15/06/2025: ✨ An exceptional moment at Pavillon Pétrus in Gérardmer ✨ A true culinary experience! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive, in an elegant and refined setting. The service was impeccable, both discreet and attentive. As for the cuisine... flawless! Each dish was a sensory journey: remarkably fresh ingredients, subtle and bold flavor combinations, all perfectly mastered. A special mention goes to the 7-course menu with wine pairing: a pure visual and gustatory masterpiece. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire team for this enchanting experience. A treasured address in Gérardmer, to be recommended without the slightest hesitation. We will be back with great pleasure!

10/09/2024: Finally a real and good Italian restaurant in the Vosges! Lovers of Italian cuisine, we stopped to eat on the terrace, a nice setting with the river right next to it. Always disappointed when I order a risotto in restaurants in France, I wanted to try it in this one. And the surprise! Perfect cooking, spices, sauce, octopus and fresh prawns! A delight! Finally a risotto that has flavor, that is not shaved, we are used to having. We see that there is a cook who knows and loves what he does. My wife and our son had pizzas, nothing to complain about, dough, ingredients and cooking, welcome to Italy (and even there we don't often have this quality). In short, we will return and highly recommend

26/08/2024: For those who criticize this place both in terms of the wait and the quality of the dishes, I will happily tell them that they should only go to a fast food restaurant and not to a restaurant! We have been customers for several years and this restaurant is at the top both in the quality of the dishes and in the welcome. We eat seasonal products, many from local producers or from Italy. Better to book because this is a very popular restaurant and it’s not for nothing

10/12/2024: Nice little restaurant, unfortunately if you don't have a reservation or are not part of the hotel we place you in the breakfast room.. we ate well, nothing extraordinary but overall it was good.

09/12/2024: Certainly the location is good but restaurant-wise it's the worst restaurant I've been in so far, a terrible atmosphere, we're spoken badly to, no respect to be honest. I had a very bad experience and will not go back there again.

14/08/2024: We came to eat there a few months ago, we ate decently but on the other hand paying for the sauces when the dishes without them would have been clearly dry is not great... Considering the prices of the dishes, to charge the sauces are not great at all, I don't think I will come back to eat in your restaurant despite the kindness of all the staff.

20/07/2024: The two waitresses (the ones with the top facing) Serena and Emie also I believe offer an incredible welcome and a surprising attentiveness. Plus the food is very good, I recommend!

13/08/2024: It would be possible to check the quality of your employees when one of your waitresses allows herself to comment on the physique of one of your customers on several occasions without shame and above all for free. It is not because she feels bad about herself that she should reflect her lack of self-esteem to your customers, what is exceptional is that naturally this will just invite people from your restaurant immediately, it would be a question of reviewing these professional techniques or just being a minimum human and looking in a mirror from time to time.🤷🏼‍♀️ In the meantime, I just invite people who read my comment to go eat elsewhere if you don't want to get derogatory comments about your weight when you were originally just having a good time.

13/08/2024: We had a “pleasant” time with my husband. When we arrived, the lady at the bar welcomed us because the waitress was busy. The lady seats us at a table. With her back to my husband, the lady takes the liberty of telling me that she is seating us at this table and not at the bench because I will be too tight if she gestures to me that I am fat. She insists once again, telling me that in terms of the seats I would not have had the space and I would not have been comfortable. I found this very inappropriate and unprofessional... I no longer even dared to look at the map with the feeling of being judged. Shame on this person.

28/08/2024: Very pleasant brasserie with attentive and very polite staff. Friendly place where the food is good value for money. Making a reservation for the weekend is preferable because of the spa resort.

30/11/2024: C’est totalement horrible les plats ne vas pas ensemble et ils sont pas bon le personnel affreux (politesse et service) puis le seul truc qui va c’est la tapisserie qui fait penser à de la boue

30/11/2024: Personel désagréable. Les plat ont été servie froid obliger de demander à se que on les réchauffe. 30 min a attendre le plat et 25 min pour les dessert, et on a eu notre apéro en même temps que le plat.

29/07/2024: I took a Caesar salad to take away, no sauce or vinaigrette, it was really not good and dry, the bacon had a spicy taste which has nothing to do with this type of salad.. My dessert was not fresh and did not resemble tiramisu.. I will not come back

18/05/2024: We came 2 years ago and had dinner at the restaurant, warm, generous and delicious. Perfect mention for cheese specialties! We were accommodated in one of the rooms above the restaurant, stylish, cozy and tastefully decorated. First, we were surprised by the price increase (€65 2 years ago, €95 today) With inflation and the installation of a SPA in the meantime, we weren't really shocked... But this time we were accommodated in the "annex", an adjoining building. A disaster! Small, old-fashioned, cold, curtains and bathroom from another time, damaged and scratched wooden bed. We were as disappointed this time as we were delighted the time before. The price is, therefore, and for the rooms in the annex, not justified.
