The hotel is absolutely charming, the decoration is breathtaking, the welcome exceptional and the breakfast of very high quality. The welcome is tailor-made with the layout of family rooms. We had a great time in this hotel in the city center of Castres.

03/04/2024: Passing through Albi, the restaurant is located in a small street near the cathedral, we were very well received by the owner who offered us the menu with local and "homemade" products. Really good and plentiful meal. To do again if the opportunity arises, everything was perfect!

The dish was exceptional, I won't forget this lamb!!
I liked the starter less, a kind of whipped cream with chicken breast, but the dish more than made up for the rest.
We'll come back!
