09/10/2026: The manager speaks like a dog. On the phone, and I mean it! So don't bother going there anymore, go to Golbey instead, where they're very pleasant. I think this person needs to be re-evaluated and has no business being there, especially considering the clients still pay their salary. It's appalling how they treat you. I'll be sure to pass this information along because it's unacceptable to be spoken to like that.

09/10/2026: The manager is completely unprofessional; training is absolutely essential. I spoke to her on the phone today and I will be reporting the poor service immediately. Her manner of speaking is catastrophic. Having been a manager myself, I can honestly say that this is the first time I've ever been spoken to like this in a retail environment. And to top it off, she wouldn't even give me her name, but it's a small world, so I'll find out. The service is deplorable.

18/09/2026: A glass of Syrah for 5.6 euros, outrageous! The waitress offered to exchange it for the same wine by the bottle.

03/09/2026: We were passing through and stopped there, but there was nobody there! We received a very poor welcome. They don't accept dogs, even on the terrace, and the lady was alone, so it was impossible to eat. Absolutely terrible for a so-called truck stop! A little advice: close up shop. I strongly advise against going there.

23/08/2026: Great restaurant on the greenway connecting Remiremont to Cornimont. Very generous portions. No waiting, pleasant service.

22/08/2026: There were 10 of us who went to enjoy the mussels and fries on Friday evening, and we weren't disappointed. The portions were generous, both mussels and fries. The desserts were varied and delicious. We had a reservation, and our table was ready, so there was no wait. The appetizers, mussels and fries, and desserts were served without much of a wait either. Everything was perfect. An excellent evening. The welcome was warm, and all the staff were very friendly. Thank you to the team at L'Escale Verte.

14/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! Food poisoning! We ate at this restaurant Sunday evening, and my friend suffered severe food poisoning a few hours after our meal. This is extremely regrettable for a restaurant. We will not be returning and strongly advise caution regarding the freshness of the food.

26/04/2026: A lovely little room, tastefully decorated in style, and impeccably clean! Friendly and quick service. Classic dishes from this type of restaurant, but well-prepared and delicious. A great time!

21/07/2026: Very bad experience on July 20, 2026 Upon arrival, we were greeted by saleswomen who were visibly annoyed and particularly cold. No greeting, no smile, and an attitude that clearly gave the impression that our presence bothered them. They were obviously in a hurry to serve us and didn't even give us time to choose our items at our leisure, which was very unpleasant. A minimum of politeness, patience, and professionalism is the foundation of any business. Customers should never feel like they are bothering anyone or being rushed through. It's important to remember that customers are what keep a business afloat. With such an unwelcoming reception, it's difficult to want to return. A very disappointing experience; I will not be back. Avoid at all costs!

14/09/2026: Pluma de porcini mushrooms with exceptionally good meat for lunch today. Excellent café liégeois. Finally, a good restaurant here. Better than the 7th Company.

08/09/2026: Vanilla milkshake served in a rather small glass, barely lukewarm, and with very little whipped cream. Disappointed.

25/08/2026: Very dirty toilets. Extremely long wait, incomplete order. Overworked staff. Four years after my comment, I'm very sorry to see that nothing has changed. 40 minutes to be served and over 20 minutes standing at the counter waiting for ice cream I wouldn't even buy. I will report this to higher management.

17/08/2026: A family stopover in the beautiful village of Plombières-les-Bains, a bit peckish, and we found ourselves at Malo's. A fast-food restaurant that doesn't look like much, but it delights you thanks to the genuine hospitality and kindness of these two people who, as you can see in their smiles, love what they do, love people, and you can feel it. The service is quick, even though there are only two of them! Well done! The dishes are very good and well presented. 👍 Thank you very much, madam and sir! 👏
