07/01/2026: Recommended by the Hotel Les Pastelliers, we were not disappointed with our dinner! The hardest part was choosing, the menu was so tempting... A superb place!

27/12/2025: We absolutely love Nouveau Saigon in Albi! Everything here is homemade, and you can taste it in every dish. The stir-fried noodles are amazing, and the spring rolls and samosas are crispy and flavorful. My husband chose the beef loc lac and thoroughly enjoyed it, while the chili chicken was simply delicious: full of flavor and perfectly spiced. Generous, authentic cuisine, a warm welcome… in short, we love it and highly recommend it! ⭐

26/12/2025: This was our fifth visit, and the first time we were disappointed. We were a group of seven, including two children. We ordered two Tropical Oasis drinks for the children, but apparently, this drink wasn't included in the children's menu; we would have had to order a Coke, Fanta, or syrup. We asked to pay extra, but that wasn't possible. None of the dishes arrived at the same time. One appetizer arrived 10 minutes after the others, meaning I ate alone. We asked to change a side dish on the tasting menu—plain rice instead of plain noodles—but this was refused, even though we were still asked to pay extra. One of the seven appetizers was missing because they were out of spring roll salad. The service was very mediocre, with no flexibility from the owner. The waiter, however, did his best and was very friendly and pleasant. It's a shame, we really liked this restaurant, and given the bill we paid, we expected some kind of gesture from the owners. Furthermore, the cold air blowing from the air conditioners wasn't pleasant. Best of luck to you.

21/12/2025: We organized a surprise birthday meal for 25 people. Cédric listened carefully to our wishes, and the value for money was excellent for a high-quality group meal. We shared a warm and friendly moment thanks to their excellent welcome. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food; it was delicious and high-quality, made with fresh ingredients, and the birthday cake was homemade. Thank you to Cédric and his team (thank you for the aperitif). We will definitely return; I highly recommend them.

06/12/2025: Another wonderful stay! The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. A delicious dinner by the fireplace in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is refined and delicious. In short, perfect!

18/09/2025: Quiet campsite, spacious location, the chalet is comfortable and well equipped, a large fridge is practical when there are several of you, plus a dishwasher, good bedding, a wardrobe large enough for 2 people, nothing to complain about during my stay, just put it on my list to come back

16/11/2025: This was my first time at this restaurant. The welcome was warm. The meal was excellent from start to finish. Generous portions; we definitely got our money's worth. There were several of us, and we were given a small private area, which meant we didn't disturb the other customers, and vice versa. I highly recommend it.
