31/10/2025: The only downside was that they were out of ramen that evening, but oh well, these things happen. Aside from that, I finally discovered the pleasure of eating quality sushi! The calm atmosphere makes the meal all the more enjoyable; if you like this kind of cuisine, you'll love it here!
Plus, the service is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend it! (Just so you know, the green flower on the edge of the tray is wasabi 😅...)

03/01/2026: This Friday we were passing through Castres. There weren't many restaurant options, so we stumbled upon this one by chance, and we highly recommend it. The meat was excellent, the vegetables delicious, and the wine pairing was spot on. The young and very professional team made sure everything ran smoothly. Honestly, well done!

20/12/2025: Vegetarians beware! They only serve high-quality, even exceptional, meat. The side vegetables are very good, and the charcuterie is excellent. It's a shame they wouldn't change my ice cream flavor for dessert!
