04/05/2026: A must-visit restaurant that I highly recommend during your stay in Gaillac. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is fantastic. As a group of 10, we received a very warm welcome. Thank you so much!

01/05/2026: We ate there for lunch today and had a great time! First of all, regarding the food, the starter was nice (the one with the tuna), but I preferred my wife's (to each their own, as they say). However, for the main course, I had the burger and fries, and unfortunately, the burger bun was very hard, as if it had been in the oven too long or had been defrosted (I can't really tell). On the other hand, the fries were amazing!!! As for dessert, we had the trio; it was nice, but nothing special. Next, the service was really excellent! From the very friendly owner to the young servers who did their best, we appreciated it. We even left a tip, which is rare enough for me to mention. Finally, the atmosphere was pleasant outside. For €20.90 for a full meal, I feel I got my money's worth and therefore recommend this place!

26/05/2026: We came on Thursday the 21st, and the artist Michel Brass was exceptional to listen to during our meal! We've been customers since it opened, and it's always a pleasure to come, but be aware that the service and food have declined a bit over time, despite the consistently great welcome.

14/05/2026: I came yesterday with my family to celebrate my birthday, and what can I say except: you come expecting burgers and end up eating their amazing Cobs salads… and yesterday, when I went to order, I changed my mind and went for the Bouga Gump: a real treat!!! I can't wait to order it again next time. As I was leaving, I had a nice surprise: €10 off the bill for the fuel voucher, and I even won a voucher for another meal at the wheel!

07/05/2026: My partner and I came to eat here. We had a lovely time; the service was incredible! The pizzas were worthy of Italian pizzas! I highly recommend it.

05/05/2026: I recently discovered a fantastic pizzeria in Albi and I highly recommend it! It's actually the only one I know here that offers pizzas in several sizes, which is really convenient depending on your appetite or the time of day. The pizzas are excellent, generously topped with quality ingredients, and the crust is delicious. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable, making it an even better place. A wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend for a great time enjoying a pizza.

07/06/2026: It's a shame the service and ice cream don't live up to the location! The ice cream isn't good and is topped with cheap, canned whipped cream, all served with appalling service... Disappointed! It used to be much better...

12/05/2026: The chicken supreme on the menu was a very dry half-thigh, clearly cooked the day before and reheated in the microwave. The fries were soggy. I asked for extra sauce, but it was bland and sickeningly sweet, like a supermarket salad dressing—nothing homemade. The daily special was an overcooked pork chop. We left hungry and didn't even bother ordering dessert. There were very few customers, which explains it.

15/05/2026: A warm and unique setting (greeted by peacocks)... excellent food made with fresh ingredients, a delight from appetizers to desserts... excellent value for money... not only delicious but also generous portions... thank you for this pleasant interlude

29/03/2026: A truly wonderful place! The decor is unique and very pretty. The food was a pure delight!!! We started with an excellent amuse-bouche of broad bean and mint cream. The creamy lentil soup with truffles was simply perfect, as was the egg on the plate. The monkfish, fish and chips style, with its miso mayonnaise, was a real treat! The beef was so tender it melted in your mouth like butter. For dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed the soft cookie with peanut sauce and the financier served with mint tea ice cream and lemon cream. In short, a fantastic experience thanks to the kindness of the lady who served us and the culinary skills of the gentleman! Thank you.

15/04/2026: A truly beautiful and unique place! A very warm welcome, superb rooms with a lovely view! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant! So, to add to my review from October, the welcome is still as warm and friendly as ever, the place is still as pleasant, but what more can I say about the meal I was just served than that it was one of my most memorable culinary experiences!

29/03/2026: Excellent cuisine served in a magnificent setting with a beautiful view of the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

14/06/2026: A very charming restaurant with a superb view of Albi Cathedral. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the food was generous and plentiful, made with excellent ingredients. Special mention to the servers, who were warm and attentive. A great find!

12/06/2026: The place is pleasant, the service very friendly. We saw the salmon carpaccio, which was more of an amuse-bouche, so I chose the vegetable cake, which was perfect. My husband had seen a veal dish that looked generous, but he got the equivalent of a hamburger. As for me, the turkey was very, very disappointing. The vegetables were okay. We pointed out the veal dish to the kitchen; they apologized, and that was it. Terribly disappointed, we went to have dessert elsewhere. No gesture of goodwill. We won't be going back.

It was superb, and the atmosphere was lovely. We'll definitely be back on our next visit. Thank you again, and a special hello to the adorable little dog!

26/04/2026: Booked that very morning for an impromptu lunch with my wife. Arriving in the small village and this beautiful, tastefully restored Lauragais farmhouse immediately sets the scene. Once in the panoramic dining room, our table offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. Everything is perfect: attentive service, elegant tableware showcasing inventive cuisine, crafted with creativity and flair. A pause in time filled with gustatory delights. The three-course menu sets the bar high, and the wine list by the glass allows for excellent pairings with the dishes. To finish, the Colombian Ron offered as a digestif perfectly complemented my Havana Puro on the terrace in the middle of the garden. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and we will certainly return with pleasure to your establishment.

25/04/2026: This is a real gem. We enjoyed a perfectly cooked dinner from start to finish, including the amuse-bouches. The chef showcases fresh, local, seasonal produce. We stayed in the very comfortable and romantic white room with a lovely view. This place is a must-try. We will definitely be back.

07/04/2026: Passing through Graulhet during a motorcycle road trip in the region, we discovered this lovely place. We received a very warm welcome from the staff, who were lovely, kind, and honest. We were served very quickly, and the pizzas were delicious. The owner is a wonderful person who made us feel at ease right away. I highly recommend this pizzeria.
