20/09/2024: I booked for a birthday. I mentioned that we really liked the view and the sunsets. We were seated perfectly, both facing the view. The service was remarkable and the dishes were very good and plentiful! ;) I couldn't have hoped for better service. Just a word THANK YOU for this evening

22/01/2025: Magnificent inn that we introduced to friends who came from the southwest to discover the area. Warm welcome, excellent consistent local meals, typical decor. We came, we will come back.

29/08/2024: It's been a long time since I discovered such a good new restaurant. Two of us came and we had a blast! The staff is pleasant and the terrace is a plus! It's an excellent place to come with children! Without a doubt we will come back!

19/08/2024: 5 small pieces of chicken and almost nothing rice for 22 euros. Almost no laughing cow in the Nan au fromage. I called to find out why the proportions had decreased so much and I was told that I was in the wrong restaurant... People are taken for cash cows now. You have lost regular customers. Damage...

19/08/2024: Uber order placed this afternoon. Dishes which are usually rather hearty are much less so today: €22 for 5 small pieces of chicken in a base of curry sauce and half-filled rice trays, €5 for cheese nan which lacks cow's milk who laughs without mentioning the missing sauces.... In short, quantities and quality that leave something to be desired and are not worth the asking price. The icing on the cake: we called the restaurant who, as a simple response, denied having had the order and told us that we had gone to the wrong restaurant!!!! As regular customers, we will think twice before turning to this establishment again.

21/09/2024: Wow, I just tasted the profiteroles and the Mirabelle couple at La Passerelle, this family restaurant in La Bresse in the Vosges. It was crazy good! Profiteroles, how can I put it... the dough is crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside. They're filled with creamy cream, and there's a layer of chocolate on top with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite makes you want more! And then the Mirabelle plum pairing, oh my... The Mirabelle plums are fresh, a perfect mix of sweet and sour. It goes really well with the soft cake. The presentation is also super pretty, like a work of art on the plate. In short, the two desserts make the taste buds dance! The chef at La Passerelle is really talented. I have to go back one of these four, I want to try the other dishes. I seriously recommend it for those passing through the Vosges!

02/11/2024: Vier Gerichte drei davon angebrannt. Das einzig was funktioniert hat und geschmeckt hat war der Ofenkäse. Lachssteak einseitig angebrannt. Spätzle angebrannt. Gewürz bzw. Geschmack Fehlanzeige.

07/10/2024: Tellement le service était rapide nous avions recu le plat principal alors que l apéritif venait de nous être servi et qu une bouteille de vin avait ete ouverte..impossible de donner notre avis a une personne qui apparemment doit être le patron mais si tel est le cas je lui souhaite d accueillir d une autre manière sa clientele Nous n y reviendrons pas

11/09/2024: Very nice discovery of this restaurant at the Résidence hotel. The “pleasure” menu with the food and wine pairing was excellent. We made different food choices and all were perfect. In addition, the service is professional and friendly and sufficiently fast (a weak point of many restaurants). The room is large and pleasantly open onto the garden. We will come back with pleasure. Well done !

08/11/2024: Super warm welcome, super friendly boss and the name has changed with the new bosses. It's called "bohemia" A very nice and very good menu. Starter, main course, dessert or cheese, 1/4 drink all for 17 euros. A very large car park also accessible to campers who are welcome and can also sleep in this car park.

29/05/2024: Restaurant a little away from the city center, but we had a dog who was a little scared so it was perfect😊, we were welcomed with the dog before time without any problem, the terrace is very nice, the meal was really very good, just well served, and the dessert excellent 😋, the service excellent, I recommend 200%.

31/08/2024: Inquietant ne semble pas connaître les règles élémentaires de l’hygiène en restauration !!? Moutarde périmée (couleur douteuse) mais après l’avoir fait remarquer, la serveuse trouve cela normale puisque le tube est complété régulièrement !!! Un signalement à la commission d’hygiène s’impose et une formation aux règles d’hygiènes obligatoire.

08/09/2024: Unfortunately we didn't eat here. The terrace was empty and most of the tables inside were not occupied. However, the staff indicated that there was no place where we could sit with two people because all tables were reserved. I hope that this was really the case and that no other considerations played a role.

23/08/2024: Nous sommes venus manger le midi sur une petite terrasse très agréable et au calme ! La serveuse nous a chaleureusement accueillie, et a été très serviable tout au long du repas. Nous avons pris l’andouillette et le poulet au girolles, accompagné de frites maison. Tout était très bon, c’est appréciable de manger dans un restaurant au tout est fraîchement cuisiné ! Je tiens a dire que je ne suis que de passage dans la région je ne connais donc absolument pas les gérants de ce restaurant. J’ai été déconcertée par l’irrespect dont a fait preuve le client assis a coté de nous. Il a fait preuve d’une exigence plus que démesurée, et pris au pied de la lettre l’expression le client est roi. Je félicite la serveuse qui a garder son calme meme apres s’être pris une remarque désobligeante et infondée ! Bravo pour ce professionnalisme. J’ai moi même été serveuse et je n’ai jamais connu de clients aussi irrespectueux ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

23/05/2024: Deuxième expérience après avoir déjà testé l'adresse l'automne dernier ! Cette deuxième visite a autant été réussie que la première : le service, la qualité des plats, l'environnement, tout était formidable ! La cuisine reste locale, familiale, généreuse (pas diététique ;) ) mais tellement savoureuse ! On y retrouve les incontournables de la cuisine vosgienne, la tofaille, la tarte aux myrtilles, entre autres. Nous nous sommes régalés et avons pu goûter à nouveau aux bières brassées sur place. Nous avons même pu acheter de la bière pour offrir. Certes, l'accès n'est pas des plus aisés mais la visite en vaut tellement la peine ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !
