Question meal very good only one downside that I would say is the aligot gratin which loses all its creaminess because of the gratin. Sujection serve the aligot in a black bowl as is. Otherwise I recommend this restaurant.

Very warm welcome, friendly and professional.
The food is excellent, and the prices reasonable. Around €40/person.
Don't hesitate.

Too bad Madame is not up to the task!
The water automatically served at the table is horribly chlorinated and destroys all flavor of the food, too bad, it would just have to be filtered.
When you kindly point it out when paying, you get reprimanded with a haughty look and a bad answer!
What a mistake, Madam, it is you who do not honor the qualities of your husband!!

29/06/2025: Scam, received a good gift for a pleasure menu, I was served a trust menu, 30 euros cheaper. Service could be improved, very slow, wine ordered, not served, it had to be requested, I'm still waiting for the ice cubes. Too bad, the cuisine is fine.

Warm welcome and attentive waitresses.
From appetizers to desserts, this delicious place deserves to be shared (shh!) It's well worth a star with exceptional value for money.
If you're passing through Castres, don't hesitate to stop by for lunch or dinner.
