10/09/2024: We had a very good meal around the lobster menu with the food and wine pairing. Everything went very well whether it was the tasting where everything came together perfectly whether it was the flavors, the texture, the sauces, the presentation. Each part brings to the dishes. Not being a fan of chocolate I was afraid for the lobster and chocolate dessert but even he was able to win me over. The only downside was our 2nd wine which was not at all to our taste and did not correspond to the idea we had following the discussion. Offering to taste the wine could avoid this type of problem. The kitchen and its chef were able to adapt to my pepper allergy at the last minute because they were not informed when booking, another big thank you to them. Thank you for this culinary experience which was very pleasant.

24/09/2024: What can I say... The setting is cozy, refined and elegant. The cuisine is incredibly refined, the products are all of high quality and the chef's cuisine is creative. We had a lovely time, thank you again!

Le burger au poulet cuit à basse température est succulent très peu de dessert il faut les commander à la prise de commande Ce restaurant devient pour moi une référence aux Herbiers

Nous avons opté pour un burger et une pizza (très généreux), a défaut du tataki de thon proposé en entrée dans la formule (et pourtant très bien vendu par la serveuse 😉). 21/09/2024: A lovely discovery that we regret not having known about before! Not many choices of dishes but they are so good, we were pleasantly surprised. And the quality of the dishes is equivalent to the quality of the service. Thanks also to the person present in the room, for this food/drink pairing (PS: the caramel smoothie delight at the end of the meal lives up to its name, it's a real delight) We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant and we will definitely come back.
