22/04/2025: We had a wonderful meal at La Lyriste. The three-course menu was surprisingly delicious. Every dish was carefully prepared and very flavorful. The children's menu was also surprising; not the standard fries and chicken nuggets, but a smaller version of the menu that was also carefully considered. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely eat there again.

21/09/2024: Most unfriendly welcome from gruff manager who told us he was the proprietor. Never met a proprietor in the whole world who couldn’t have cared less no wonder only 12 persons in the restaurant. Wouldn’t let us eat outside because of weather even though we were happy to take risk. Food really poor. Chablis was ok. Service unfriendly and unhelpful in that no attempt to speak Anglais.. We were here as a couple at end of June/early July and it was buzzy and food great. Maybe Autumn arrives very early in Menerbes 20th Sept.

15/09/2024: Wir kennen das Bistro le 5 seit 5 Jahren. Seitdem es einen neuen Besitzer hat (französische Kette?), ist es -mit Ausnahme der Einrichtung und des tollen Blicks- nicht mehr wieder zu erkennen. Die Qualität des Essens ist nur „okay“, für die Preise aber nicht akzeptabel. Ravioli Trüffel waren ungefüllte Nudeln mit viel zu viel Sahnesauce. Das feine, geschmacklich besondere, ist völlig abhanden gekommen. Der Salade César war ein „dahingeklatschtes Ensemble“. Gefragt, wie es uns geschmeckt hat, wurden wir nicht. Das Personal wirkt zusammengewürfelt und nicht der Location angemessen. Außer zu einem Drink auf der Terrasse werden wir dort nicht mehr hingehen. Preis-Leistung für das Essen stimmt nicht.

31/05/2026: We had an incredible stay at Capelongue and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Provence. The property is beautiful, with stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and excellent dining. The entire team was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Hugo and Léa, who helped us organize a last-minute gender reveal during our stay. We had only just received the results before arriving and reached out on short notice. They went above and beyond to help us create a truly memorable moment, exceeding all of our expectations. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the experience incredibly special for us and is something we will never forget. Thank you to the entire Capelongue team for such a wonderful stay. We hope to return one day.

30/04/2026: This hotel offers a relaxed, luxurious escape with the enchanting feel of a small French village. The atmosphere is effortlessly elegant, with refined pools that are as beautiful as they are serene. Lush landscaping surrounds the property. The Michelin-star restaurant, La Bastide, was truly exceptional, delivering an unforgettable, flawless dining experience. Mornings were made even better with a lovely breakfast with views and the buffet dessert bar was always a delightful indulgence at lunch. The truffle pizza is a must. Every moment here felt charming, sophisticated, and wonderfully memorable.

29/06/2024: Très bon restaurant , prix vraiment raisonnables et bon produits sans oublier le service qui est vraiment au top les serveurs et serveuses sont tres agréables et compétents tout cela dans un village pittoresque et médiéval charme garanti! Je recommande et j'y retournerais avec plaisir.

23/06/2024: De passage à Seguret nous avons choisi ce restaurant pour ses avis. Nous n'avons pas été déçues et bien au delà ! Un repas délicieux, une carte bien pensée pour le plaisir de tous, des desserts maisons. Une soirée inoubliable grâce à Alexis et son équipe mention spéciale à Thomas... . Un grand merci pour votre bonne humeur, vos attentions et la qualité de votre cuisine.

28/08/2024: L'accueil chaleureux, le cadre à la fois élégant et comme si l'on était dans une maison de famille, le service à la fois discret et extrêmement attentionné, sans parler de la cuisine tellement exquise... Nous avons pris le menu dégustation 5 plats qui est absolument un régal : une cuisine inventive mais pas trop, alliant la cuisine traditionnelle provençale et une touche tellement délicate de modernité, de saveurs surprenantes et inventives mais sans oublier les racines familiales. Ce fut un doux et merveilleux moment. Merci au chef Xavier Mathieu et à toute son équipe.

25/08/2024: Tout était exquis. Nous avons passé un moment fabuleux en ayant sélectionné le menu 4 plats. Bémol sur la proposition des vins dans l’accord mets et vins 2 verres qui manquait d’originalité et de longueur en bouche. On s’attend à plus d’audace pour faire résonner les plats d’avantage avec le vin. Merci !

22/09/2025: I don't recommend it at all. The service is terrible! The waiters are incredibly friendly, and the so-called homemade fries are frozen!

30/10/2025: Our last family visit around a beautiful round table. Before the winter closure. An autumnal atmosphere with the crackling fireplace. The beef fillet with morels is always a hit, as are the roasted scallops, which are among the must-try dishes. The menu always includes at least five desserts. See you in early April!

12/10/2025: Very warm welcome! Very beautiful hotel, very quiet, magnificent and very pleasant location! Very clean! Very well maintained with the swimming pool! To do again! Quality restaurant from a great chef!

17/01/2026: We are delighted to return every year at Christmas. The new management has brought about wonderful changes. The staff are incredibly attentive. Everything is clean and the location is ideal!

13/10/2025: First stay at this residence, quite disappointed with the location due to the aging apartments. Positive points: - Quiet and pleasant setting, in the Saumane golf course - Attractive Premium package (beds made, Wi-Fi and TV included, cleaning included) - Swimming pool still accessible in October (not tested) - Small attention upon arrival (bottle of wine and snacks) - Clean apartment - Comfortable bedding - Secure residence (code access, locked gate) Negative points: - Gym unavailable due to water damage (we could have been warned) - Vehicle essential, no shops in the residence - Unrenovated, aging apartments (bathroom radiator unhooked from the wall, no aerator at the sink, only one small stove in a 4-bedroom apartment and very dilapidated - replaced immediately by reception - leaky coffee machine, lack of kitchen utensils, bathroom light not working, very small fridge...) - Bakery delivery service only from 9 a.m. It's really It's time to renovate this residence and add to the apartments. I often rent from Lagrange Vacances, and the apartments are much better equipped. It's a shame because there's so much potential, but this residence will quickly deteriorate if nothing is done.

05/09/2024: Repas en terrasse arrière avec vue sur la Sorgue. Nous etions 6 et avions réservé Accueil tres sympathique. Repas servi rapidement et tres bon.

27/08/2024: Accueil très moyen. On nous a placé sur la terrasse devant sans nous proposer la terrasse donnant sur la Sorgue . La personne qui a pris notre commande par contre était sympathique et professionnele. Les ribs étaient bons, la sauce maison également… addition cohérent . Bien pour manger un petit plat le midi
