My wife will cherish the memory of a delicious confit with vegetables, and I will remember a succulent ribeye steak, the likes of which I haven't tasted in ages, with such flavor, perfect cooking, and quality. The best part is that the plates are preheated, which is very rare. The restaurant's dining room is intimate and very cozy. The service is impeccable; the staff is friendly, smiling, and attentive. 03/04/2026: Excellent place to stay. We spent one night during the week. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was what you'd expect from a 2-star hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located close to the city center, and there's parking nearby. We highly recommend it.

15/04/2026: The experience didn't live up to my memory of this establishment. I had to skip the amuse-bouche because, being allergic to seafood, I wasn't offered anything else (it's a shame they didn't ask about allergies at the beginning of the meal; yes, it's common practice 😊). The starter was fine; the asparagus prepared in various ways was of good quality. The lamb dish was very well cooked (8-hour lamb), but the meat had a very strong flavor that prevented us from tasting the sweetness of the honey and the aroma of the thyme. As for the dessert: choux pastries with a craquelin topping and caramelized hazelnuts were very good, although a little too sweet for my taste. To finish, we were served petit fours on the bar counter when we paid. In short, a missed opportunity! That's my opinion, and I'm sharing it with you. I do not question either the quality of the products used or the apparent friendliness of the service.
