16/08/2025: Avoid. As other customers have reported, the wait is interminable. At least two tables that arrived after us were served before. I ordered a blue sirloin steak, and it arrived perfectly cooked. The raw vegetables were bland, simply served with a touch of unnecessary sauce. Considering the quality of the food and the service, the prices are grossly excessive.

04/03/2026: What can I say... it's with a heavy heart that I'm posting this because I used to love this restaurant more than any other... but for the past few weeks, things have gone downhill fast! The wok chef is absent (resigned? fired?) that's none of my business, but what's starting to worry me is that the sushi, which used to be so good here, is now practically inedible! It's simply not fresh at all; it's leftovers that were at least three or four days old... the "ready-cooked" fish isn't actually cooked, and I'm not blaming the owner, but wok cooking isn't for you, madam... and please learn to smile a little and respect your customers! Pushing me aside to put the tongs back on my plate before I've even finished eating, and then taking it away before I've finished, is really taking the mickey! Waiter, I like you, but come on, you too! Smile a little and pay a little more attention to people, for goodness' sake! Now I'd like to comment on the comments from people who said they supposedly waited 15 minutes at the entrance. That's completely false because if there's one good thing about Panda, it's the quick seating, so that's a load of rubbish 🙄 and there's no point in taking any kind of label; it's completely nonsense to say false things, even if, I repeat, the quality has been mediocre for some time now. But I think this restaurant is in crisis; no more cook, no more wok, it's starting to smell like trouble! Come on and pull yourselves together!

01/03/2026: I'm a little disappointed; we arrived and there was nobody there and hardly anything left to eat… what a shame

16/11/2025: Honestly, I don't even know what to say about the exorbitant prices in 2025. I ordered a sandwich where there was more bread, salad, and sauce than meat. I strongly advise against it!!

10/11/2025: We were quite satisfied with our menu, however, the website lists desserts but the Remiremont restaurant doesn't offer any at all – disappointing about the lack of desserts.
