16/09/2026: We had a wonderful family meal at this restaurant. We enjoyed lunch on the charming, shaded patio, a truly delightful, peaceful, and very pleasant spot. The manager is incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive to her customers. As for the chef, he's a true culinary virtuoso! The dishes are delicious, refined, and prepared with great passion. A fantastic discovery, with high-quality cuisine and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend this restaurant.

12/09/2026: A very pleasant little restaurant. The music was just right, allowing you to have a conversation. The menu wasn't extensive, but that guaranteed quality and excellent flavors. Not very well-known, but worth trying as it's a nice change from the usual restaurants. I will definitely return. Highly recommended. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

20/09/2026: Great meal tonight, the lamb shoulder was excellent, the waiter and waitress were superb...you can go there!

20/09/2026: The experience started badly with the terrible attitude of the younger waiters, probably new hires or seasonal workers, rude, bored... I realize the job isn't exciting, but don't make those who come here to have a pleasant time pay for your dissatisfaction. If you drop your menu on the floor, pick it up and put it back together normally, without slamming it on the table. Thank you. You can even smile and apologize. Nothing happens. Thanks to the more trained staff, things went better. The dishes were good. Good value. A nice location.

10/09/2026: We were staying in the area and came here for Lunch. It's the only restaurant in the immediate area, and it was AWESOME. We had two Salad gourmands, mine with dried duck ham, and gesiers, and my partners with chicken breast and comte. Both delicious, made with care, and great value. It says a lot about a Chef when the salads are delicious. Service was awesome too. Very friendly host, who dealt well with my terrible French. We felt welcome and looked after. Please go, the place is great, the owners run it with love.

26/04/2026: Booked that very morning for an impromptu lunch with my wife. Arriving in the small village and this beautiful, tastefully restored Lauragais farmhouse immediately sets the scene. Once in the panoramic dining room, our table offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. Everything is perfect: attentive service, elegant tableware showcasing inventive cuisine, crafted with creativity and flair. A pause in time filled with gustatory delights. The three-course menu sets the bar high, and the wine list by the glass allows for excellent pairings with the dishes. To finish, the Colombian Ron offered as a digestif perfectly complemented my Havana Puro on the terrace in the middle of the garden. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and we will certainly return with pleasure to your establishment.

25/04/2026: This is a real gem. We enjoyed a perfectly cooked dinner from start to finish, including the amuse-bouches. The chef showcases fresh, local, seasonal produce. We stayed in the very comfortable and romantic white room with a lovely view. This place is a must-try. We will definitely be back.

03/10/2026: I dined alone, and on the menu for me this evening: a raspberry Kir Royal to start, followed by a glass of Labarthe with my prepared steak tartare, accompanied by fries and a side salad. For dessert, I opted for the "café gourmand," which consisted of coffee (of course!) with banana crème brûlée, praline mousse, fig sabayon, and a scoop of strawberry ice cream: the perfect ending to the meal. The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic; the staff were kind and attentive. I would return without hesitation. After six months away from home, this was my first restaurant visit and my first evening out, and I think it will be every time. Aside from the food and the staff, parking is easy, access is convenient, the decor is lovely, and the music played throughout. There is an upstairs area, but I noticed that when we explained that we couldn't access it, the managers seated us downstairs. I didn't eat outside, but the terrace is very pleasant; I stepped out for a couple of minutes between my main course and dessert. Clearly the best restaurant in Castres in my opinion ✨ and to encourage them (good to know and important when needed), they accept card tips 😊

07/06/2026: It's a shame the service and ice cream don't live up to the location! The ice cream isn't good and is topped with cheap, canned whipped cream, all served with appalling service... Disappointed! It used to be much better...

12/05/2026: The chicken supreme on the menu was a very dry half-thigh, clearly cooked the day before and reheated in the microwave. The fries were soggy. I asked for extra sauce, but it was bland and sickeningly sweet, like a supermarket salad dressing—nothing homemade. The daily special was an overcooked pork chop. We left hungry and didn't even bother ordering dessert. There were very few customers, which explains it.

06/09/2026: Order placed at 12:05 PM. I picked it up at 12:27 PM, as scheduled on the website. I was greeted by a friendly saleswoman with a touch of humor. Excellent experience.
