly surprising. Crunchy, barely warm, it looks like it came out of the oven and although that is not the case (which is normal)... It works... Much better than whipped cream drowned in too much sugar and sadly that doesn't work. Isn't the slightly "washed" caramel with a "burnt" aftertaste that will fix that? To you consumers who read this, remember that in general, too much sugar, like too much cream, are the words of dishes that have nothing to say. That being said, Bravo for the cabbage, really. For the service, it is no surprise, we are in a Brasserie rhythm where the dishes ready to go before you have finished the previous one follow one another. I had the appetizers even though I had not yet tasted my vine peach fruit juice, which was sold to me as a very good product from France and which seemed to me to be longer. and without much flavor. Maybe we should do the opposite. Put the juice in a glass with a jar of ice cubes. For the dish then, They wanted to clear me twice even though I hadn't finished, and as if destiny was trying to convince me, it's only 10:30 p.m., not far from me, the waiters congratulate themselves on having "sent "more than 100 seats... The circle is complete. Conclusion if it is still necessary to make it: 40€ for 1 main course and 1 dessert since we cannot decently consider the appetizers as a starter (although pleasant)..... It's expensive. But the worst thing is that it is not justified or compensated by a single framework. Waitresses and waiters are in any case smiling and efficient (too much?). That evening, surprise! there was a concert in the square next door. A vacationer passing through Albi.

The room, very spacious, was decorated with great taste. We have the impression of being hosted by friends who love the decor. The kitchen is also perfect. Thank you for this beautiful evening!

07/12/2024: Very warm welcome, our reservation met our expectations (two adjoining rooms), hearty breakfast with good pastries. Comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel very well located in the center with a discount on the QPark car park which allows you to park without problem.

18/11/2024: Affordable prices and very good choice of pizzas. Team more than pleasant, welcoming and very smiling. always a pleasure to order delicious pizzas here. The seasonal pizzas are at the top and the menu is still as well stocked... the regular new items are all more appetizing than the others... There are just a few small problems concerning the ordering method which, sometimes, does not take not take into account the validation of orders.

13/08/2024: We rented a beer tap this weekend. All our guests really enjoyed it. It was very nice. Always cold drink. No bottles to throw away. Much less handling. Very practical side. The staff at La Berlue are very competent and very friendly. We will come back without worries for our next fiesta. Thank you very much to them for their professionalism.

04/01/2025: We celebrated our Mom's birthday at Cuq en Terrasse, and it was a wonderful experience. The cuisine is a real journey for the taste buds: refined, creative dishes prepared with high quality products. Each plate is a little masterpiece, as beautiful as it is delicious. The staff were attentive, attentive and warm, which made this day even more special. It’s the perfect place for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself in an idyllic setting. Una ensalada caliente con bacon y queso de cabra, pollo con verduras de temporada con puré de calabaza y de legumbres con setas y mousse de avellana sobre una especie de brownie. Menú de 18€. Por otro lado, súper céntrico y con buen trato por parte de los dueños! Muy recomendable
