15/02/2026: The establishment doesn't even bother to answer the phone for a reservation. (Several calls were attempted.) Perhaps we'll have the opportunity to come and review the food one day!
14/01/2026: The welcome was pleasant, but the service was a bit slow (40 minutes for the first course) and the dishes were disappointing, dry and the meat tough. We won't be back.

The meal was generous and well-presented, at a reasonable price.

10/05/2026: Honestly, don't go there for a drink! The waitress didn't know the menu and refused to bring it! Plus, they only offered half the drinks! Not pleasant at all!
And on top of that, they have the nerve to reply to the review without even acknowledging their mistake!
Don't be fooled by their responses; they're completely unprofessional! We asked for a menu, and the waitress just sighed!
But hey, I leave great reviews elsewhere :)

15/04/2026: I only tried the restaurant: Great service, warm welcome, but the meal was disastrous... the buffet wasn't appetizing and there were few options for vegetarians... I had fish as a main course with dry couscous on the side, neither moistened nor buttered, and a few cauliflower florets... avoid this place if you want a good meal.

06/05/2026: I don't know what's worse... the open door to the parking lot, revealing a disgusting floor... the cold fries, the sundae dripping all over the outside of the container, and consequently... the lack of napkins. The poorly assembled burger that completely fell apart. The slow service... I'd forgotten why I ever went to the other McDonald's... now I understand.
04/05/2026: The McDonald's on Rue Alsace in Saint-Dié was a disaster; they had no orange juice. It wasn't very clean, and on Sunday, customers were unhappy. The wait time was 30 minutes, and they offered us ice cream while we waited.

10/06/2026: This is the fourth time we've been there in the last two months or so.
On all four occasions, there have been oversights, including one time when they mixed up our orders... The compensation was very meager despite these multiple oversights—just a few sauces, and no real apology.
I find this particularly deplorable; it's the only fast food place where we've had so many problems/errors.
It's a real shame...
03/06/2026: Thanks to a supposedly foolproof system to ensure nothing is left out of the order, I stopped checking the bags... Big mistake, since my partner's box of 20 Chicken McNuggets was missing. A 40 km drive back to get what we paid for... Considering the price of gas and a McDonald's meal, it's outrageous!

20/05/2026: It had been a long time since I'd had a Domino's pizza. From what I remember, they were appetizing and good value for money. For a change from a regular pizza, I ordered a "Crousty Pizza" for €16.48 (still!) and was honestly very disappointed. The so-called "Crousty" chicken pieces on it were no bigger than a 50-cent coin and there were only four of them... it's a disgrace. I won't be going back.
