19/08/2026: Obviously, this isn't a gourmet restaurant. The bill is a bit high, of course, because we're seated on the terrace overlooking the Palais des Papes.
But the food is quite good, and the service was quick and pleasant.

20/08/2026: I bought a quiche and a tuna sandwich, but the cashier didn't put my sandwich in the order. The result: €8.50 for a quiche! A rip-off! I don't recommend it.

19/09/2026: One star because we can't give less. This restaurant should be avoided (for example, mussels that weren't opened). When you point this out to the waiter, he tells you to just use your cutlery to open them. Apart from the tout, the entire staff is unfriendly. When you ask for the owner, they tell you there isn't one. The bartender, for his part, suggests you throw the dish at the waiter's head instead of complaining. When you tell him you're going to leave a negative review, he replies, "You can tell your whole family to leave a negative review, we don't care." This response doesn't surprise me when you see that this dump already has 900 negative reviews.
15/09/2026: The food was not fresh; after leaving the chicken in my Caesar salad, I saw the waiter put my chicken on another plate. When I called him out on it, he claimed it wasn't true, but all three of us saw him do it. The Coke isn't on the menu, but it costs €6 per bottle. The Cokes were already expired. The mayonnaise was also expired for over a year. Disgusting. Don't come here!

19/04/2026: Avoid this place! It's excessively expensive, doesn't accept credit cards, has a limited selection, and the products are questionable.
A person at the next table ordered mussels, and they smelled very strong. She didn't eat any.
09/04/2026: I'm very disappointed with my visit to this small restaurant. I was served a Caesar salad—if you can even call it that—I've never seen a salad like it. There was hardly any lettuce, a tiny amount, a hard-boiled egg, four shavings of Parmesan cheese, and boiled white chicken, not even breaded. Shameful. They advertised a minimum spend of €20, so you feel pressured to spend €20. And in the end, the waitress said the card machine was broken. If you're thinking of eating there, I strongly advise against it.

11/09/2026: I waited over an hour for my order to get cold, and my burger was cold too. I ordered a Coke and got sparkling water, and the servers didn't even react when I asked for my order. It's unacceptable.
11/09/2026: Yesterday I went to McDonald's with friends. I ordered at noon and waited an hour. I had to go to the counter to ask for my meal, and I finally got it cold with not all the items I ordered. I don't recommend it.

12/09/2026: As for the food, I ordered spaghetti bolognese which was simply inedible. The quality was clearly unacceptable for the price.
The service was also subpar: the waiter, in sweatpants, didn't exactly project a professional image for the establishment. When it came time to pay, the bill wasn't even presented properly, as if they were just trying to rush the customers out.
To top it all off, I felt sick after the meal. We definitely felt ripped off: a high price for a service that fell far short of expectations.
I absolutely do not recommend this place and we won't be going back.
11/09/2026: Food was edible, but nothing special. Ordered filet mignon, which consisted of 4 small pork medallions, French fries and a salad. Try someplace else.

Absolutely disgusting. Whatever you do, don't go there. There's nothing worth saving, neither the staff nor the food.
31/07/2026: Seeing the ice cream maker licking their fingers is frankly questionable hygiene. One might expect a warmer welcome, but unfortunately, don't count on it. The cheese in the panini was barely melted, which leaves much to be desired in terms of quality.
I recommend bringing your own picnic instead; you won't be disappointed. Also, remember to check the souvenir shop's opening hours before heading out on your hike, or you might find it closed when you return around 3 pm.
The setting is magnificent and is the only real positive aspect of this visit.

29/01/2024: Order at the drive at 2 p.m. today no customers at that time, yet 20 minutes of waiting! Loyalty card passed at the terminal but not recorded on my loyalty card. I ordered 2 maxi Best of menus including a CBO avocado with fried chedar bacon accompaniment which was refused to me fans of the menu so I was forced to take them separately! Not only is the portion ridiculous in the box, but also the Bacon we are looking for three pieces chasing each other, the price is exorbitant €4.60 but in addition if you place the same order via the applications the Bacon chedar fries can enter the menu for 1€ extra! Strange that this is not the case on site! And the avocado sandwich what can I say except that there was no avocado in it! In total I paid the price of a maxi best of avocado menu without avocado and a Bacon chedar fries extra, which is €4.10 more than expected! This is far from the first time at this McDonald's. In the future I would pack more pounds to go to another establishment that is much better managed, much faster and much more conscientious in their work, or even to another brand like Steak'n Shake, much better in quality and quantity.
In view of the comments you have on Google you should perhaps question yourself.
29/12/2023: Bonjour de la Provence un amie m'a convié j' ai été très agréablement surpris très goûteux le Big mac les patatos excellente, et le coca cola très très bonne température très goûteux seul bémol il y avait a notre venue deux table qui n on pas été essuyer ( voir une personne a cette effet ) Cordialement Magnifique centre a saint Romain en Viennois très belle campagne plus la cerise sur le Gâteau la vue sur les alentours ( la Provence ) les commerçants mitoyen au Mac Do super très bon produit parking super jeux pour les enfants. Régalez vous bien et soyez les Bienvenus !!!

01/10/2024: Estupendo restaurante de comida tradicional. Muy buenos platos de gran calidad. La atención de la camarera italiana fue estupenda y muy amable.

28/08/2024: Seated promptly, waiter provided a menu in French and English.
Water provided for the table. Drinks order taken and within 5 minutes they were with us.
There was also a chief’s recommendation on a black board.
Orders taken, 2 x Lamb, 1 x Butchers Cut and 1 x Duck.
Meals came out with 15 minutes. Followed by warm rolls that were a nice touch.
Food ok, mash potato and ratatouille was warm at best. Butchers cut and fries good.
Gents toilets unrinal was taped off and other toilet had a large hole where the flusher was.
