18/03/2026: Despite the bartender's disparaging remarks about the slow mobility of an elderly person with a disability (suggesting next time she should come with wheels, and ranting, in shorts behind the bar, that it delayed his run and he should already be back), we had a very good meal. The presentation was excellent, the foie gras perfect, the duck cooked to perfection, and let's not forget the delicious calf's head. The service was quick and efficient, provided by Anne, our waitress, who was attentive and genuinely kind. I'm keeping the bill high, considering that management shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of its employees' actions. A lovely setting in front of the cathedral. I recommend this establishment.

14/03/2026: A sure bet in Saint-Dié! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was impeccable: a warm welcome and perfect service. The dishes are of high quality with excellent value for money. Special mention for the pace of service, neither too slow nor too fast. I highly recommend it!

27/07/2026: The staff are very pleasant and friendly, always available to answer your questions. The fish, deli, and meat sections are excellent, and don't forget the cheese and vegetables! The staff are top-notch and don't hesitate to joke with us. This Lydie who openly criticizes a certain employee should ask herself some questions because this employee is very competent and pleasant, even with the slightly difficult customers. 😂 I don't accept snitching; it's shameful.

14/03/2026: The hosts are absolutely charming. The homemade breakfasts are hearty and delicious. The sauna offers a perfect moment of relaxation, and the property is beautifully surrounded by nature. The ski slopes are just a 10-minute drive away. A farm is only 3 minutes away, offering delicious local produce, and a beautiful lake is right next door. Lake Gérardmer is also very close. Honestly, a top-notch place!

19/08/2026: Very rude owners and bad vibes; I can't recommend it. I got yelled at for wanting to eat some bread I had brought on my bike ride. Come on!

15/07/2026: A very large screen allows you to follow the Tour de France cycling race from the terrace, at the foot of the abbey site and its pétanque courts.

18/05/2026: Magnificent hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. The staff is pleasant, very friendly, and helpful. The pool, the spa, and the proximity to the town center are all excellent. If you're passing through Contrexéville, book this hotel!

12/05/2026: We spent five days at this hotel near the Contrexéville thermal baths and have wonderful memories of our stay. The building is magnificent, full of charm, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention also goes to the restaurant: the meals were excellent and the service was top-notch. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return.

The entire team is incredibly kind and welcoming; we felt like family from the moment we walked through the door. The food is excellent, comforting, and plentiful, and the beds are perfect for resting with a splendid mountain view. A truly special place where you are well cared for—a huge thank you!

18/08/2026: Arriving after three days of hiking with our heavy packs, we couldn't have hoped for a warmer welcome. The entire team is attentive and incredibly kind; we immediately felt right at home. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding for a good night's sleep, the setting and the view are breathtaking, and the meals are absolutely delicious. You can go there without hesitation! Their generosity is so welcome after all that effort. Thank you again for everything!
